we requested a king bed but when we went to the room there were 2 doubles. That was quickly resolved. All in all the room was clean, nice decor, people were very helpful. there's a great pizza place in the lobby.
Very expensive for the service the give. The bathroom smells really bad. No breakfast or internet included.

The lobby and the facilities at the Mariott are really nice, and so were the rooms. It always also really convenient how close it is to the Baltimore Convention Center.
The room was comfortable with a single king size bed, but they charge for Wi-Fi in 2016! And it's an additional $29 for parking.
The Marriott is one of the nicest places here in Baltimore you can stay! Wonderful staff and great location.
If there was a rating leas than 1 I would give it. Worse stay ever at a Hilton property. Arrived to find their parking deck was full so we had to ride around to find parking and walk back to the hotel. We were given a room and then told the room wasn't ready...had to move again. Customer service was horrible except for Demetrice who did everything he could to accommodate us.
I've been here nearly every year for BronyCon. I've found this hotel to be very welcoming to their guests, which says a lot, with how much silliness they have to put up with. However, you may find the pillows not very fluffy in the rooms (important for me because I have bad acid reflux) and the rooms themselves on the cold side. The walls are also pretty thin, but you can't beat the location relative to the convention center.
I parked at the Marriott Inner Harbor to attend an event at the convention center. I didn't really know where I was going but was quickly guided on my way by a very helpful employee in the lobby.
Nice room. Friendly staff. Good food at reasonable prices. Very comfortable bed. Quiet! Access to lots of activities.
I went to the Baltimore game and it was really close to the hotel!
Excellent hospitality. Reception originally could not find my reservations for two single-bed rooms, but they accomodated and gave each of us double-bed rooms. Love the communication through the app- it's simple. The staff did miss one of my requests for extra water bottles in one of our rooms, but that's minor. The beds were clean, comfortable. Everything was well-stocked. The housekeeping staff was friendly, and one of the on-shift managers greeted me in the elevator and asked how my stay was. I would recommend staying here!

The hotel printed my invoice split into 2 because I made the original reservation in 2 names. I ended up being the only person staying, and it was a business trip. After the trip I was doing my business expenses and called the hotel to request a reprint of the invoice in one name, not split, to avoid confusion on the expense report. Reception put me through to accounting. Over the following month I left an email and 3 voicemails. I never did receive a call back. That level of customer service is atrocious and even though my stay in the hotel was completely fine, I have to leave a negative review. The fact that they don't have the common courtesy to return a phone call, let alone 3, is ridiculous.

Attended an event here. The facilities were nice but the staff were fantastic. From security to coordinators all of my interactions were superb... Especially with the valet folks.
Hotel is ok. Rooms need updating. Hotel could use a renovation as a whole. Lobby looks like the only thing updated.
Very solid room, free wifi only in the lobby not in the individual rooms. Very nice hotel staff is great. Dinning in hotel is very good a bit expensive. Proximity to Camden yards is very very close you can practically see the park from here! I do recommend this hotel.
I use the parking lot. Very expensive 30.00 dollar for an hour half parking. Wowa.

Was there for FCC TCB workshop may 2017. Much better than other hotels in the area.
We had drinks at the bar and a couple apps. Service was good. Very professional. Food was very tasty. Had a couple apps. Grilled oysters and a soft pretzel that was covered in cheese and crab. Both very tasty. Atmosphere was also great, very laid back feel.
During these turmuntious times people make a big difference, I have stayed at this Marriot several times now on in the last month and, the staff has exceeded all expectations of excellence. Thank you Shane for your extraordinary professionalism and discretion when needed the most. I hope you have the opportunity when times are less dire that you have the chance to pass along your outstanding customer service skills.
Good location. Within walking distance of the waterfront. My room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly.
Pros: Great location. Across the street from Camden Yards. Short walk to the harbor. Lots of food options around.
Cons: Be careful heading certain directions after dark. Had a mouse in my room once. Guest services quickly moved me to a new room and offered some sort of compensation, which I declined.
I've been to this Marriott many times over the years, and it definitely fits the expected standard for Marriotts. The front desk staff are curteous and welcoming, the staff at the lobby restaurant are very nice... The rooms are standard Marriott rooms with the occasional fancy suite. No kitchens, but pull-out couches and spacious accommodations are available, as well as rollaway beds. Right across the street from Camden Yards, so great for a traveling baseball fan or if you're attending an event at the convention center only a block away. There are several restaurants and bars in walking distance, both chains and local, and with a variety of price points.
Great location. Easy walking to just about everything in the inner harbor. Hotel was clean, and staff friendly. Arrived very early for an event and were going to check our luggage with the hotel but our room was already ready! Only downside was no digital key, but that's really a matter of preference.
Great Hotel in a great location!! You are within a block or two of Camden Yards, the convention center, the harbor and great bars and restaurants. Great bar/restaurant/ coffee shop in the lobby. Only reason they get 4 stars is the need to update the rooms and gym.
Visited facility for a professional event. Meeting room was well appointed, lunch was great, parking fee was reasonable. Would gladly attend an event here again.

These rooms are completely outdated. The only nice thing is the bathroom because it has been remodeled. The furniture looks like it's from the seventies and the carpet looks dingy and original (never been replaced nor shampooed). Also, I must add that My Wife was on he phone talking to her bestie happy and there is a knock at the door and security said there was a noise complaint. In all of our years staying in hotels and Air bnbs we have never received a complaint. I have been in Property Management for over 25 years, she is in senior management and in the legal profession. We know how to conduct ourselves. We have stayed at much better hotels with no issues. When I found out my Mother In Law was staying at this hotel I was like "Nooooooo!!!" because (1) it isn't a good location; and (2) I recall a few years ago someone got shot & killed in front of this hotel. Never again. If I can warn others not to stay here, I must.
The hotel and rooms are nice. The staff was great and very personable. However, the banquet food has room for improvement.
They have a parking garage for guests to use, which was a relief in Baltimore. The room and sheets seemed clean, but the pillows and mattress weren't very comfortable and I woke up with a sore neck and shoulders. The wifi worked, but was a tad slow, and the breakfast purchased at the restaurant in the lobby was convenient but not really worth the price. Other than that, the room was pretty standard and worked out fine.
The best thing about the hotel is the Lobby, They also have a great self serve beer wall. The crab pretzel is wonderful from their restaurant the yard

Very clean, classy hotel. Lots of entertainment in the area. They have a huge lobby with a bar, buffet and a brick oven pizza place. The rooms are large clean and comfortable, best hotel bed I have slept on.

Had a really lovely one-night stay. Everything's very modern and comfortable, and there's clearly a high standard of service here. The staff were all very nice, and Reneil in particular was awesome! He's professional and friendly, and his help made our lives so much easier when we were checking in. We'll be back when we're in Baltimore again!

This is my third time staying at this hotel and the first time I've had a serious issue. I requested a feather free room, didn't get it and when I arrived house keeping was gone for the night. I do like the location, but was not at all pleased with the way their mistake was handled.

Updated from 2 stars to one after several weeks of a fraudulent charge on my card and several hours spent on the phone with Marriott, they still have not refunded me for charging a night on my card even though my hotel was prepaid. I have an handing it over to my bank as unauthorized activity since they are more competent than Marriott s service in hotels and via phone. Will be canceling my Bonvoy membership and all future Marriott stays. What a scam all for the most disappointing hotel room (ie stained sheets, disgusting carpet, bugs in the gym)

We messed up booking and the hotel was able to accommodate us with no problem. We honestly couldn't ask for a better hotel right at the harbor for so cheap. My only disappointment is that there isn't complimentary breakfast.
