I live in Stoney ridge apartments in Woodbridge VA. I don t recommend anyone to move in here and throw their money away to this garbage company. The leasing office manager has the audacity to tell me that an AC has priority over a leak that has been present since over 6 months now. Summer barely started, why wasn t the leak taken care of in the winter? Someone being hot is more dangerous than someone slipping in the bathroom and breaking their neck in her opinion. What a disgusting human being she is! I am eagerly waiting for my lease to be over so I can move away from here and never have to deal with her or the maintenance staff she has hired here. They re good for nothing!
Stay away from this company and stony ridge apartments.
