I rented from one of their properties for 3 years on long island, they will steal your money and blame everything on covid19, refused to fix hot water issues, made us live with a moldy air conditioner for 6 months, let people smoke Marijuana, cars broken into in parking lot, parking lot floods, raised the price of laundry machines after replacing them with smaller machines, refused to do move out inspection due to covid and then make up stories to keep security deposit. Parent company Bainbridge never responds. They are obviously ok with the terrible way their property is being managed.

STAY AWAY from this property management company at all costs! They will tell you anything to get you in the door, this company is full of crooks! They claim this is a smoke free building however, I could smell marijuana seeping into my apartment weekly. I had to leave numerous times due to being allergic to smoke. Also, you will not get any sleep as you will hear the noise of every single person in this building. I went to a hotel 3 times due to the person above me dropping what sounded like weights all night long. I had a $400 picture shatter off my wall due to the person above me, of course the property couldn't careless. You will pay for valet trash and your trash may never get picked up, my trash can was stolen twice along with my Christmas wreath torn off my door and found lying in the hallway floor. The final straw for me was when they towed me car with the parking sticker from the property right out of the parking garage. This property is nothing more than a frat house, you'll hear non stop screaming, partying, as I already stated you'll smell marijuana, and see people smoking cigarettes in the building and on their balconies. I'm not sure why management exists at this property as they're absolutely awful, they will never reach out to you but will make sure to send you bills. This property is a revolving door and you will see people moving out as fast as they moved in. I'm filed a civil suit due to the circus I dealt with here, as I stated stay away from here!!!
i im an recident and honestly i do not recomend anyone to rent in orlando at verona at valencia park the manager is the must unprofessional manager i have ever had to communicate with.people for the money they are asking u can go down 1/2 a mile and a really nice place with the best sicurity
I have been in the multi family industry for many years, and as a result I felt the need to write this review. I have been attempting to get standard information from a property that is run by Bainbridge Companies. This information request has been passed along to said property for over a week, and was sent multiple times, via email and fax. The personnel on-site have been contacted via telephone on several occasions. Each time the manager is requested, we are denied access to speak with him/her. The person(s) that we were able to speak with on-site have responded to me and my team with open hostility. When I asked for the corporate office number, I was told to look it up. Wow! Then when I called the number provided online, the 2 people I spoke to at the corporate level, were just as rude. At this time, I have spoken to 5 different representatives of this company,. If the 5 people I have spoken to at this point, are the true reflection of the culture at this management company, I would find another company.
How do you leave residents without water since 3:30pm in the middle of a pandemic ????? Maintenance doesn t know when the water will turn on and it s now 10:15pm ridiculous. No water in an apartment where the a/c doesn t work because it s meant for a hotel room!

This is the worst mismanaged company ever. I pay 2400 a month for my apartment at Bainbridge Bayside, our amenities are just now re-opening, with heavy restrictions. You have to sign up to use an amenity, but you are only allowed in them from 10AM to 4PM. What about people who go to work. Security is an issue here with kids from the section 8 apartments trespassing onto our property. Management here has the same response to problems, we'll check with corporate. Do yourself a favor find a different company to rent from
I would give no stars if the review would let me. Ever since Bainbridge management has taken over our properties things have gone down hill. Terrible customer service, lies and so one. We will be moving after our lease is up, can t wait. Take my advice, read reviews your will see similar experiences.
I have contacted the company about a number of issues with one of their complexes. We have always been ideal tenants, but under their new management the place has become unsafe and the management is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have contacted the company multiple times but have received no response.
I would have given them no stars if it was an option. My apartment and storage facility flooded, they don t answer requests, garbage is everywhere, staff unresponsive, and they are moving more people in without caring for existing residents. This place is awful and I would highly discourage anyone from ever moving here.
I would not recommend this "Brand" to anyone. The company needs to pay attention to the following: 1). follow up; 2). response time (still waiting on the Regional Manager- Jennifer Henderson to follow-back up with me); 3). customer service; 4). fixing the problem/issue instead of false promises; 5). improve on professionalism; 6). listen to your resident(s) and take action (advice to Jennifer Henderson).
I'm sure the Management team will read this and nothing will happen, but I personally do not care because I'm not a resident under this "BRAND" anymore.
This Company has assumed management of my rental building since January. They have consistently raised the rent on every unit when they are up for renewal. Property manager has been unresponsive to improving our very slow internet and cable service. We still don't have power while buildings around us have power. Management is not escalating the lack of power to FPL but instead is using the metro wide FPL statement that it should be working by Sunday... Everything in the building is electric and the electric is not working at all... The building is solid Bainbridge Management is sickenly unresponsive to the tenants.
What an awful experience from beginning to end. My girlfriend and I found a town-home we loved in Axis and applied for move in. From that point on we were met with difficulty at every turn. To start when we called, the phone was never answered, and we usually got a call back the next day.
The morning of our Move-in date (Saturday) we were called by Cynthia, a member of the leasing office. She asked if we could move in later on that day since some paper work needed to be completed. Our entire old home was packed into a truck at this point and we were already on the way to Axis. When we arrived we were told, there was an issue with the paper work and that "you will not be moving in today". We explained that the electricity had already been turned off at our old home and all our belongings packed away, and asked if there was something we could do to help solve the problem (provide receipts and documentation). The response to this was that it was a Saturday and that Cynthia would not call the Property Manager Holli.
Once we were able to get in touch with Holli, on monday (after having to pay for a U-haul for multiple days, hotel fees, etc.) she offered to take the receipts and other documentation like we had originally asked for.
So rather than making an easy phone call on a Saturday to a manager we were stuck with a U-haul for 3 days, hotel fees and no home. Only to be contacted on Monday by the manager and told that this is not an issue.
SAVE YOURSELF & DO NOT STAY AT BAINBRIDGE PROPERTIES!!! Verona at Valencia is a Luxury apartment? Where? If you want to live somewhere people care about your wellbeing and have better use for your money, this is NOT the place.
Here, you will be charged hundreds of dollars for reporting an issue that THEY could've prevented, you will have to deal with a whole lot of maintenance issues especially with the A/C and kitchen appliances, terrible paint quality, roach infestations no matter how cautious you are, an outdated unit, lack of parking spaces and eventually getting towed for not finding somewhere to park if you work evening, lack of compassion and a manager that you cannot get a hold of since nobody, not even management company picks up the phone or answer their e-mails, not only that they are quick to argue with you and call you a liar, it is also the first place my family had experienced racism, oh and did I mention how outdated the actual units they are going to put you in are (ask to see it first if you want to risk it and don't bring valuables) and BED BUG & ROACH infestations? Why do we have all these blocked parking spaces when we have a freaking limited parking lot. I wish they were as quick to solve issues as they are quick to charge you. The family from the unit underneath mine had to switch building. A few weeks after they had left, my family and I have to deal with a bed bug issue along with the death of a close family member. We reported that we suspected bedbugs to be coming in our unit using the windows and spaces around the door like the roaches do but only to be charged 650 bucks. Those bed bugs are hiding underneath this 20th-century carpet. Till today we still do not have an answer from management besides having a bill on our door. I don't understand how they can move you into the filthiest apartment and expect it to be spotless at move out. These people are heartless and all they care is the money they are getting from you. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENTS AT ALL so save yourself and find somewhere else to live.
I lived in Wellington Green apartments for three years and have no complaints whatsoever about the management and maintenance staff, I paid for everything before I left except the water bill. We left the apartment spotless and, despite this, they kept part of the deposit we had given. It's a shame because the place is nice and well maintained.
Love the management team from this company. Everything gets taken care off easily when I summit my work orders for my apartment. Property manager very professional and always with a smiles welcome us to the club house.

I live in Stoney ridge apartments in Woodbridge VA. I don t recommend anyone to move in here and throw their money away to this garbage company. The leasing office manager has the audacity to tell me that an AC has priority over a leak that has been present since over 6 months now. Summer barely started, why wasn t the leak taken care of in the winter? Someone being hot is more dangerous than someone slipping in the bathroom and breaking their neck in her opinion. What a disgusting human being she is! I am eagerly waiting for my lease to be over so I can move away from here and never have to deal with her or the maintenance staff she has hired here. They re good for nothing! Stay away from this company and stony ridge apartments.
