Update . . . With this now being my 2nd time to the dealership, I'm still overall impressed with the dealership and the service received. I was quoted a price of $257 for a keyfob including programming. When I showed up to have it done, the price came to $315).
Granted $58 is not a large discrepancy; just would have been nice to get the correct price when I called. Thanks overall though.

With this being my 1st time at the dealership, I was very impressed with the service department.
