The hotel feels a bit dated. The colors and decor are very worn. The television does not offer hd channels and the bed feels like a rock. The location is pretty good but there are many better hotels nearby.

Room was dirty, hair in bathtub when we arrived, floor was very dirty, surfaces were dusty. Very outdated room. Chair in room had stains on it. Closet smelled moldy, couldn t hang clothes inside. Front desk staff was rude on the phone twice and rude at check in as well. Front desk did not seem concerned about making guests feel welcome at all upon arrival. The towels were worse than any rags I use at home to clean. They were thin, old, rough and gross. You would think staying at a Marriott you could get a nicer towel than what you d expect from a roadside motel. Very disappointed. WiFi was $13 unless you are a Marriott rewards member and even then it was so much slower slower than using my data without WiFi. Parking is $30 a night which they surprise you with at check in.

Only plus: 15 walk to inner harbor, bed was comfortable. However we were not sure the sheets seemed clean. There were hairs on top of the bedspread as well.

Came for a convention and our room had a chick-fil-a sandwich just sitting in the mini fridge, we called them to clean it up and they did nothing. Our tv wasn t working either and when they came to fix it, they left a note saying that they can t fix It. I PAYED FOR THIS HOTEL AND THE TV DOESNT WORK?!?!?

The room was in pont. Great bed. Parking is 34$ a day. That robbery. The airport does not charge that much. I checked in took 9min. I then had to pay 7$ just to leave I was Soo dissapointment there was not even a guest discount or check in courtesy. I won't be staying again but the bed and view was nice

We eat at the Marriott restaurant before every Oriole game to which we have a season ticket. Sometimes we go down on a weekend just to enjoy the brunch. Re-visiting a hotel's restaurant when one is not a guest may be irregular, but we go back again and again for several reasons. The staff is always helpful, friendly and welcoming. The waiters and waitresses are able to take orders, and bring them to the table exactly as requested, even when the choice has been modified from the description on the menu. The staff is accommodating without being obtrusive. Diners know the staff love their jobs when one of the chefs brings out a new brownie restaurant he is trying and gives out samples for feedback!! Oh, did I mention that the food is always delicious? Whether a starter, entree or dessert it is well-prepared and presented. A medium hamburger is always medium, not overcooked or raw. Bring us more of those brownies!!! Finally, the prices are in line with other restaurants in the area. With all these strengths I guess the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor restaurant will be our favorite 'go-to' for many years to come.

Very old.. I had a huge water bug in my room At 3 in the morning that the very nice security guard tried to get out but wasn t able to. I didn t get to bed in yet another older room until 7am from anxiety. When asked was anything going to be done or something for our troubles. The manager informed me changing my room was for my troubles. Horrible.

Room was nice and clean. But AC control didn't work, TV was malfunctioning and water pipe inside the wall was loud. Didn't care much for TV but noise and cold was a little too much for full comfort

The room was fine, though a little in need of fixing up; the bathroom had patched sections of wall and a towel bar was working its way out of the wall, the door didn't close well. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Was here for a conference at the Baltimore Convention Center, stayed 4 nights. Had a king room, it was clean and in fair condition. My room was serviced on Monday but when I got back at 5 on Tuesday it still hadn't been serviced. I had to ask to get any extra coffee for the room, but otherwise things were good. The hotel was quiet and convienient for accessing the convention center and restaurants / attractions in Baltimore.

It's nice, but they want to squeeze every penny out of you and it's obvious.

The food is expensive, and there is no free WiFi. I feel it's a shame when you have to leave your hotel for basic things like that.

Just completed a weekend stay for an event at the convention center. This Marriott is woefully in need of refurbishment. Our room was worn looking. However, it was clean and the temperature was well controlled. The atmosphere in the hotel was inviting and pleasant. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. We noticed that all staff members greeted us in the hallways and seemed warm and genuine. We needed a late checkout on Monday and the staff happily accommodated us. We ate dinner in the bar area on Sunday. The food and service were both good. I would stay here again.

The hotel was great, we stayed two nights in a king room. Parking was easy to get in and out of. The Baltimore Convention Center is very close which was nice. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

We stayed in room 229 for four nights. The first night of hell began with the computer system going down right when I was trying to check in. I waited for 30 min for it to come back on. Later that night at 11:30 it sounded like someone left their vibrator running on the tile floor above us. I called down to the office three times over a 2 hour period. Come to find out they were removing tile, brilliant to do that kind of work at night. The next day the maintenance engineer came to my room and told me that it would not happen again. He also apologized for the mouse that scared my wife early in the morning that very next morning. So as for the next night the jackhammering on the floor only lasted until 11:30 I guess we should feel fortunate that it wasn't longer. The next morning we went down stairs to have breakfast. The hostess never seated us we sat ourselves. She would not bring us menus and the waitress never came over either. The restaurant was almost empty there was no excuse not to help us. Later that day we had just got back from the convention and the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the hotel, just icing on the cake. This stay was the worst that we have ever experienced I would never recommend this hotel to anybody even a enemy!!!! BH

The lobby is nice, if too loud for comfort. Check-in was smooth, but uninformative. I had to ask for information I expect to be provided such as checkout time, etc. The room was nice, but all the surfaces felt damp - as if the humidity settled on the bed, chair, and carpet.

Rooms were super clean and the service was very friendly. We spoke with the doorman to figure out nightlife options after the game and he suggested we check out Power Plant Live. He hit the nail on the head it was a GREAT spot for drinks and partying.
