The hotel printed my invoice split into 2 because I made the original reservation in 2 names. I ended up being the only person staying, and it was a business trip. After the trip I was doing my business expenses and called the hotel to request a reprint of the invoice in one name, not split, to avoid confusion on the expense report. Reception put me through to accounting. Over the following month I left an email and 3 voicemails. I never did receive a call back. That level of customer service is atrocious and even though my stay in the hotel was completely fine, I have to leave a negative review. The fact that they don't have the common courtesy to return a phone call, let alone 3, is ridiculous.
