I had been going to All Together Now for many years for Case Management, CBRS, Peer support. I got to meet alot of good people clients and workers. Jim was very helpful but he passed away. Matt that still works there is a awesome guy he was my worker before he put me with a female worker with kids figuring it would help me since im a single mom. and was very helpful in getting stuff done. Also I met a few others that have left ATN that were pretty good but had personal issues so they quit ATN I just felt like i wasn't getting the help I needed anymore from my case management so I decided to leave the company. They were my payee and over time that service got worse. I feel like if they cant help you they should refer you to services in the community that can and they weren't. When I let them know I was leaving they were very rude. The money wasn't transferred smoothly and they still had my money when the first of the month came and they wouldn't pay my bills which caused me undue stress and late fees. I had called Social security and told them the situation and they said whoever has my money HAS to pay my bills. I will never get payee services through them ever again. I am done with them.
