I recently traded in my Subaru for a IS 350 at Balise. It is difficult to find a dealership that treats their customers with the upmost respect. But they go beyond that at Balise. I live 2 hours away and this was my first out of state purchase of a vehicle. Which could be a pain, but Barb Spear and her colleagues took care of everything and my vehicle was delivered to my residence a day after purchase.

Unfortunately, after taking delivery of the car, I noticed a couple minor defects. A fog light was out and there was a small tear in the glovebox lid. Despite being an easy bulb replacement and the glovebox tear being barely noticeable, Barb set me up with her colleagues in the service department to address both concerns.

A courtesy vehicle was brought to me at my place of work and my car was sent down for repair. Within a week of purchase, I had my car back in possession with every last detail taken care of. I am OCD when it comes to my car, but the staff at Balise was exceptional in making sure everything was just right.

I hate to sound like a commercial, but if you live in the New England area and you are looking to purchase a Lexus, take the time to stop by Balise. They will take great care of you.
