I bought a Groupon for them and have been trying for the past month to schedule an appointment on a weekend or at night because I work during the day and have had the worst experience. I get different information every time I called (including appointments that were available a half hour earlier suddenly were "never actually available") and when I called today to try to schedule for for any weekend in the month of December, originally they had one available for me, but then I head talking in the background and the woman on the phone said that day actually doesn't have anything free. But there's an appointment in a month and a half if I want that one. Yea, because the salon is HONESTLY booked a month and a half in advance....
