Did not stay at room but the hotel itself was a great place for a professional meeting. All my associates were quite pleased.
Did not stay at room but the hotel itself was a great place for a professional meeting. All my associates were quite pleased.
Clean rooms, quick and friendly service. Would visit again.
Beautiful environment, great customer service and the lobby is active for socializing with others. The workout room is an added plus. Garage and valet parking
The room was very nice and the staff was very accomodating.
I like this hotel, the rooms are comfortable and the common spaces are well appointed while still being comfortable. It is likely to be my hotel in Baltimore Inner Harbor going forward. My only negative is the fitness center needed to be redone a few years ago, I hear it will be in 2020.
I was pleasantly surprised at the bar area. Terrific food, drinks delicious and priced at what you would expect for a big city bar
Was there for a meeting. Staff are friendly and the food was excellent. The temperature in the meeting rooms was either boiling hot or freezing cold, and the rooms smelled musty.
Ate at Brick and Fire Pizza in the Marriott for dinner and the food was great! We had drinks at the bar afterward and it was nice and the drinks were good, but the service was a slow and the bartender was not friendly but not rude either. Would definitely go back to Brick and Fire though.
The parking garage was clean but paying to get out was confusing.
We stopped here for pizza and were impressed with the quality of the hotel as well. If Otakon were to come back to Baltimore we will probably look at staying here.
Nice and comfortable hotel close to the Convention Center, very good location only 10 to 15 minutes walk to the Harbour of Baltimore. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking is not free of charge.
Seems alright. The fans in the underpass are nice. Sucks during construction, but that's life in a city.
We attended theatre production at Hippodrome This hotel was 2 blocks away. so very convenient.
My daughter and I were here at this location for a College Bound Celebrations. The accommodations were awesome, food & service were great and the people were amazing!
Hotel rooms are a bit dated. Food from "The Yard" was not good. Posted picture of lettuce wedge I received.
Good hotel near inner harbor really good lounge at this location and the staff is nice. Line for coffee is a bit slow in the morning. I didn t try the bar at the hotel but they seemed like they lots of beers on tap
Close to Camden Yards and the harbor. The restaurant is decent and the rooms are nicely done.
Friendly helpful staff, updated rooms, comfortable beds. Great location.
If you're headed to Baltimore for an Orioles game, you cannot beat the location of this hotel! The decor in the guestrooms and corridors is dated, but fine. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Our service was above average. My husband actually got stuck in one of their elevators... although he was fine, they kindly comped breakfast for our whole family the following morning. However, I felt as though they could have also comped our parking fees as a sign of appreciation for not making a big deal out of a potentially traumatizing situation. All that aside, our stay was just what it needed to be.
Staff seems attentive, beds are comfortable but other than that I wouldn't really consider it to be 4 star facilities. A/C in my room was tricky, working sometimes, not others. Room was a bit small - I kept bumping into the coffee cart, closet was more like a deep half closet and, at 6ft tall, I had to bend my knees quite a bit in the shower. TV is analog, reading light on the lamp didn't work - nothing too awful, just not 4 stars. Location is convenient for Camden Yards and the convention center.
Hotel room a bit small for the price. Shower too small. Staff not as friendly as could be.
The rooms were nice and the beds were very comfortable. My only issue was that the shower pressure was so strong that it got the floor wet.
Everything I needed was provided promptly and politely
The most unprofessional reception service during the check in process in my 25 years of traveling. Attending a medical conference. Can't' recall the name of the lady, perhaps Courtney. Have never written a bad review before but the sarcasm, level of disturbing conduct led me to take the time and effort to write this unprecedented review. Must be slim picking in Baltimore for hospitality. Avoid this property.
Beautiful hotel. Conveniently located near the harbor. Walking distance to good restaurants and bars. Hotel rooms are cozy with nice bar downstairs
Great hotel and location. Room was too heavily scented with cleaning smells and perfumes.
Best place in town for after work drinks and conversation. We also do many buisness dinners as well. Top Notch!
The hotel was in a great location, great beds, the view was nice, it was great. The gym was even pretty good.
Good, very nice staff, and clean hotel. Noisy as it is in the city. I would definitely stay again.
Decent sized rooms, some rooms don't have a lock on their bathroom door so that's a negative, service is decent and there is a good amount of channels on the tv
Nice physical structure. But...no hot water in the shower. I mentioned this at check out and there was no offer to reduce my rate for an ice cold shower in December. I didnt make it an issue but an offer would have been the right thing to do.
"Old" room, no fridge. Beds really do need new mattresses. Parking for guests are not free... $30 for overnight parking., breakfast is $20pp. High price, low quality.
Staff was friendly, breakfast buffet was fresh and had made to order eggs. Room was comfortable, but had a couple spots that have seen better days.
Clean Hotel close to everything. Please stop hosting bronie conventions. Very disturbing
A prepaid visit with Priceline still allowed me to check in earlier (marriott member)- checkout later. Great room and nice staff outside and in...would definitely stay again. Right on circulator line - free bus to inner harbor.
Nice hotel. Lounge is good. Staff is very kind. Rooms are a bit small
I essentially stay here annually for a conference that is at the Hilton directly across the street. Convenient location to the convention center as well as Camden Yards. Always a friendly staff and I've never had anything to complain about.
Nice rooms, good location downtown with plenty of things in walking distance.
Fantastic location to stay if you're in the area for an event at the convention center -- it's right across the street from the Hilton hotel, which is connected to the convention center via skybridge. Great service, friendly staff, and pretty nice rooms.
Great location for business conference! Large meeting rooms, connection to hotel by elevated corridor, and altogether comfortable facility!
Noise cancellation of doors obsolete. We heard babies crying across the hall, doors slamming. Yet room very clean nice, hotel staff great, nicely groomed. Location great.
No parking and dont take cash.no swimming pool for children or family.you just paying for the name brand but offer you nothing els.
Went in to use the UPS store inside. The people at the UPS store were quick and nice.
Friendly staff, nice clean rooms, close to all the important landmarks and the university of Maryland medical center
I didn't stay here, just attended a function here. The food was excellent and the people were friendly. Really nice place, but it is in downtown Baltimore, so if you go out walking at night, be prepared to meet all kinds of people.
The mildly flavored crab chowder pairs well with the lightly spicy chicken quesadilla. Good service, nicely appointed environment. Just off the lobby, but strategic positioning of walls creates cozy places.
Nice hotel. Nice location just a couple blocks from the inner harbor. Clean rooms. Nice staff. I would stay again. Didn't hear noise outside during sleep. Lots of channels to choose from. No real concerns or complaints.
Great place to stay. Great rooms with awesome A/C units.
Great location near the sports stadiums and the inner harbor. Guest rooms are outdated and smaller for a Marriott.
I was here for a nursing conference and had a great time. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room was very clean. Even got to watch a few minutes of HBO before passing out.
Good hotel with a great location close to Camden Yards and downtown, nice amenities, especially the BricknFire place in the lobby and the concierge lounge. Rooms are large with good connectivity, though a bit dated, with loud HVAC and a small bathroom. A good experience.
Nice hotel. Good location. Courteous staff. But, didn't quite like the food.
This was a very nice hotel with a nice restaurant. The rooms are very comfortable.
