I didn't end up staying overnight but the staff was welcoming and very helpful and the lobby/bar/meeting areas were very nice.

Very clean hotel. I am here for a convention and great location to walk to the convention center. Both restaurants in the hotel have good food and decent options.

Wifi is a rip off and there is no hot water in the shower or sink.

I only ate at the pizza place and it's pretty good. The hotel atmosphere is nice.

Nice hotel and restaurant, my first room smelled like pipe smoke so I asked for another room. They changed me to a different room immedately. The restaurant can be quite crowded with waiting times.

Fantastic location! Very helpful front desk. Parking is not included in the fees. The room was pretty small and dated with some minor repairs needed.

Room are dated but service is good. Good location but fire dept across the street.

Nice location. Good food options in the the lobby. Rooms are nice. Gym is nice too.

We arrived at first room. Shower did not drain. Switched to second room, shower did not drain AND there was a hole in the ceiling and water dropping from ceiling. Very disappointed considering the price we paid.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. Very nice and spacious room. Very clean. Will def stay here again!

This is the worst Marriott I have ever visited. The lobby & workout room were very hot and stuffy. There were hardly any places to sit in the lobby. While at the bar, it sounded like there was loud drilling or construction going on, and when we tried to ask what it was, the staff completely ignored us and wouldn't answer at all or even acknowledge our presence. The workout room equipment was not in good working order and very limited. The rooms were extremely noisy, able to hear everyone else's conversations and TV in the adjoining rooms and sirens all night. I received random hang up calls in the middle of the night. I didn't have any hot water and had to take a barely luke warm shower. Our company always tries to stay at Marriott hotels because they are good quality, but this is the exception to the rule--I would not recommend this hotel.

The rooms and staff are nice, but the expensive Internet and lack of a pool leave a bit to be desired.

Good service got locked out and.got admit help with access to to my room and extra towels.and linen

The Yard restaurant was excellent great food drinks and friends

Location was a little sketchy. A lot of people begging for money around the area. Had to move rooms. Our first room was damp and humid. Second room was better, but still damp.

Convenient parking, good downtown location, good meeting place for business, nice and comfortable bar.

Super close to the BCC! Rooms stocked and cleaned every day!

The location was great and 5he room was clean. Friendly staff too

Got stuck in a traffic jam, never left the car. Waited almost an hour for traffic to be cleared, bumper to bumper grid lock. Nothing to see here.

The location of this hotel is great if you are visiting the inner harbor or the ballpark. The rooms are clean and have refrigerators, and there is a small marketplace downstairs with a microwave. The gym is small but has enough machines and weights for a full workout. I would stay again if visiting the area.

Ate at the yard restaurant. Wait staff, good, atmosphere was impeccable!

Its a decent hotel only problem I had was when I went out with some friends, I come back and It s Late but early around 5 am at this time the lobby door is lock and than I realize I left my key card in my room so I couldn t get in the guy told me I couldn t get in the building with out it. Even though I paid my money. I explained to the guy that every thing I have on the hotel is in the room.

I have spent one night here. It's clean and comfortable and the rooms have whatever we need.

Overpriced for level of room, no pool. Poor service at breakfast bar.

Don t stay. At check in the clerk misled me, led me to believe parking was free after 6pm and when I address my concern with him, he made a mistake (his words) and stood there watching me pay. The evening front desk clerks has poor customers service. I told them it was a pile of trash left on the elevator, no one moved or addressed the concern. Lastly my neighbors were loud all evening, Cussing and yelling. Affordable but not worth the stay.

Parked at the hotel for a football game. Very close to the stadium and a good rate compared to other lots farther away.

Great location, short walking distance to Camden yards, or any location near inner harbor. However, parking should be complimentary, but it is not.

For the price I paid at that location I can't complain too much.
But the only staff I saw on duty was not friendly or pleasant, and was staring at us each time we came through the lobby.
They only had one tiny door and one elevator in service forcing everyone to pour through & use the same cramped spaces during a second surge of covid-19. This was totally unnecessary and simply the result of poorly disguised laziness because that place is huge and had other doors and elevators that could have been used by guests to permit spacial distancing!

I was also not given the sleeping arrangements which I selected when booking, and which I am certain was available (I stayed on a slow weekday night & hardly saw any other guests at any point, in a very large hotel!).

Staff is very friendly and responsive. Room was very clean

Wonder place to stay in downtown close to convention center. Comfortable beds. Friendly helpful staff.

I used there parking garage and bathroom. Looked pretty and expensive

Been staying here for 20 years now. Service is excellent. It's like coming to visit family. Maryanne at the The Yard and Atlas at the concierge service are both wonderful. Thank you for a great time as always.

Great hotel I recommend staying here if you are interested in visiting the city of Baltimore.

Very nice, high quality hotel. Great location and lots of nearby restaurants. Don't stray too close to the downtown area at night, it gets a little sketchy if you aren't near the stadium or the water front. Rooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable.

Outstanding service. Acceptional facilities.
Worth the price. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel. Amazing location being just a short walk from the Inner Harbor and the Stadium. Great in-person staff. Very helpful and good customer service. There aren't many amenities, but the rooms are really nice. No microwave (at least not in my room).

However, everytime I called At-Your-Service from the room - they were incredibly rude. Room service never showed 2 days in a row and when I called politely, they had an attitude about it. They also hang up without confirmation, so I call back and they're like "ma'am" I just spoke to you. Very rude.

Room was ok. A little smaller than expected for the price.

Hotel was nice. Room was clean and staff were very friendly. $28 for parking is pretty hard to swallow however.

When we're in town we'll stop here for a drink before a game. It's always a nice place that isn't over crowded.

Did not get my wake up call, I had to work very early. The air conditioner was broken making loud noises. The bathroom was dirty, hair all over the floor. When I checked out and told them about the wakeup call, I received zero apology from the front desk staff. The pillows were nice.

Excellent customer service l, nice clean rooms with a flat screen tv. I would recommend this hotel to anyone because you will enjoy your stay here guaranteed......
