Updated from 2 stars to one after several weeks of a fraudulent charge on my card and several hours spent on the phone with Marriott, they still have not refunded me for charging a night on my card even though my hotel was prepaid. I have an handing it over to my bank as unauthorized activity since they are more competent than Marriott s service in hotels and via phone. Will be canceling my Bonvoy membership and all future Marriott stays. What a scam all for the most disappointing hotel room (ie stained sheets, disgusting carpet, bugs in the gym)
