Love to see the Hawks play at Philips. It's a great facility. Currently undergoing some renovations.

Tight and uncomfortable. Prices at the concession stand were way too high

Good concessions. $10 beer. Shop around though - many stands only carry the staples while others will have a random tap that no other stands seem to carry.

Hardwood Club was nice add. Good food and selection of main courses (fish, chicken, beef), snacks and desserts. Some folks taking advantage of all you can eat and drink!

Grate place to see a concert! Can t wait to see a basketball game since their renovation. The bathrooms and bars that are within view of the court/stage was an amazing idea. Clearing up the site lines and the club suits was an amazing idea. Wonder new food and drink option and they did an amazing job opening the arena up.

They were willing to accommodate me with my handicap and we're very friendly.

I thought they had a good variety in their food choices, although the people working the food stations could have been a little more organized. Some people were doing almost nothing and some were working their tails off. I felt bad for the ones that were working so hard. It took us a long time to get our food.

The facility was well kept and organized. Overall, I enjoyed going to the Philips Arena.

What the heck is everyone talking about! The seating is packed in like sardines. Practically on top of each other. Was not suitable for The Eagles concert. Paid good money and at least expected to be comfortable. Would never attend another event there.

Enjoyed my first visit to the Arena. Friendly Staff helped me with an issue.

Even though this venue needs to be updated the workers there were outstanding they went above and beyond to help me find my ride, a shout out to the workers at Philips Arena. Who work New Year's Eve at the door on the side where the statue was at.

Had a great time being entertained by the Harlem Globetrotters.

Recent renovations made a big difference in this arena!

Security lines outside moved very quickly as well. Anticipated a long wait when I arrived just as the gates opened, but was through in a few minutes.

Sat in the 112 section and had a great view, and felt very close to the action. There was a concession center and clean restroom directly adjacent to our section, which was very helpful. Concessions had cheap options and more expensive options, which was great. A water was only $2!

Video board is state of the art, and you could see the action clearly there if someone was walking in your field of vision. Seating was comfortable, but a little close together.

The place is spectacular !!! The attention is very warm and the food is good !!! Prices a bit high but worth it !!!

So many stairs, Seats are SO close to each other, barely any leg room, expensive food.

Not only was the event amazing but so was the staff!!

Free refills of is large sodas is a nice departure from the usual bank robbery grade prices of concessions. Seats are comfy enough, and parking is... Tolerable. Not great, but tolerable. Marta is definitely a better bet if it's an option.

Concerts at Philips are awesome. Sound was perfect.

Nice arena however some seats have a really horrible view.

The show was great but I didn't appreciated being rushed out at the end.

Dated for sure can't wait for the planned upgrades. Long lines to get in, limited food options inside the arena. Floor projections are amazing.

Beautiful arena! With numerous affordable food options compared to other arenas. No bad seats can see the event from everywhere!

Wonderful experience at first professional sporting event ever.

I had a blast at the Festival of Laughs......yasssss!

I have attended many concerts here, and have always had great time with few problems. Easy access and plenty to do around the facility.

Truly enjoyed the Eagles concert here! The staff here are very friendly and helpful.

Awesome every show I have seen there has been great. The only down side it I could not get Wi-Fi or 4g

Was here for a concert and loved the venue. Clean and easy to get in and out of. Staff was friendly and fast. I would suggest taking uber/lift it made getting in and out much easier!

Got to see Hawks game vs. Lebron and the Cavs. GREAT VIBES, but there was nothing to do around the outside of the arena after game.

I went to see the Harlem globetrotters at Philips! We loved it, it was easy to park (paid parking), but easy to find! The seats are really close together, but it's still better than Dobb stadium!

Went for an Atlanta Dream basketball game and had a blast!

Enjoying the renovation changes, just need to Hawks to start winning. Go Hawks!!!

I went there for a Lana Del Rey concert. I got through security and ticket scanning really fast. Didn't buy food or drinks but I'm pretty sure I saw a $10 bottle of water which to me is just insane. The sound quality during the concert was exceptional! I was in one of the really high sections on the side but it was still really good and the view of the entire stadium from up there is something!

Always a good time at Philips Arena! Can't wait to see the new upgrades!!

Great if you get the right seat too expensive though

Great arena for sporting, musical or family events. Excellent seating, plenty of parking and easy access to food and MARTA.

Love the arena, cannot wait to see the new look after the renovations.

Saw my first NBA game here at the end of the 2018 season. The seats were surprisingly close even though they were in the 300 section. There are tons of great food vendors and overall the experience was good. It's right next to the new beautiful Mercedes Benz Stadium in gorgeous downtown Atlanta.

Had a great time food was amazing at fry baby and did i mention they beat the T-Wolves.

Great view from any seats, easy to move around the venue but of course the price is too high for food and drink.

Nice venue. Only issues I have are the seating itself and the overhang of upper levels. I am a tall guy and it is had to stay seated for very long in these cramped seats. Also the upper levels hang out so much it can be difficult to see screens at concerts. But the sound is always great and it is easy to access, get parking, feed, and leave.

Attended a concert. The staff here are unbelievably courteous and helpful. I can t remember ever being treated so well and so special at an event like this. And we were not in the expensive seats. And it was all night long the staff was awesome. Even upon leaving. Well trained and managed is what this means. Great venue but I wouldn t recommend the upper deck straight away from the stage as the sound isn t the best and the lighting gets in the way a bit.

The arena had a Beyonce concert and they managed the foot traffic around the arena well. I did not go in.

Air conditioning wasn't great. Food and drink prices are a lot compared to Mercedes Benz but not terrible for a venue like this. Careful if you get seats in the upper level, gravity will fight you walking up/down to get to your seats.

Went to see Chaka lot of acts. Poor sound system and no teleprompter,.Sat just above lodge. Could have paid less to sit in the nose bleed. Performers look like little people. Stephanie Mills had to change mics at least 3 times. Tony Toni Tone was drowned out by background music. MC did more stage time than performers. Sooo disappointed for my $100. was really hoping Chaka was going to sing her new music, that didn't happen.

Good arena and seats were very comfortable. Workers are good and the scenery around the area is great. The layout is pretty well so it isn't easy to get lost. It is right next to the Mercedes Benz stadium, and there is always an Uber or Lyft available.
