My friends and I had such a wonderful time in Thailand.
Your welcome made it spectacular... beginning from the kindness, precision and assistance of the hotel staff, everything has been unforgettable.

As soon as I walked in, I enjoyed the feeling of a warm atmosphere and modern design. A great smile and a nice "Sawadee kha" is a fantastic introduction to Siam.

The open kitchen at the restaurant, an indicator of cleanliness, the quality and variety of the breakfast in addition to the comfort of the rooms made our stay delightful. The views of Bangkok were impressive from the exectivtive lounge, the swimming pool and the Octave Sky Bar, which were of course absolutely marvellous as well.
The tempo of personell is unmatched.

Many thanks once again from all of us for this memorable holiday.

Excellent hotel, close to transport services and very central. Cozy rooms, beautiful ones on high floors. Restaurant on the 2nd floor. don't miss the show that you can see from the rooftop bar.

Stayed here for our honeymoon. Amazing experience. Rooftop pool and bar above the city. Excellent dining experience at the upscale restaurant. Great gym. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. My husband and I are well seasoned travellers. We've been to 35 countries and stayed at many hotels all over the globe. The service and this hotel by far is honestly the best we have ever experienced I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Family trip with 4 kids and 7 adults stay at 4 rooms at different level from 15th floor to 21st floor. Nightmare and Bad experience. Hotel was on fire @12am during our 1st night stay but the fire alarm was not rang at higher floor where we stay and no one from hotel side notify us during fire until my relative stay at lower floor call to wake us up and run with kids from 17th floor to ground floor. After fire incident at 4am, the room was full with smoke and burning smell which cause my wife nose bleeding and we think is not suitable to stay. Complaint to hotel and hotel agreed to just "borrow " us another hotel room for sleeping only but luggage are not allow to move to the New room. Walk with kids in pyjamas from one block to another block @ 4.30am. No water supply for the next day and the original room still in the same condition. Complain several times to management but no action was taken by the hotel management other than request us to wait. Finally decided to transfer to other hotel for the rest of our holidays. Poor safety management and bad service. Bad experience with this hotel.

I'm a Marriott guy for past 4 years as much as I can. My wife is too now. They are consistent in their accommodations, cleanliness, and excellent service. This might have been our best service at a Marriott. Everyone from front desk to restaurant to concierge to room service were pleasant and fantastic. Really exceeded our expectations for a Marriott. Location was great to hop on skytrain or hail a taxi or wander the streets with options for restaurants and massages nearby.

Bed report - at first bed looked slanted and not impressive, but they were very comfortable. Wifey approved cleanliness, though sheets were not changed daily. Pillows were decent

Very comfortable and spacious apartments.
Full kitchen, with washer and dryer.
Pool on the 7th floor with great views.
Bar on the roof very lively (they do not allow minors to climb).

Very nice rooms lively staff and good accommodations like gym etc. They don't clear the taxi vultures out of their driveway though so you get pestered pretty aggressively on your way out. They lose half a star for this.

A good 5 star hotel. The check in was a bit tedious taking a bit of time. We booked the hotels online through bookings however they misplaced our bookings somehow. The only downside of this hotel was the traffic to and out of the hotel is crazy. Takes you hours to get anywhere. However still a good centrally located hotel

Conveniently located less than 100m from the Thong Lo station, this Marriott has all you would expect from a western hotel, but in this bustling city of Bangkok! I haven t used Any amenities here, but this hotel has a fitness center, pool, roof top bar, etc.

One of the best for sheer classiness of hotels, one of the worst for service. I waited 1.5 hrs to be checked in (we checked in after 4 pm) and then i have yet to receive my elite rewards for my stay. A blemish on the Marriott brand

Great property! Brand new rooms, friendly service and amazing Gold benefits (20% off F&B and spa, lounge open from 6am-11pm with food / nibbles availabe most of that time + free breakfast + terrific views from the 40th floor).

You can walk from BTS Thonglor station. There are convenience stores and massage shops in the immediate vicinity. There is a restaurant on the 45th floor of the hotel and a rooftop bar above it. The bar was popular and crowded, and no one attended, so I walked around the store and saw a wonderful night view. Rooms were very comfortable with no complaints.

Reasonable service This is a budget hotel in Bangkok.
When you bring the sparkling bracelet you bought at the Sky Lounge Bar to the 100th grade, you will be asked for store staff. If you are going please bring it by all means. Certainly it is 100 yen entering the fourth place. It's fun to buy about 5 sets!

The stay was also thanks to the friendly staff totally relaxed. The Land of Smiles lives up to its name.
The ambience is upscale, very stylish
The roof top bar is a highlight, you are really a colonel and has no grid as a barrier.
A bit disappointing was the pool with the bar. Although very nicely kept a bit small. The area with bubble was not made to lie relaxed.
All in all, it was a thoroughly happy stay. Price performance are top.
Oh yes: The nearest BTS station is within a short walking distance. If you need a taxi, the staff will help you find one that does not require prizes

This is the trickiest Marriott hotel I have ever been to so far in my life. The hotel management only considers customers dimension as cost and revenues only.

First, with very cheap rate with a little text saying you will not get any benefits of Marriott Bonvoy by booking this promotion, and those high status will get shocked that they wouldn t even get the breakfast.

Secondly, they reduced the cost. Afternoon tea which used to be included in disappeared without even informing. Toiletries given have only a few; otherwise, you need to request. Yes! At the 5 stars hotel and you will still need to ask for slippers!?

In addition, the turndown service is only available until 6 pm, come on the sun sometimes I hasn t even set when they come in. Do you know turndown is?

Thirdly, they made the suite room only available to book on the day after tomorrow. They will sadly tell the room is unavailable, so you wouldn t be entitled to upgrade. You see how tricky it is? Suite room will never be available for upgrade with this system, and yet it doesn t invalidate the terms and conditions. They said I could use an SNA to secure the room, but wait the hotel can reject SNA and the room is already cheap. Why would I spend more money here or even time as a hell here?

They will not give anything to you even though you come back here often. It is a nightmare having a long stay dealing with management problems. Laundry services are only available 3 out of 7 days.

I went to the rooftop bar in the hotel.
It is amazing to say that it is open air, although it is a pretty high floor of 49 floors.
In the 360-degrees, I felt that the sake I drank in the sea of light of Bangkok was very delicious. It was also an extraordinary experience that can not be done easily in Japan.
The cocktail is around 2,000 yen. It is stupid when considering Thai prices, but I think it may be worth going once.

It was AWESOME. We got upgraded to the Presidential Suite from our executive suite. We went to the executive lounge and the tea/carrot cake were amazing. We ventured up to the Sky Bar @ 5 and were glad we came when it opened. It was standing room only within 20 minutes. The drinks were top notch. The tables are flimsy and we broke two glasses by stepping on the base, but we weren't charged for the glasses and even got free refills, so I can't complain too much. After some drinks we went down 2 floors for dinner. We were 6th in line for a table and waited at the bar where me met Kelvin. Kelvin is amazing! He grabbed us a second chair for the bar helped us find fun drinks for our wait. When we got seated Kelvin decided to follow us and made us custom drinks: I told him I like spiced rum and got a wonderful blended rum drink infused with cinnamon sticks, my wife got a creamy fruity drink with rose petals on top. After our meal (sushi was awesome) we asked for the tab and Kelvin made us wait at the bar for a nice soothing shot of what appeared to be mango, rose petals, and some liqour. Our only bad moment came when we used the spa tub. Upon using the air jets green filmy stuff came shooting out so we left the tub and showered up. Breakfast in the executive lounge was very nice with cold cuts, breads and bagels, and a cook to make fresh thai dishes. Overall, a very great experience. The staff are all smiles and very kind albeit a bit soft-spoken.

Good
