The bar was very nice. Met a few friends in town for a conference there for drinks.

You will never go wrong with Mr. JW and his Marriott... always fantastically AWESOME... even in the snow that happened last night.. BEAUTIFUL!!!
Great location in downtown Baltimore, conveniently located near both stadiums. Close to the Inner Harbor, with lots of options for restaurants and activities.
Good business travel hotel with spotless accommodations and helpful staff. For those not on per diem our otherwise being reimbursed, fees for parking, etc, can add up. No pool.
Good gym, fridge in room. Rooms can be loud. Recommend bringing ear plugs with you when you stay
It was so packed that they could not accommodate customers in a timely fashion.
Its an alright hotel within walking distance of the port and convention center. Overall decent service.
Great hotel with plenty to do nearby...1 block away from Camden Yards, 4 blocks from the harbor.
Exceptional quality and an outstanding location. This hotel was truly wonderful
Was a very clean hotel staff was helpful and enjoyable to stay there I definitely would stay there again
Convenient location to inner harbor. Friendly staff. Comfortable accommodations
Great place to sleep- close to nearby sites. Nothing is complimentary- the coffee in the room is legitimately the worst coffee I have ever had (I am not sure its actually coffee, so went to get coffee from the lobby and it's $3 per cup). Breakfast is not included (and it will cost roughly $50 for 2 people to eat breakfast- the Omelets were $20 a piece, so save yourself the money and go to Panera, its not far). Wireless isn't included. View isn't great, and it is close to the Light rail, which is very sketchy. Dangerous to go out at night- carry something to keep you safe or take a cab.
All that being said, I stayed here during new years and it was way quieter than expected! And it is very clean, and the water is hot. Good for a hotel, but nothing more than you would expect.
This hotel is amazing. Truly and honestly. The staff is helpful, kind, attentive, and prompt. The rooms are comfortable, the beds and bedding beyond expectations, room service (and food!) was impeccable, and the location flawless if you're looking to visit Baltimore's "Inner Harbor", downtown, or even the "party locations" like Harbor East and Fell's Point. Or Camden Yards, M&T Stadium, or the casino...
Only complaint I could make is the cost of parking in the garage... At $30 a day, it is a little expensive, but who says Baltimore is cheap?
Great hotel, the staff is very amicable and the room was very clean
Nice place to stay; it's close to the convention center and shops/restaurants.
Some of the staff was unprofessional and parking was horrible. There was a broken mini fridge sitting in the hallway of our room floor. We only had 2 towels, no remote and no cups/glasses in our room. Of course, we had to go downstairs to request these items. I feel like they could improve, especially for how expensive their rooms and parking garage is.
Good location, good rooms. A little pricey but you get what you pay for.
Great location and good prices. A bit outdated but still a good place.
I would stay here again. Rooms were clean and comfortable but were a little dated. Great location with easy, yet a little expensive parking.
Went here for lunch at "the yard" during a weekday. We went in and seated ourselves because after walking the circumference of the restaurant, we were unable to find a server. After finding our own menus I decided to go to the hotels check in desk to see if anyone was working the restaurant for lunch service, and then they went to go find someone. We ordered or food at 12:20, didn't get anything to eat until 1:15. It's a good thing we were not on a timed lunch break or we'd have had to leave. I was under whelmed with the service and the food was decent. The process were fair as well. Not sure that I would recommend this place for lunch. Maybe I was just there on an off day. The food was still pretty good and the wings were great too, it was just the lack of service and the time it took to eat that ruined this for me!
Great location, walking distance to Camden Yards and the M&T Bank Stadium. Tons of restaurant options nearby inner harbor. Friendly staff and nice clean rooms. The gym in the basement (dungeon) has the basics, nothing fancy.
Convenient location- room is clean but the bed is way too soft
I haven't been here in months, but this is a great hotel. The room might be in need of a renovation, but it's usually really clean. The staff is also top-notch. The only thing is that the area is a little sketchy. But hey, I'm a city boy, so I'm used to it. Love this hotel, and can't say enough about it. The 4-star is because the hotel needs to be renovated.
Hotel is good take into consideration the pandemic Covid 19
Didn't stay, but did visit to meet with boss before and after work. What I saw was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
Split into two Towers but all the amenities like the gym are in the first tower. A bit inconvenient. The service was too great since their business center didn't really work and their printers at the desk weren't working either which makes things slow especially you're in a hurry. Great location however and the rooms are pretty nice.
First time we stayed here and was pleasantly surprised! Had a great breakfast buffet and clean rooms. Rooms were a little dated, but I'd stay here again.
First, they mixed up our room. We reserved a room with two beds but we were assigned a room with a single bed. They staff was kind enough to reassign us down the hall, but later that night when we returned to the room (midnight), our keys had been deactivated and we were locked out of our new room. Also, the shower heads are a little short for the tall folks such as myself (6'4"). Bed was very comfy and the room was nice enough, but the minor inconveniences (2 broken elevators at once, a broken ice machine, key machines at front desk broken) added up to a less-than-favorable stay.
Pleasant and spacious rooms, but frustrating to still have to pay for wifi in addition to the room-rate. Given the cost, feels as if it should be included.
Got 3 room keys. Everyone it was deactivated by the time I for back up to my room. It went into my pocket by itself and so didn't work
Wonderful place to stay, they are beautiful, clean and have a lot to offer. All employees were extremely polite, knowledgeable, and helpful.
The hotel was very aesthetically pleasing and close to everything! The construction in front of the hotel on Eutaw made getting to the hotel a stressful maze, but it was a nice stay once there.
Friendly staff. Good place for Oriole pre-game meet.
This is like a hotel run by Electronic Arts - you pay extra for EVERYTHING. Hope you like paying 15 bucks a day for basic wifi.
Was here for a conference at the Baltimore Convention Center, stayed 4 nights. Had a king room, it was clean and in fair condition. My room was serviced on Monday but when I got back at 5 on Tuesday it still hadn't been serviced. I had to ask to get any extra coffee for the room, but otherwise things were good. The hotel was quiet and convienient for accessing the convention center and restaurants / attractions in Baltimore.
Clean but a bit nosiy at night. I'm talking about hotel noise. It makes it a little hard to sleep especially when you have meetings in the morning. The hotel did do an early check-in for me, definitely a plus. Will stay again, but might need to bring a sound machine.
Great hotel in Baltimore. Excellent if you're visiting the inner harbor or checking out a sporting event in the city. Staff wasn't the most friendly and it's definitely not an updated hotel, but it's solid all around and for Baltimore it's the best you can get.
Location was good, lots of hotels around. Service was friendly
Rest service was extremely poor. Ready to leave had to wait 12 minutes before I could leave. Sure didn't have to wait to get check. Rec'd that before I even put fork in my mouth. Waitress never told me her name and got annoyed b/c I asked for cheese. Not expectation of a Marriott.
We checked in late at night because they told us there were rooms available. I had no complaints with anything at the hotel and enjoyed my stay
parking garage is easy in/out, but initially finding hotel entrance from the garage is a challenge...
They do not validate parking. Hotel is really nice.
We had a great experience! We used this hotel to go to an Orioles game- it is in a perfect location! It is also close enough to the Inner Harbor to walk. I enjoyed parking my car in their garage and not having to worry about it for the weekend. The staff was very helpful and the concierge was knowledgeable on the area. I also was able to get a price adjustment when the priced dropped!!
Only downside is there is only free Wi-Fi in the lobby; I am a Marriott Rewards member and I still could not have free Wi-fi in my room. Also, it seems as if the walls are very thin and you can hear doors banging and people talking in the hallway.
I live a 5 min, drive from there.. Located near Calvert.st & Lombard.st, valet is good. off Pratt.st. its always pleasantly time.. Very clean, & Respectable staff..
The parking garage is expensive and under construction at the time I visited, but there are cheaper garages within walking distance. Ask the concierge. Yes, the staff were fantastic and the restaurant had some excellent seafood. There is a fitness center in the basement and the Marriott club lounge on the top floor. The concierge was a gentlemen and took care of everything for us and if I need a place near UMD medical center, this is on my shortlist.
Very nice guest rooms. Breakfast buffet at The Yard was excellent. Equipment in fitness center was in bad need of servicing.
The breakfast buffet was nice but not really worth $20. The Bellhops were very friendly, helpful and efficient. We were charged for parking when we didn't have a car so make sure to check your bill- the front desk was helpful in clearing this up.
This was a great place to stay for a night game at Camden Yard. Only a two block walk to the stadium. Slightly further for Ravens games.
Great hotel in a great location, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the national aquarium
We met in the Stadium Ballroom which was perfect for our amount of people. It was very nice.
The Marriott Inner Harbor -The Charm'tastic Mile in Baltimore was a marvelous stay for a company business trip. I got a chance to see the Orioles and have a couple nice dinners in Fells Point and Harbor East. The staff were friendly and professional. Look forward to coming back next Summer.
Friendly and attentive staff, clean rooms, good food and happy hour atmosphere off the lobby
Nice hotel, great front desk customer service. Close to casinos and restaurants.
This hotel was so wonderful and treated us so well for otakon. The food in the lobby was so good and the prices were very reasonable. Our room was clean and even included a mini fridge at no extra cost. We will be coming back next year most definitely.
Seems like a nice hotel. This part of town has a homeless/pan handler problem. I don't feel comfortable walking around.
Front desk is nice once I initiated the conversation. Clean and pleasant stay! Clean rooms.
Very poor service, lines for check in, long waits to summon a bellman, room service doesn't pick up.
I'd gone a better review of the laundry service was better. Other than that, everything was great.
