Rooms were clean and there is a mini fridge that isn't filled with anything. It is just there for you to put leftovers and drinks. The front desk is awesome and security was amazing when the room next door was blasting music that could be heard through the walls and in the hallway at 1:30am. The only real downside is that there is no microwave so if you do have leftovers, you can't heat them up. I would stay there again.

I stayed here for a week. The food wasn't too good. Who serves hard rolls? No tea on tables, changes breakfast serving time, servers rushing taking plates off table. Paid too much money for bad services. Oh by the way television went out due too storm; told they were working on the issue.
I would not stay at this particular hotel again. Just my opinion.

This was the worst stay I've had at a Marriott ever, I'm a loyal Bonvoy customer and I've never seen anything like it. Dirty, horrible customer service, and no regard for my complaints. DO NOT stay here.

Stayed at the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor for New Year's Eve and had an excellent experience. They was a slight mix up with my room when I arrived and they took care of it quickly and professionally. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly.

Pretty nice hotel in the heart of town. Room was above average and was clean. Desk was poorly staffed. Restaurant had a half hour wait for dinner. Bar was nice but way over priced. Overall it was descent.

Decent hotel! Little loud do to street noise but not their fault. The buzzing from the lamp was pretty annoying however. Sound like something electrically wrong with the device. Unplugged it and seemed to fix it. Would stay here again!

Not a bad hotel. The hotel is nice enough but is dated. The lobby is bright and the staff is very welcoming. Location is great since you are a just a few blocks from the harbor (the only good place in Baltimore) and it's easy to get to other good areas like Fells Point and Mount Vernon.
Overall, ranks pretty low on the list of the very many Marriott hotels I've stayed at. Oh and the restaurant (The Yard) is complete garbage and Marriott should be embarrassed by it enough to make some significant changes.

Average Marriott stay - the rooms are generally updated but the carpet is worn, the heater makes a weird noise. Marriott cannot get their TVs to work, anywhere. When I have to fight the remote to get to the guide it's pretty frustrating... it's 2019, an upgrade is needed.

The front desk were extremely rude and unprofessional, uninterested in helping solve an issue at checkout that they caused at check-in. The person who had checked us in had taken our parking ticket and mumbled something about in and out privileges. Since we had stayed at other Marriotts that use city garages, and we used our room keys to access the garage, we assumed the same here. Instead, we were supposed to get a different ticket, which we did not. The front desk at checkout would not take ownership of the issue, leaving us to deal with the garage on our own. Left a bad taste in our mouths. That being said, the staff within the hotel, cleaning crew, concierge service, etc. were very nice.

This hotel is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly. You have everything you need in the hotel. I only had 2 complaints that kept it from 5 stars; the lobby has an overpowering air freshener. This needs to be to Ed down some. The 2nd one is that the rooms let in a lot of outside noise. Between the constant sirens from the fire trucks and a loud bang that would happen periodically throughout the night, it was a little difficult to sleep.

Excellent property, most hospitable staff from the security guard Dwayne, to the manager William. The front desk agent that is in training, Niya, however needs to be trained out of the door. She is rude, short, and condescending. Not only towards customers, but even in the way she communicated with the manager William who took immediate care of the minor issue.

Thanks William and Other staff!

Not my favorite stay in a Marriott. The furniture was old, the bed bed was soft and they didn't even have cups in the room to get some water. At 9am they were vacuuming the hallway and tried to come in our room. The location was good but Baltimore is loud. Lots of racing cars and sirens all night.

Prices of doing a function in meeting spaces is beyond ridiculous. However the staff was very accommodating and super friendly. Not enough to make you forget the sting of the price, but they make you feel welcome.

We went with the intentions of staying a week and ended up staying three. Every one of the employees were always on top of their game and helped make our experience enjoyable with a relaxed feeling. The room Rob and I stayed in was on the top floor so we had a view of the city. It was clean and large so it gave off a very relaxed feeling. After staying for so long you get used to the people you see everyday and when we were finally leaving there was a feeling of sadness that I wouldnt be talking about my morning cup of coffee with the front desk people or say good morning to the security lady and talk about people's attitudes we encountered the day before. Great team of employees. They were there when we needed them but never over extended their presence. The hotel is well lit outside at night and being able to drive up to the front door and go through two steps of security to enter is an even safer feeling. The front street outside the hotel has limited parking and even when the hotel was popin', parking didn't really seem to be an issue. Once all was said and done it seemed we all had a place to park. They do have a parking garage attached to the hotel but we're cheap and would rather circle around the block for a space to open up in front of the hotel. And it always did on the first circle. There's a 7-11 about a block or less from the hotel where we liked to go at all hours for a snack but mostly to annoy the owner/store manager and its a nice 15 - 20 minute walk to the harbor and city for some shopping. But parking there is $18 for 30 minutes so be careful. I highly recommend this place.
