4 emails asking for help on a custom order my late husband purchased...NO RESPONSE. 3 phone calls 1 response and informed that there are no directions that come with the order on how to assemble. Provided PO number and size and was told it is just like putting a tent together and made to feel foolish! Even when I explained I never played with LEGO as a kid! Very poor customer service not even worth a one star

Purchased a shelter from Whiteline and planned to have it installed by a local contractor. Turns out the drawings supplied by Whiteline do not have enough information to install the shelter. After attempting to install and realizing the drawings were incomplete we requested Whiteline to send complete drawings. They refused. They did send their inspector who said the Whiteline drawings are never enough for installation and their own install team just installs based on their personal knowledge. Whiteline forced us to hire them to finish the install and then refused to respond to any emails about back charges for not receiving installation information that should have come with our purchase. Very rude and difficult to work with.

I have been looking at indoor riding arenas for over 4 years. I have looked at every option and almost every kind of company. The first email for information to Nikki at Whiteline and the subsequent 50 emails after were always so professional, helpful, informative and she had an amazing " can do" attitude. We had tried hard to get our indoor done before our long winters and had to put it off until the spring, and each and every time I went to Nikki to tell her i couldn't move forward yet, she was so professional and so "real". We installed our indoor just over two months ago and Ryan and the Team were equally amazing. They were so easy to work with and the quality of the structure was and is incredible. I would highly recommend using Whiteline and their team and have already recommended them to other people in my community looking for this kind of product.
