Love the car i got here. Ran into some trouble when registering and Will, the salesman that help us, got everything fixed that same day. Very happy with my experience and car.

Rich Either was great after having a horrible experience at another dealer Rich was very understanding and made the process quick and easy i would highly recommend going to Curry and ask for Rich. Thank you so much and i truely love my new HR-V.

Curry Honda did a major repair to our Honda Pilot on a recall that involved head and piston removal. The car has leaked oil since. The remote starter quit working the day it was returned. They will say that they weren t notified of these problems when the repair happened but the car went back several times and nothing was correct about the repair, check engine light, oil leaks, exhaust leaks. Finally my wife just decided to live with the remaining issues. It s been a few years but I thought I d try again. Dropped the car off and asked nicely if they would consider making things right. Shocker, they once again denied that it was there liability. The right thing to do wasn t done then or now. If you have a major repair to a Honda take it somewhere else.

My honda accord had a check engine light illuminate. I went to curry they said I should replace all 4 o2 sensors and both catalytic converters at $2600. I went to another dealership and they troubleshot down to 1 bad cat. Don't trust a word that a service rep says from curry. If it's going to be expensive get a second opinion.

I went to Curry Honda looking for my first vehicle. I'll admit, I didn't know what I was looking for in a vehicle, nor did I have any car shopping experience. I made that very clear when I first met with a sales representative. They have a 2010 Chevy Malibu for sale that is listed online, however it is very mis-leading. The photos on-line show that the exterior of the vehicle is in good condition. When I went to see the vehicle in person, it was raining, so again the exterior looked good. The day I was looking to finalize everything and purchase the vehicle, I had brought someone more knowledgeable and experienced in car shopping. It was a beautiful sunny day. When we went to look at the vehicle there was severe hale damage to the car. Our sales representative would not budge on the price of the vehicle, nor did he offer to fit it for me. All in all, I would call this false advertisement. I also attempted to reach the sales manager on multiple occasions to discuss my poor experience & have left several messages requesting a call back. Not ONCE have I received a call back from him. VERY POOR customer service. I will never recommend Curry Honda, or purchase a vehicle from them in the future. I will definitely be relaying this message to everyone I know as well.

While having our vehicle in for service I took a moment to view the new 2019 Honda offerings. The Honda Pilot caught my eye, I was impressed by the quality and design of it. I'm still kicking tires on what SUV is going to end up in my driveway, but this model has high marks. Honda's 2019 models are definitely designed to please new buyers. Enjoy your automobile shopping, make sure you stop in at Curry along the way .

Erik and Will were absolutely incredible. This is the third car I have purchased at Curry, and they were the first big dealership I ever dealt with. I honestly cant imagine purchasing a car anywhere else.

Great service as usual. Brandon Morgano was very helpful and knowledgeable. Would have given you 5 stars but, I didn't realize it until I left . Where the hell is my free car wash coupon that I"ve been receiving for the last 15 years every time I get serviced.

Consistently a great experience. It can be unpredictable knowing how long service might take, but being able to have a quiet room and WiFi to get work done while waiting there is incredibly helpful.

The advisors are really good at communicating what is going on and what to expect.

I loved my time there. Adam the sales reps was extremely friendly, patient, and informative. He sat with me and went over car after car till I found the right one. I can't wait to pay off my car to get another!

Absolutely run, don't believe their lifetime gimmick.. They will never fix your car, I promise you. They are rude and do not suggest any type of maintenance and if something goes wrong they blame you for not asking. And if you have been reporting a problem since like say 25,000 miles they will probably tell you "oh they all do that" Thieves and crooks $31,000 pile of plastic and metal with less than 90,000 miles now.

it's a great place to get your Honda and Nissan deals. I had a recall on the recall parts of my airbags Takatta. they have to replace the parts they replaced last year. in other words ,the first takara replacements were just as dangerous as the originals. mmmm

This was our second exceptional car buying experience at Curry Honda. Found the exact used car we wanted on Thursday, drove it home on Friday. There is truly no nonsense or hard selling tactics used by the sales team at Curry Honda. I have never felt pressured or mislead. The finance department worked quickly and efficiently to process the paperwork. Everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand. There were products offered at that time, but there was no absolutely no pressure to accept them. We've had the car for a little over a week, and I have no buyer's remorse. Rich was a phenomenal person to deal with! Showing me several options in my price range while giving me ideas on similar car options. He answered all my of my questions in and out while providing me with information I didn t even know! I had an appointment for an oil change at a specific time and they were right there at the door to greet me as always. The staff is always great and the waiting area is more than sufficient to accommodate your wait time. I have been going there for years, and recommend them highly. THEY ALWAYS TAKE THE TIME WITH YOU to go over everything and answer any questions you may have and if necessary in detail. Great People!

Typical treatment from salesmen trying to pull the wool over your eyes. They told me my trade in was worth nothing when other dealers were giving me fair quotes from NADA on its value; they tried to convince me to buy at MSRP; there was a deal going on at the time and they didn't bother to tell me about it; they played the game of back and forth to the manager; used pressure tactics to try to add on extra charges like a special paint coating, tinting on the windows, warranties, etc. I don't understand the rave reviews. I didn't get excellent treatment and found their tactics sleazy like most other car dealers. Their statement of service on their website does not fit what really plays out there. Read it, but don't believe it.

I went to this dealership because I was looking for a good used car. Mr. Brown was amazing, meeting us within minutes of arriving and making sure that we were shown what would meet our needs. His honesty was refreshing. We were given the Carfax report for the vehicle we considered, and he was direct and honest about what to expect. His estimates about how long the process would take were spot-on. The manager similarly did not try to sell me anything that was unnecessary. I hope I don't need another car soon, but I would without a moment's hesitation go back to Mr. Brown and Curry Honda again.

Stopped in to inquire about new tires for my car. Gene, my service advisor helped me with my decision. He was personable, professional and very knowledgeable . My car was in and out the same day and they got the exact tires I wanted at a very competitive price. Will return to Curry in the future.

There was not many customers, so I got instant help. I made it clear what I was looking for, and they got a car for me to test drive. Mr. Rajab was able to answer questions I had, and I ended up with a fair deal on a coupe. No problems at all with the people.

Salesperson Andy was exceptional ,and was on top of all the details. I chose to buy from Curry, even though I live 2 hours away, due to the recommendation of friends who are repeat customers of Andy. It was a great car buying experience.

My grandaughter borrowed our Saturn Vue for the weekend and left us her new Honda Civic to drive and I fell in love with it immediately. On Sunday we were in Chicopee and wanted to stop into Curry Honda to see the CR-V. Upon arrival i was immediately greeted by salesman John who showed us the inventory and was very helpful in explaining the differant models. We picked out our color and returned to the showroom and John set us with drinks and we sat down to discuss finances. I felt totally at ease with John and he never talked down about my situation of owing money on my trade and he set out drawing up the purchase sale aggreement and understood my situation and kept us feeling at ease. John stated he would get back to us the following day with the results of our attempt to pay off the old car and make the purchase of the CR-V. I received my call the following day and John invited us back to speak to the Business Manager Chris. Upon arrival we met Chris and we sat down and he began by stating he had worked all day on arranging financing that met my needs. Chris also was very upfront and professional in explaining all the ins and outs of financing and understood our situation perfectly and laid out the deal to us in a way that i really appreciated his effort in having the deal finished. Chris saved us alot of money in interest from the previous vehicle and i thanked him for his effort and for making us feel like a customer should feel when arranging vehicle financing. Paperwork was signed and John had the vehicle gassed up and we left with the vehicle that same day!John and Chris are both tremendous business men and we thanked both for arranging for us to walk out the door very happy and with a smile. Both John and Chris understand the meaning of customer service. Kudos!

Service was really slimey, especially the Jason character. He said he could do a window regulator in one day and had the part in stock. Turns out, it wasn't in stock, took three days. That's almost forgivable, but the next story really isn't and was the last time I'll be there...
I do most of the work on my car, and the experience I had with Curry is exactly why. After leaving the dealership after a transmission flush, I heard some odd sounds from underneath. I'm glad I stopped to look. None of the retaining clips had been reinstalled - missing seven in all. Let's give them the benefit of the doubt and say some were missing when I arrived... does that make it OK to replace NONE such that the underbody panels were flapping about? No!
I called them on it and they said it was impossible and gave me a nasty attitude like I was the one being rude. Hey, news flash: YOU GUYS PUT ME AT RISK for more expensive repairs by doing poor quality work!

I stopped into Curry Honda to see if they could take me in without an appointment. I needed an oil change and inspection sticker and they checked to see how long it might take. The estimate was 2 hours so I waited. It took just over 2 hours and I had some other maintenance done as well. I was happy to get this service done and was very happy with the way I was treated.

Seems like the whole Curry company has a bad a attitude. Purchased a vehicle from their Acura in New York, an awful experience. Then foolishly decided to continue with their sister site located Chicopee. Same garbage. Back to Belise where I belong.

Customer service here is exceptional. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell, very friendly and very welcoming. They don't pressure you into something you don't want nor do they try and upsale. I had done extensive research prior to coming to the dealership and they were still able to teach me some things about the car that I didn't know. Andrew sat me down and told me exactly what I wanted to hear, no games, no bs. If you're in the market for a new or used Honda, I highly recommend coming to Curry.

had our 2017 CR-V serviced to accomplish service recall :18-114. As part of that service the engine oil and filter were replaced. The staff there treated us excellent and the car was ready to be picked up as they said it would be. Picking up the car went smoothly and the paperwork was done properly.
After taking the car home about two days later I looked into the engine compartment and noticed quite a bit of wet oil residue in area around the oil fill cap and also down in area around the oil filter, wet oil residue splashed onto nearby air condition hoses near bottom of radiator.
My conclusion was that the oil change was done in a sloppy fashion due to working too fast and not paying attention to detail. This can happen when a technician is forced to work under strict time constraints to get a job done. No other problems were observed.

Did a walk in oil change and safety recall out in 75 minutes. I did not get my car wash coupon.

Christian waisted my time !! He tried to get me a loan for a car, but that loan amount is what i make a year so i was denied talking about thats the only car. I had to call a week after to see if i was approved or denied and all he said in an attitude was nope when i asked why he couldnt even answer that he said im not sure, in sure i wrote it somewhere but good luck so only thing that makes sence is that he offered me a car the exact amount of my yearly income. Sad part is ive heard nothing but good things for curry .

Update; financial institution has nothing to do with the process if the car started at 9g and ended at 15g (that's the car alone) nice try tho richard. I give 1 shot and thats that I will NOT return to your business he waisted my whole day doing nothing and running my credit with 8 different companies and all of them saw the same thing I said above

Although I have scheduled appts. I never wait when I pull in and I love that!!! I also get my car back clean and back at the time they say I would. Great service from the minute I drop off my car and picking it up.
