The hotel is located easily within walking distance of the inner harbor. The rooms are spacious and well kept. The staff are courteous and professional.

The rooms were very clean and roomy. The soaps and shampoos has a pleasant smell to them. And the staff was courteous and friendly.
The Marriott franchises are usually a winner and this one is no exception! Enjoy your stay!
Staff was kind at times. Staff was dismissive at times. Being a loyal BONVoY customer spending over 125 stays per year it was no a typical stay. Room was worn/dirty - homeless wandered through parking and hotel lobby freely. Perhaps that's a good thing. Still ever loyal to BONVoY. Not this property.
Nice rooms. Great staff.. Very close to everything.. Gym is well stocked..
Hotel location is great. The room was not great. It was hot and humid. After two trips to our room by maintenance, we slept in a hot and humid room. We are now checking out a day early to get cooled off. We love Marriott properties but would not stay at this location again.
The room was kept very clean by an attentive staff and I loved every minute of my stay!
Lovely hotel. Super helpful staff too! I love that it's within walking distance to tons of stuff!
It's fine for the price, but rooms felt dated with a small SD television and a heating unit that clicked through the night. Room WiFi cost extra, too, though the hotel acts like free WiFi in the lobby is a perk. Location is convenient to the Orioles and convention center, but there are more pleasant spots to stay in the city. Staff was friendly and hotel is clean with interesting features like a wall of self serve beer in the lobby. But overall I felt it could be better.
Nice place to have a social event. The staff and very helpful and on point with answers and help.
The ballrooms and meeting areas were perfect for our event. Parking was also easy.
Hotel is very nice, room was clean. Staff is very helpful from the time you pull in to covered unloading section. Centrally located near tons of food and happenings.
This motel has a great concierge, great rooms, and wonderful service! The only downside is it can be busy with the convention center and ball games nearby so if you want a quiet out of the way hotel, this is not your place. However, if you want to be within half an hour of BWI, close to University of Maryland Medical Center, Camden Yard, or the Convention Center this is the place for you! The circulator bus is free if you are used to big city transit, otherwise Uber may be better suited for you with both being a very short wait at the hotel which is central to the inner harbor and all it has to offer!
Can't beat the location. Was disappointed in the internet WiFi. I could not stay connected or get any work done.
Above and beyond staff. Bellman heard me talking about phone dead not having a charger and brought me his personal charger back to my room to borrow.
Great location But, Parking is extra $30 and no complimentary internet, coffee is extra no free breakfast option. Very convenient for Camden Yards
Staff lied to us when we called (twicetwice) in and out parking for non hotel guests, and when we arrived we discovered that the garage does not offer such access to non hotel guests. The manager William was unwilling to do anything meaningful to make it right such as putting us in system as guests to write in and out pass. Very poor service and you cannot depend on what staff tell you
Pleasant stay and courteous service. Great downtown location close to baseball and football stadium...
Used the parking lot. It was decent and prices comparable with the other lots in the area. They look like they are doing some work on it, so that will be good.
This is the worst Mariott. You pay for everything including Wi-Fi and they don't even have complimentary breakfast. Oh also the view from the rooms are construction or a building wall.
Easy, quick access to Camden Yards. Well worth the $20 event parking fee.
Nice, clean hotel. Great location. Shame they charge for internet...could have been more stars.
The hotel was great. I want to give a shout out to Luis and Maryann at the Yard Bar. They made our stay very enjoyable. I feel like we have two new friends. Room was clean and food was delicious. We will be back.
Avoid. Staff is not knowledgeable about the hotel and in general seemed very incompetent.
You can get a hotel much closer to Inner Harbor or Fell's Point for much much cheaper than this place. You have been warned..
Comfortable but could use some updating in the rooms. Kind staff and local to the sites for tourist. Street parking is scarce so be prepared for that $30 valet.
The service was great and all the staff are very polite. Downside no washcloths in my room
Location was excellent: conveniently located near the light rail with easy access to the airport. I will be back!
Very nice hotel, not a huge place, but not small either. Would have preferred valet parking but not a option since the city owns the parking garage. Nice staff, good location
Much less than I expected because I didn't realize there were multiple Marriott's in Baltimore. When researching the hotel amenities online, be careful. But it was close to the Convention Center and Inner Harbor
Dated hotel. It s alright accommodations. Excellent location though.
$20 dollar parking for events, pretty good food at The Yard
Great location, close across the street fromCamden Yards and 10 min walk to the inner harbor..
Excellent staff service. However, I booked a king size bed room and was given a room with two queen size beds. I was told that there are none available and I would have to wait. Considering I am only here for one night, that was not an option.
Rooms are very compact and slightly dated. Bathroom is okay but could use an update soon. Again very small as well.
Very helpful staff, and incredibly close to Camden yards and the inner harbor.
The experience in this hotel wasn't the greatest. I had requested two things and it wasn't done at the arrival of the hotel. The rooms are very outdated for the price you're paying for. The tables were sticky. The worst part was the dirty sheets. Couldn't sleep comfortably.
It a nice clean hotel. Sorda quiet. I like it. But keep in mind it's next to an ambulance station so it could be annoying with all the emergency vehicles all night. It seems sorda safe around the hotel. Just keep looking forward and minding your own business.
We were not there for very long but everything was good. I had room service for dinner which was quick. The food was ok. I say ok as it was not was i was expecting but thats my fault. The actual taste was fine. We had breakfast in the dining room and that was good too. Cannot fault the hotel. All the staff we interactived with were polite and friendly. The beds were comfortable. Overall I can highly recommend this hotel and the next time I go to Baltimore I will try to stay there.
5 years I been choosing this as my place to stay I love it. Imma miss you Marriot
I was quite impressed by the safe and awesome parking space even in spite of being at the center of the city. Its easily accessible and the pricing isn't that bad. Employees there were really friendly and helpful. Well lit and well arranged rooms. Food was really good and was well available on time.
it was a very nice location. the rooms were rather affordable given the size and location
Beautiful hotel with an excellent staff who go out of their way to make your stay the best! No matter when you were put and about in the hotel, people were always cleaning and vacuuming. I would stay here again if I go to Baltimore again!
At this particular time there was a lot of people staying here, and the wait for the elevators was way too long! That is why I couldn't give it 5 stars.
Very tired Marriott property. Note the breakfast order from, prefilled by a previous guest- three months ago.
The hotel in general is very nice, the staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. I would stay here again but make requests ahead of time. Booked a king room for $229/night. Our room had a Murphy bed, not a regular bed. Felt like a sofa bed.
The carpet was wet from the air conditioner and there was food/trash visible under the dresser.
Nice, but lacks the level of service expected at a full service Marriott. Concierge attendent was excellent, mediocre food (AM & PM).
Good hotel, but couldn't get the wifi to work in the room (even to see the paynent options - I don't think it's free). Also, got warned for noise while a few friends were in the room waiting for pizza. Great place if you want quiet, excellent location for events at the Baltimore Convention center, and will probably stay there if I go back to Baltimore, but I hope they get a better wifi system.
The hotel is very close to the Baltimore convention center and is a very good hotel to stay at if you have an event at the convention center. The service is great and food is fantastic
Didn't use hotel, did use the parking facility. It was nice and attendant was very helpful.
Great location. Right down the street from the harbor and Phillips seafood restaurant.
Just a typical hotel nothing special about it. Parking is outrageous
Because of the pandemic the restaurants are closed and there are limited channels on the TV
Nice place to be near the harbor. Hotel is too quiet if planning a small party or get together
nice great location room is adequate not overly large bed is very comfortable very clean
Location is convenient for conferences. Perhaps a bit far from Fells point to walk. Rooms are comfortable and staff are helpful and friendly.
