Not a lot of extras at this hotel but good for the price/location.

Room was nice but no regular hotel services like free breakfast or pool.

Idk about the hotel, but I can speak to their happy hour. Street parking out front becomes free at 6pm. Large wings specials and great drink options. Even thought its a hotel bar the food comes out quick.

Jim, the banquet manager has been exceptionally professional and friendly. He has been very patient with us and very helpful with ideas and suggestions for our upcoming wedding planning.

Was there for a conference. Place was very clean, staff was very helpful and the bed was to my liking. I thought the room was a great size and I was fortunate enough to have a nice view of the clock tower, which was beautifully lit up for the festival of lights

We were there for a work event. Food was good and the venue was nice.

Very nice hotel. Close to many attractions in the Inner Harbor area. Lots of homeless near where the hotel is located though. Easy walking distance to see Orioles Park at Camden Yards

My home away from home! I love everything about this property. Only place to stay in Baltimore!

It was ok. I have been a Marriott member for years. This is a full service hotel.
Full service means you pay full price plus 40 % for everything. I as a member have always received a comp 16 oz bottle of water at the desk every time I have stay at a Marriott. Since this is a full service hotel they offered me a mini bottle of water. I was shocked. I was pissed.
I went into the hotel store and paid $2.70 for a 16 oz bottle of water, which is $1.00 retail or cost you about .30. You have to be kidding me. I spend hundreds to stay at your hotel and can not get a real bottle of water.
I advised the Manager the next day. He was great. He tried the solve the issue and played damage control. But it was too late. I did receive a real bottle of water the next night, after I told my story to the desk. I tell everyone the story. It is a great story too.
Thanks to the people in the corporate office I now have a great Marriott story to tell.

Very nice staff! Great location. But the rooms and especially the bathrooms need some updating.

Friendly staff, parking garage attached for self parking and nice dining options in the lobby. The rooms are pretty and nicely laid out with a desk, oversized chair and small refrigerator in the room. The upper floors have nice views of Baltimore.

It's pretty good. Very close to convention center and places to eat or socialize. Rooms are great and the lobby seems very lively.

Came here for a gala event. The Red Coat event staff was superb!

Hotel is very conveniently located near Camden yards. Rooms were nicely kept, very clean, and quiet. Customer service was above standard and made for very enjoyable business stay.

Very convenient location and kind staff who are very helpful. The hotel is connected to a nice little shopping center and right across from the harbor where there are so many things to do! I stayed here a few years ago but I would happily stay again in the future.

Nice rooms great service minutes away from Camden yards

While walking through the city on a beautiful summer day. Their block long grsssu mound with a Great choice for shade trees... This was perfect for cooling off,with the breeze that came along the road p.

Pretty average Marriott. Front desk staff was definitely way above average, though! The 2 girls that checked us in were fantastic! Wished I had gotten their names.

Executive Lounge was closed at night... I am starting to see a pattern here and i dont like it. Its part of the package...part of the deal i make with Marriott. The hotel is nice in a good location. No other issues...except that the fact that i have over 600 nights with this chain is starting not to mean much

Decent price for the area, but room quality is pretty poor. Had broken switches, old and partially broken TV, damaged furnature, among other little things. Honestly will pay the ~$30 per night more to go somewhere else in the future.

The Yards has amazing food and even better waiters.

The hotel room was clean and ready when we arrived. Although the lobby was hustling and bustling the rooms were quite and relaxing!

Friendly courteous helpful staff. Clean room and nice accommodations. Restaurant in hotel had great appetizers and make a good martini. Nachos are huge & lots of flavor. Quesadilla was fresh and a good share with friends.

BEWARE - This is a horrible Marriott- they should be embarrassed to have this listed. Rooms were so dirty during a pandemic, I couldn t stay. There were huge stains on furniture in the room and when shown to the manager and asked if he would stay in there, his reply was no but then he charged me for the two rooms I reserved 1 day before staying and i had to find another hotel after driving 12 hours. Highway robbery but at least I won t get coronavirus since I didn t stay so maybe i should thank them....

Room was great. Close to inner harbor. Beds need a upgrade. Staff was very nice. Overall experience was great. I would come back again.

Customers service at the desk was very snobby. I didn't feel welcomed at all. We had to pay for parking at a hotel we were staying over night in. Also no free internet service plus you had to pay for basic cable nothing to watch on TV. It was horrible. You had to pay for everything which took away from the trip. Basically sleep and shower then check out. One thing I give credit on was that it was clean but the sheets were not clean. I mean it look washed but looked like old blood stains that wouldn't come out they still decide to put it on the bed anyway instead of throwing them away. I have stayed at other hotels that I had way better service and free amenities. They need to straighten up in certain areas .

Clean, friendly staff, beer wall. Cold bottles of water waiting at the entrance when you come in from the heat.

I enjoyed my stay at Baltimore Marriott. Everyone on the staff was really nice. The is in a good spot close to many food destinations. I would definitely recommend a friend to this establishment

Nice room in an aging hotel. Shower is tiny and that's really my only complaint. Good views from the 9th floor. Front desk was polite, helpful and quick. Great location downtown.

Great upscale hotel..great rooms and service..Cafe the food and service. great!!! Parking expensive tho.

Very well appointed hotel which is very close to the Inner Harbor and sports venues. Nice restaurant. Parking is easy. Have enjoyed stays there on multiple Baltimore/Washington trips. Recommend highly!

Stopped by width my family. If was great experience.

The hotel staff was nice and the rooms really comfortable.

In the middle of everything so you could walk if you choose. Staff is considerate and parking is on site and connected! Only one stay had issues and that was they took my trash and both cans too. Had to call to have them put back. Thorough!

Two blocks from Camden Yards...very nice hotel with friendly staff and good restaurants. Nice rooms. Garage parking is $27 a day but hotel is at a great location.

Ok hotel. Could use a reno but stayed for work function and meeting rooms/space sufficient enough.

Nice hotel in a decent area close to Harbor. If walking,walk toward Harbor. It can turn real fast going opposite direction.

Very clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. Great food and service in the restaurant. My room room was very nice and clean. Great location near the harbor. Only negative is sirens at night due to the closeness of the hospital. Still a 5 star hotel for me.

The hotel is nice overall and close to everything downtown. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Decent price and location. Overnight parking rate is ridiculous and no complimentary breakfast.
