Daniel and Desireann made booking our room block so easy and stress free. I was greeting at the front desk by Victor and Jasmine. They were both very friendly, professional, and kind. They all made sure our hotel stay was pleasant and comfortable. Thank you to the hotel staff for keeping the hotel, rooms, and breakfast clean and tidy.

The place is clean and well kept. Stayed in room 402 and the road noise terrible. Need to consider double pain windows or some other method to mitigate the car noise that makes it to the room all night long. It was difficult to stay asleep.

The kitchen needs better ventilation.....it smells like bacon all morning long while they are cooking the breakfast....all the way up to the 4th floor.

The bathrooms are functional and OK but lack any flair, style. Very bland and generic.

This hotel needs to be updated. The carpet in my room had stains all over, the bathroom had a broken/bent toilet paper holder. The shower head needs replacement also. The only elevator was out of order the next day too. Breakfast was horrible. The hotel uses powerder eggs. The carpet by the kitchen was filthy and had food all over. The tile was sticky like juice had been spilled and never cleaned up properly. We end up going out to eat for breakfast.
I stay in a lot of hotels for work and I was hoping this would be a little bit more romantic for the wife and I but we were let way down. For the price of the room the hotel should have a much higher standard.

It's a very lovely hotel that's close to restaurants and the mall so easy access to food and entertainment. The staff are cordial and ready to help out. The hot breakfast in the morning is also delicious with plenty of options. I highly recommend staying here.

Overall, it was a nice stay. The hallways could use some work and it seems as though there is only one elevator, which meant people were always waiting for it. We opted for the stairs most of the time. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. I have stayed at other Ayres Hotels. This one isn't as nice as some of the others but is satisfactory. The breakfast was lacking. It was decent enough for a free breakfast, but again other Ayres hotels have better. The staff was very friendly. I would stay here again.

The room was spotless;
The breakfast had a variety of choices;
Great location-
The shower was inconvenient in the "water -mess" it made on the floor...perhaps a shower curtain?
I would definitely stay in an Ayres Hotel again!

I didn't sleep for three nights because your guest in the room next door had his tv on all night and day. Very loud and so the walls need more insulation. AC unit was pumping out a moldy smell. Also, the refrigerator was pumping out a dead animal smell. We Will not stay at your hotel again.

I booked this hotel to go enjoy an event that weekend with my friends. I know that c/i time is at 3pm, but I just wanted to check if there was early c/i available. It turns out that there is but there is a $30 fee. When I first tried to check in early, no one greeted me at the front desk warmly, not even the GM. Everyone was standoffish and gave off the vibe as "ugh what do you want." I came back later at around 2:45pm to check in and I was helped by Desi or Jasmine. She did not smile at me once, and made no eye contact with me. It was very unprofessional and an unfriendly experience. I requested a room on the top floor, but since there was none that was clean that was understandable. The rooms overall were pretty nice, but there could be some changes made. One thing that was an inconvenience was that the door that opened to the room and the restroom door were such inconveniently placed. Whenever I tried to enter the room or my friend tried to enter and the bathroom door was open a little; it would always clash. That was annoying. I thought this property would have the energy savers, but to my surprise they don't have it. Breakfast was in a small crowded area. Fast forward to check out and it was Desi who checked me out. Now keep in mind that they already took a full authorization of the total stay on my credit card. I asked them to split the payment with my boyfriend, so Desi should've just charged half from the obtained ccd auth on my card, and got the other half with my boyfriend's ccd. Instead, she erased my ccd authorization (which takes about 3-5 business days to return to my card) and took ANOTHER authorization (so another charge in my bank statement) for the half I was responsible for. Why did she erase the auth that was already obtained during check in? What an inconvenience. Another thing that shouldn't have happened is that the total amount that my boyfriend and I were splitting was ~$330, and she said each of us had to pay ~$180. I knew right off the bat that the amount she said was incorrect. I told her that's not the right amount and I showed her the correct amount. She insisted that I was wrong and kept saying no it's $180. This went back and forth for a while until she redid the math and found that she was wrong. Instead of apologizing she said to me "Oh good thing you caught that haha". Well of course I caught that? I mean I am paying for it, but you shouldn't be making that mistake in the first place.

There was only one front desk staff that was friendly, and it's unfortunate I didn't get his name. He was working as a security guard one night. Overall this property is eh. Front desk should be more professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the c/i &c/o system. I'm going to the same event next year, but I don't think I'd be staying here again.

Not to be confused with Ayres Suites next door (closer to Milliken).. We stayed at the end of June 2013.
Nice rooms, great high-speed internet. The breakfast buffet is a bit skimpy. Don't get a room on the first floor anywhere near the side exits or you will be awakened all night by the slamming exit doors..
Overall a good value for the price.

We had a hard time trying to make a reservation for one of our staff. We called several times to get an authorization emailed and that did not happen. At the end, all you hear are excuses. Add the long waits for someone to pick up the phone and it does not take long to conclude that this hotel has a long way before it shapes up.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful when I checked in in the evening--helping with dinner suggestions and with some help with a business project. The room was comfortable and nicely setup for my needs as a traveling business person. Many thanks!

Room smelled like mildew. Front desk girl was all confused when we checked in because we were requesting as a team to be located all on the same floor. There are much nicer properties in the area for the same price.

No help with bags when we arrived, I asked where the luggage carts were and they just pointed and said they we're around the corner. When I couldnt find them I had to bring up all my bags by myself while carrying a baby. When my wife arrived separately she was talked down too because she didn't know didn't know what room we we're in when she came get the room key and then again when she asked staff where the elevators were to go up. Staff was rude and not helpful, not what I expected for what we paid for a single night stay.

Pros: very clean, nice personnel, location.

Pros: very clean, nice personnel, location.
Cons: only one elevator which, moreover, is very very slow; very few electrical outlets and zero USB outlets; the breakfast room is ridicolous and the variety of food offered is quite limited

Took a tour with Daniel and it was a pleasure to meet this guy - solid guy and trust worthy. Checked out the guest rooms and suites, all very nice and I felt very warm and at home here. I recommend this hotel to guests looking to stay in the area.

We had to book a hotel last minute for a Club Soccer tournament and Sherelle(?) was super accomadating and helpful. We had several other team members call and speak with her and she helped them out as well without any problem. Check in was easy and convenient for us. Apparently if you come in the afternoon it's a different story.

Everything was quite good with only a few very minor annoyances:

I was confused by the subtle naming differences of the two hotels, Ayres Suites and Ayres Inn And Suites, and went to the wrong one first. My fault but it was my first time at an Ayres hotel and I didn't realize there were different versions. Luckily it was just a short walk to the correct one.

I was given a room set up for the disabled which wasn't necessary. Again not a big deal but I had spent the last three years as the full time caregiver for my aging parents before they passed away so seeing the bathing assist aids was a little depressing.

There was no book or information sheet in the room describing hotel services/amenities and local recommended food and entertainment.

The first time I called the front desk to arrange a shuttle to the airport there was no answer even though I let the phone ring a very long time. I waited 20 minutes and called back and the front desk answered quickly that time.

TV reception was marginal with many stations so fuzzy it wasn't worth trying to watch. I'm not sure what happened there, it was like the signal was coming from an antenna instead of from a cable?

Over all Ayres was a very nice hotel and I would likely stay again.

The Faucet was leaking about 1/3 of water while taking showers.
The housekeeping staffs weren t careful enough to remove the soap that the former guests leaved behinds.

Clean rooms and very comfy bed. Stayed for thanksgiving and staff was kind enough to set up a small snack station for guests. They were very close to various restaurants and the mall. Breakfast was servicable. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was quiet and the service in the food area was well attended and check out was quick! The only reason it wasn't a 5 was the first thing I noticed (coming in the back door) was that the elevator carpet needed to be vacuumed. It stayed in the same condition the entire weekend. Our room was tidy, but smelled like cigarettes in the bathroom.

Air conditioner issues. Strong mold/ body odor smell in room,Toilet seat cover broken. Long female Hair in the bath tub. Breakfast was not up to the the normal Ayres Quality, Very poor and decided to go else where for breakfast. Strong smell of Majurana throughout hotel. Not what I would normally expect from the Ayres brand. Will not stay here again.

Not with staff - just the room

Not with staff - just the room
I booked an ADA King Room since none was available - I am ashamed; as someone who is not disabled and curious about the function of the room - it was horrible. The touch lights did not work (none of them) and that is the main thing you advertise in regards to the room. While the bathroom spacious, it is quite ugly compared to a regular room that is not ADA.
Further more, I am surprised at the outdated furniture and air conditioner in the room. The hallways look creepy as well.
I recently stayed in the Moreno Valley Ayres and that was surprisingly a 5 star hotel experience compared to this one, where the location is better. Please take a look at their Amenities and room structure - far better.
I have stayed at this location before (Ontario) and the Suite is lovely; it was on the first floor. Please provide the same level of care to your ADA rooms and the remainder of your hotel.
Room 214 over looks a dingy balcony - cannot even see the streets below.

For some reason, the pillow cases were ROUGH; not soft at all which I found unusual.

I've stayed here in the past for work and unfortunately my experience this time around was not great. When I checked in at 6pm, it was right in the middle of happy hour, so there was a line out the door with people trying to get drinks and only one hotel staff to assist with guests. I had to wait 20 minutes to get checked in. As a woman staying in a hotel alone, safety and privacy is important. While I was checking in there were men up at the counter waiting for drinks and the front desk was asking for me for personal information right in front of other guests and loudly saying my room number. I will not be back.

Everything was great at the hotel. I was a little disappointed with the Breakfast selections (not enough choices) - so after the first day, I opted to go to grocer and kept food in my refrigerator.

Fist time at a Ayres... We arrived from a four hour drive and nobody was at the desk for three to five minutes... Once acknowledged we were treated in a very professional mannermanner... Room was great... Clean, great sturdy furniture with a working refrigerator and coffee maker... The second night we were not given any cups for bathroom or coffee and no coffee... The guy replacing coffee did not come with all replacement items and appeared bent that he had to come back... Room was clean though which was more important.. Placed away from elevator which we requested... Overall an OK. Experience

The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The facillity was less than accomedating. The only elevator took a very long time to return. The rooms were very undersized compared to other hotels. The bigest problem were the "queen" beds. I have a queen at home and can fit just right in it. The beds found in the room were full beds. When my feet hang off of the bed there is a problem
