This was my first time going to this dealership. I had been to another Lexus dealership in a neighboring state and was dissatisfied. That same day I decided to cross the state line to "check out" Balise Lexus which turned out to be a wise decision.

I had a great experience working with my salesman Ed Ladika when recently purchasing my certified pre-owned RX 350. He was professional, personable and patient and made me feel at ease. He was quite knowledgeable on the vehicle and the certification process and didn't hesitate to share that with me to ensure I was well informed. His follow up and follow through were great. I would gladly do business with him again.
