Rude employees who answer the phone. Horrible customer service in general. I found them via a Groupon offer. I called one morning to get a massage appt the same day and they said I had to call a day in advance. So the following week I call back a day before I wanted to come in and they said they were booked. That was a few weeks ago. I tried again this morning to get an appt for tomorrow and again they say they are booked. Not only that but all times I've called they never ask me to come in another day\time. At this point I am only going because I (stupidly) bought a 2-visit groupon deal. If you're someone like me who believes in good service, there is a strong competitor 5 miles away in Marlton that's fantastic with friendly people and excellent customer service.
