Customers service at the desk was very snobby. I didn't feel welcomed at all. We had to pay for parking at a hotel we were staying over night in. Also no free internet service plus you had to pay for basic cable nothing to watch on TV. It was horrible. You had to pay for everything which took away from the trip. Basically sleep and shower then check out. One thing I give credit on was that it was clean but the sheets were not clean. I mean it look washed but looked like old blood stains that wouldn't come out they still decide to put it on the bed anyway instead of throwing them away. I have stayed at other hotels that I had way better service and free amenities. They need to straighten up in certain areas .
