Purchased a Lexus RX350 from the folks at Balise Auto in West Springfield, MA. The entire process was perfect! We had a car coming off lease at the end of month and they found the exact model and color that we wished at the agreed price. Our vehicle was found and constant updates on its progress to delivery provided by Alleesha Peters, our outstanding sales representative. Our delivery was flawless with assistance provided to turn in our previous auto. All the technology was completely described. It is a pleasure to have a car lease experience be a positive, memorable one!

It is a huge convenience to have my vehicle picked up, serviced and delivered back to me. And always love the complimentary car wash and vacuum. Courteous employees are very willing to follow up and ensure that everything is satisfactory.

Being a long time Lexus customer @ Balise Lexus W. Spfld. I was sorely disappointed to see the level of customer had degraded to the level of service I experienced yesterday and today. I lost my keys (to my RX). Phone calls were were never returned promptly; the employees answering the phones appeared to have a clue about what I needed (except they allreplied that all their loners we booked until January) they all got that one ! No one was able to project the cost and when I could get my car and the new programmed key. Upon delivery i noted with pain the cost was +/-$460. The besr part was their evaluation of my vehicle was the estimated cost for things they felt needed attention: +/- $1,750. When I got into my car I found a pick ticket wedged in the driver's side, After a career in Supply Chain Mgnt. I read the ticket and to my suprises that the ticket showed not only warehouse locations: but also, cost (both internal and sales price) The delta was a piece of work. Rest assured that gross margins are well protected!!!

Lexus corporate sends a letter to schedule an appointment for a recall. Make an appointment with the local dealer and they cannot get all the parts. A sure breakdown in communications. Now I have to make a second trip !

I recently traded in my Subaru for a IS 350 at Balise. It is difficult to find a dealership that treats their customers with the upmost respect. But they go beyond that at Balise. I live 2 hours away and this was my first out of state purchase of a vehicle. Which could be a pain, but Barb Spear and her colleagues took care of everything and my vehicle was delivered to my residence a day after purchase. Unfortunately, after taking delivery of the car, I noticed a couple minor defects. A fog light was out and there was a small tear in the glovebox lid. Despite being an easy bulb replacement and the glovebox tear being barely noticeable, Barb set me up with her colleagues in the service department to address both concerns. A courtesy vehicle was brought to me at my place of work and my car was sent down for repair. Within a week of purchase, I had my car back in possession with every last detail taken care of. I am OCD when it comes to my car, but the staff at Balise was exceptional in making sure everything was just right. I hate to sound like a commercial, but if you live in the New England area and you are looking to purchase a Lexus, take the time to stop by Balise. They will take great care of you.

There was a little bit of a problem with my state inspection but they made the experience good and went above my expectations.

I have bought/leased several cars including Acura, BMW, Honda, Infinity, and Toyota. Today I bought 2017 Lexus RX350 from Balise Lexus in Springfield, MA even though I live near Hartford, CT. I had a great experience! This place offered the best price that was excellent and I didn t need to negotiate. My salesperson, Aleesha Peters, was GREAT! She was very knowledgeable, kind, and very friendly. Absolutely no pressure and very patient. She communicated with me throughout and worked very hard until everything was finished. Bill Gryszkiewicz, a business manager, was also WONDERFUL! I usually hate seeing business managers because they often have other interests but he was different. He was a normal person and we talked about our family, etc. He obtained a loan through TD Bank for me which was much better than other places including Lexus Financing. Brian Shepard, a sales manager, gave me a fair trade-in value for my car as well. Overall, it was one of the best I ever experienced I ever had in buying a car!!!

I purchased a GS350 Certified Vehicle from Balise because of my experience in the past. Although the dealership is 90 minutes from my home, it was an easy compromise based on their superlative customer service. I would highly recommend Balise Lexus.

I had another wonderful experience at Balise LEXUS. I called them at the absolute last minute to replace my tires before a long trip. They had the correct tires in stock and gave me an appointment the next day WITH a loner car. When I arrived Chris had everything in order and I was off in the loner car to run some last minute errands. Chris called me when the car was ready. Literally the check out process took 5 minutes. That included Chris advising me there was a rebate on the tires and he included that form with my paperwork. Don t you wish all your days could run this smoothly???? I love Balise Lexus!!!!!

The pick up and drop off was great. I don't think that I was taken seriously when I mentioned the snow building up along the door.

I was not happy. The guy who checked me in said he would make sir my truck was vacuumed. In addition the inside of my windows now have streaks.

By far the best experience with any dealer/car shop. The fix was complex and expensive, yet Lexus assumed more than half the cost of the repair. The loaner was definitely a nice touch and they even filled up my tank!

I have been to Balise Lexus dealership a few times for service and repairs and have always had the best service from the phone call to make the appointment straight through till the end! I would recommend this dealership to anybody and I know we will continue to use them as long as we own a Lexus!

Everyone was welcoming. The service representative, Joe, was friendly and knowledgeable. My car was repaired quickly and affordably. My one objection is that my car was not washed. Whenever I have brought it in for service, it has always come back nice and clean. On my explanation of services it listed a complimentary car wash, but it had not been done. The bird droppings were still on the hood and windshield. This was not in the true Lexus style

Always professional, fast, and fair while treating everyone with courtesy and care. Adam especially is a great car care advisor.

Update . . . With this now being my 2nd time to the dealership, I'm still overall impressed with the dealership and the service received. I was quoted a price of $257 for a keyfob including programming. When I showed up to have it done, the price came to $315). Granted $58 is not a large discrepancy; just would have been nice to get the correct price when I called. Thanks overall though. With this being my 1st time at the dealership, I was very impressed with the service department.

I brought my car in due to an intermittent service light. Car was repaired. Sevice light problem returned. This is the fifth Lexus i have purchased from Balise. The first so Ution did mot solve the problem so i was not pleased. However, to the sevice manager s credit he did restore my faith in this dealership again. The problem was seriously examined, i was provided a loaner for several days, the correct repairs were made and Balise assumed responsibilty. This is far more typical of the past twenty plus years of our continued relationship with Balise Lexus

It was our second time purchasing/leasing a car from Balise Lexus in West Springfield and we really enjoy coming there (so much that we did not want to leave :)). This time, we worked with Marc. He was very professional and nice he enthusiastically and attentively learned about our needs, walked us through available options for a couple of hours, occasionally having to dig the cars from the snow, and sold us our perfect match. Marc s patience in treating "special" customers (we came with a six-week old baby) has no limit: sorry and thank you, Marc :)! Moreover, when we returned to pick the car up, Marc brought our little baby a Christmas gift handmade sweater knitted by his wife! Bill from the finance department did not make us wait too long to enjoy our ride home either :) he was very energetic, helpful and made finance part - fun! Overall welcoming atmosphere and convenience of amenities (waiting area, kitchenette, etc.) surely make this dealership a nice place to come for service as well. The only negative side is that the cars are not given away for free there :).

Went in for an inspection sticker on my new Mazda and was blown away by the excellent service here. From the second we arrived we were greeted and welcomed into the service area. The staff were friendly, professional, and prompt. However, the waiting area was so nice that we wouldn't have minded waiting longer! They have couches, TVs, computers, magazines and great free beverages and snacks. They make it clear that they care about their customers. It was also nice to check out (and dream about) the new Lexus' with $100,000 price tags! Can't wait to come back here next time I need service (or for a new Lexus of I hit the lotto). Thank you for treating your customers so well!

Barbara Spear was great! She took the time to answer all my questions, explored lots of options and really went out of her way to make the lease experience not only easy but actually pleasant. Bill G made closing the deal a breeze, explaining all the numbers and presenting everything is an so simple and clear manner. My husband and I both drive Lexus vehicles and can t imagine another deal ship that could actually treat us and better than they do here at Balise.

This was awesome service. I had a tire leaking air and had to get to a board meeting. I called and they took me without an appointment and had a loaner car ready. Tire was repaired within an hour. Love Balise Lexus.

Not everything has been up to 100% standards in the past (particularly on comunication), but I must admit they are supior in service compared to any other dealership service department I've dealt with. I have been treated with a great deal of courtesy, and I feel like a valued customer. My favorite service representatives to work with are Joe and Adam.

Balise Lexus treated me very well. My hybrid Lexus check engine light was on and I did not have an appointment. They got me in the same day. There was a little bit of a wait, which was understandable, since I did not have an appointment. They gave me a clear quote of prices and services. My Lexus was purchased in a different state, but Balise treated me as a loyal customer. The waiting area was very nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. My Lexus was repaired and washed. I would recommend Balise Lexus to my friends and will definitely go back to Balise Lexus for future service.

Love Balise Lexus and their service. My only complaint is the vacuum job wasn't that good. I have to vacuum my vehicle better, still slightly dirty. Still love Balise, wouldn't go anywhere else!
