It was our second time purchasing/leasing a car from Balise Lexus in West Springfield and we really enjoy coming there (so much that we did not want to leave :)). This time, we worked with Marc. He was very professional and nice he enthusiastically and attentively learned about our needs, walked us through available options for a couple of hours, occasionally having to dig the cars from the snow, and sold us our perfect match. Marc s patience in treating "special" customers (we came with a six-week old baby) has no limit: sorry and thank you, Marc :)! Moreover, when we returned to pick the car up, Marc brought our little baby a Christmas gift handmade sweater knitted by his wife!

Bill from the finance department did not make us wait too long to enjoy our ride home either :) he was very energetic, helpful and made finance part - fun!

Overall welcoming atmosphere and convenience of amenities (waiting area, kitchenette, etc.) surely make this dealership a nice place to come for service as well. The only negative side is that the cars are not given away for free there :).
