Lovely place to stay in Baltimore. Attended a huge company Gala and everything was perfect. From the food to the bartenders it was wonderful. Highly recommend it. Inner Harbor is a great place to visit.

It is under construction outside, the building, the rooms, and furnitures inside looks aged. It definitely needs some renovation. And the towels in my room were not clean. There are many hotels nearby better and newer than it, with almost the same price.

No free WiFi. No complimentary breakfast. TV is locked down so you can only pay for movies through their service even if you want to just plug your computer in. Food is overwhelmingly expensive. This hotel feels like it's being run by EA, where they sell you 50% of the hotel room and require you to pay for the rest of it through DLC

Huge hotel, ideally situated for Camden Yard, various concert venues, and the inner harbor. Great catering for conferences. Conference WiFi is really expensive however. Guest room WiFi is free. Bar n grill in lobby has limited menu but tasty, and there's a brick oven pizza place adjacent to the lobby as well! A 12" pizza is about $15, but a sandwich from the fridge in the lobby shop (which has a microwave BTW) will run you $16. The lobby personnel and security personnel were all friendly and helpful, even at midnight or 5 a.m., which was impressive. Room was clean, comfortable and had excellent toiletries (always gives a good impression) and enough electrical outlets for everyone to charge everything. The room fridge had a broken thermostat so it froze everything... not a big deal for me. Guest washer and dryer on each floor appear to be complementary, how awesome! Hotel can run cool, bring a jacket or something, but it can also run hot in certain meeting rooms. Also, you are in the inner harbor flood plain... on Monday night the lobby bar had to shut down as hard rain led to flash flooding (hello, Maryland) and the waters invaded the floors in the bar and carpeted meeting room hallway! The next day they had big blowers going to dry the carpet but it was pretty smelly in that hallway.

Attended a wedding/reception at the Marriott. Venue, food and service staff all excellent. Couldn't give 5 stars because parking, although convenient, was expensive. $30 for the time we were at the event. Ouch.

Clean and beautiful lobby but the staff aren't as helpfull as they should be during late night hours. Thou they could see another gentleman and myself trying to get in (as well as our attempts to use the intercom paging system) from where they were, they continued to ignore us until another patron came through the lobby and let us in as she exited. This is inexcusable lazzyness especially in the hospitality industry in my opinion!

BUGS, AIR DIDN'T WORK (78 in our room), MOLD IN THE SHOWER, BIG HOLE IN LAMP SHADE...Most uncomfortable night in a $310 hotel room!
I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a nice relaxing stay on the Inner Harbor to LOOK ELSEWHERE!
I am not picky and I have never given an online review...that's how passionate I am about this place.
We paid $310 for a waterfront room. The first room we got had a decent view but it had dead bugs on the ceiling and live ones in the bathroom. I asked to switch rooms, they moved us down a floor to a room with a terrible view. This room was 78 degrees when we arrived at 5:30pm. We called maintenance when we returned from dinner at 8:00pm after leaving blinds closed and air on full blast. He came up and was unable to fix the air and told us to re-close the blinds (what's the point of paying extra for a waterfront room?) saying we had them open for too long. (only about 20 minutes and it was 8:00pm not middle of the day heat of the sun). He offered us a free breakfast since they had no other waterfront king rooms available. But, in the morning the room service staff had no record of this. We did end up getting the free breakfast after much confusion from staff.
The night before we stayed at a Hilton. We recieved a survey from them and we gave fantasic reviews however I never recieved a surey from Marriott about my stay. That is why I decided to write this review!
I will never stay at another Marriott and I suggest you all stay away as well!

Was decent overall. No valet service and the garage was under construction making it difficult to park. The rooms could use some attention as well. The hall smelled like cigarette smoke, bathroom had water damage on the walls, and a poorly done caulk job on the bathtub. Could definitely benefit from some upgrades.

Lovely staff and a room with a great View. It was a clean and well-appointed accommodation. However dinner at the yard was a very disappointing experience.

Lackadaisical staff who I had to wave down every time. The restaurant was empty and maybe that was a clue. You would think a hamburger and french fries would be pretty simple. It just wasn't a well digested moment. The staff was too busy talking amongst themselves along with the hostess.

Buyer beware! Was told guests park for free, but when I went to get validated they told me something else, but said that I'd only pay $10 for the three hours I was there. Ended up paying $20... Besides that the facility was nice.

You mean to tell me that I paid $300 a night to stay here and basic accommodations, like real time HBO, are too much??? I was legit looking forward to my stay in Baltimore and watching the FINAL episode of Game of Thrones tonight. That didn't happen. If I would've known that their version of HBO is a few movies on loop, I would've delayed my travels. What a let down... I'm definitely looking at Marriott in a different light, ugh/sigh

Standard Marriott full service hotel, but the staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. The location is convenient walking distance to numerous restaurants and museums as well as harbor, aquarium, historic sites and public transportation.
