I arrived on a Tuesday evening and the elevator was broken and didn't get fixed until Thursday morning. No one offered to help with my bags to the 3rd floor, which after lugging through 2 airports I probably would have taken them up on it. I booked my room well over a month in advance and was offended with the handicapped room I received. I asked about breakfast and was told that it started at 7, and I found out later that it was 6 which would have been helpful to know.

I like the Ayres hotel chain and stay when I can if they have one in the city I'm visiting. This hotel does offer the free shuttle service to the airport and a small breakfast. (Depending on when you leave) My bed was comfortable with good pillows. I was disappointed that I did not get my wake-up call.

The room was fine, the a.c. unit was irritating, it wouldn't run steadily, so the constant on/off disturbed our sleep. Breakfast was ok. Definitely a distinction between the hotel and the suites.

I find it very upsetting that I paid 200 for a room where I couldn't take a shower. I called the front desk and no one picked up the phone. And in going back to the hotel from the event I attended there was absolutely no parking and I called the front desk over and over and over. Drove in a circle for 30 to 45 minutes trying to figure out what to do. At check in I wasn't told if there was overflow parking or anything so I spent all that time waiting for someone to leave or answer the phone. I had also accidentally forgot one of my bags and when I called they said they'd call me right back and they never did I had to call again and spoke with a supervisor and insisted on staying on the phone until they checked the room. I think I paid more than I should have for services that I couldn't even use. I think this has to be by far one of the worst experiences I've had at a hotel and will be trying to contact a corporate officer if this review does not get to them.

We arrived in hopes of our room being ready, we needed to get dressed for our event. Well check in time is at 3pm, we arrived at 3:40 and was told our room wouldnt be ready until after 4pm. So we had to change in the bathroom at our event..... was not happy with that at all.

I stayed in a handicap room (which I was told I originally booked but feel as though I should have been moved to another room, not only for my comfort but to free up the room for another individual that may have truly needed it), the shower was a walk-in shower with no curtain (water EVERYWHERE), the spray nozzle came at me at roughly 500 mph, in a straight shot, and I had to get my keycard replaced twice because it wouldn't open my door. Frustrating and disappointing to say the very least.

This would be a 4 except for one very important issue. When I stay at your hotel I am so close to my business destination that I do not get a rental car, but rely on the hotel shuttle. The breakfast you provide is satisfactory (not great), but I have no means to leave the hotel to go to dinner. If you would provide some robust vending machines, I would be able to eat something simple without trying to find a way to get it. The provided microwave is pretty useless if you can't get something to put in it. My company (Optum) uses your hotel as a preferred resource, but this one issue is a problem in spite of the clean and comfortable room.

When I arrived I was told that I would need to wait 5-7 minutes to check in since the two people at the desk were unable to check me in. Seems they didn t have a working password and I had to wait for someone to return from a break. She then told me I didn t have a reservation. Couldn t figure out that my last name was the same as the reservation name with a different first name. I was then denied my room because the reservation was in my spouse s name and not mine. Same last name, same credit card, and I had a copy of the reservation. I was told to contact my booking company to fix it. No offer to call them for me, to call the person the room was reserved for.... I was to handle it. I did, returned with another reservation confirmation, but was told I would have to wait until it updates in their system. At some point hotel staff need to make the obvious decision to provide customer service, especially when I am holding proof of a reservation. Don t leave it to a guest to solve the problem, offer to make a call, there were no other guests waiting. When a guest can prove they have a reservation give them a room, don t wait for the computer to update.

I asked to speak to the manager, but when she called in the staff told her the situation was resolved. I replied no it s not, I d still like to speak with her. She ignored my request. It took me yelling in the background for the staff to hand me the phone. The manager didn t even acknowledge me with a hello. She did not listen to understand my concerns. Simply stated that is policy. (I think she put the phone down while I was talking... good customer service representives will state I understand that you.... then respond to the issue.) I guess it s policy to send a person on break and not have trained staff at the front desk.

This place needs customer service training from top to bottom.

Checking in was a disaster, everything was paid in advance, if there was any issues they sent me with a visa pre paid credit card. They would not run the card, they said it didn't have my name on it! It was a pre paid gift card, doesn't have to have my name on it, its a gift card, good as cash. It's either good or not! Just run the card, sorry can't do that, we need a card with your name on it! So I had to give them MY credit card and pay for something that was already paid for. Now I have to go through all the problems of having them paying me back so I can pay back my credit card. This was the last leg of my trip and had no issues until I walked into your hotel. Your hotel room was very clean, and the bed was very comfy, tv was a bit small, but I was only there for 4 hours so it didn't matter. Wished the shower was a bit higher, but like I said was only there a few hours.

The early, early check in was fantastic (we were here for an out of town wedding), the breakfast was great, we loved the details in the room(the lamps! The chair!), lots of exits that made sense and parking was great. The location is fantastic with the outlet mall just across the street. Loved it. Great experience.

All of the staff was exceptional! They were friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The shuttle service and delicious breakfast were wonderful.

Great staff & location, but don't even try to sleep in past 7am.. as the structure of the hotel allows far to much noise transfer when guest leave - closing doors, conversations & loud children in the hallways etc.. Other than that the staff is courteous, thoughtful & it's a very safe quite area near all the freeways and about 10 - 15 mins from the Glen Helen Amphitheater.

Good clean facilities. The room was a nice size the beds were comfortable and there was great water pressure in the shower. Enjoyed the free hot breakfast and the staff was friendly & responsive.

We had a problem our 1st night when next door guests kept trying to get into our room through the adjoining door between our rooms well after midnight, waking us up. My husband called the front desk, but there was no security staff. We went back to sleep and neighbors started again trying to unlock our shared door! Very frightening and disturbing! We called front desk again and the young lady came to our room and then the other guest room. They stopped for the night but my husband couldn t sleep. I would have liked the front desk to at least phone after our 1st report of the problem.

I stayed about a week and the experience was good. The only thing to note was the fitness center had limited equipment and half of them didn't work. Additionally, the AC wasn't working so it felt like a sauna.

My family rented two rooms in this hotel. Room 111 and 311. The hotel rooms were what I expected and we're clean. My family was here for a graduation ceremony and we ate cake in the lobby. The staff was nice and helpful.

The facility is very clean and orderly. Your Receptionist staff, breakfast staff, housekeeping are very polite and friendly. They are very service minded and it was a pleasure asking for help when needed, e.g. clean towels, directions, etc. since we were told it was a pleasure serving us. The walls inbetween rooms are not well insulated for sound. With just a few people in the room having a normal conversation at a normal sound level, our room received several calls from the front desk informing us that someone had complained about noise. Like I said, we truly were not being overly noisy. The loudest sound was likely some laughing which should not be an issue but it unfortunately was. Definately cut our night short, because what were we to do but be totally silent...huge bummer.

the hotel was a refreshing change from my recent run of stays. very clean. the housekeeping staff was totally professional! i had asked for one extra bath mat and the staff remembered that need for the entire week. i was more than happy to leave several tips throughout my stay as a way to say thank you. i asked the front desk staff for the name of my room service person so i could leave a personal note, but they dropped the ball. three different front desk people PROMISED me the name of the person; not a single person delivered. that is why i dinked them one point. (maybe should be closer to TWO). my room was a bit run down, but clean. fairly quiet. some room nearby, i could hear the shower and toilet flush, but thank goodness for noise cancelling headphones. the leather chair in my room was in tatters. it was so worn out, i never sat it in. fake leather, so the fabric was threadbare. i would have tossed it a while back. one more point deducted. i cant sit in a nasty looking seat.

rain also flooded a portion of the poorly draining parking lot. there were huge swatches of spaces unusable due to curb deep water ponding.

The hotel had a weird odor that didn't appeal to me. Also I guess there was a wedding that weekend and there was lots of noise and drunk people walking around all night. The bathtub and bathroom sink were also clogged or something because the water took so long to drain after each shower and use of sink. I only choose this hotel because the usual one I stay at was booked but I don't really think I will consider it again.

As far as I am aware, check in at this hotel is from 3pm, we arrived around 4.10 and when I asked to check in was asked did you book through Expedia? I replied with a yes to be told well I ll need to see if any rooms are ready for u then talk about feeling like a second class citizen! luckily a room was ready, ground floor not my preferred but only for one night.
Yes the room appeared clean, but it was very dated which I had read in previous reviews and the air conditioner was very very noisy. Used the pool the next morning which was very murky and full of insects and the gate to all the pool controls and chemicals was lying open, my kids wouldn t meddle in these things but anyone left without a parent, I d be worried, the maintenance guy came out a while later and shut the gate and locked the padlock, a little bit coyly when he noticed there were folk around the pool. There were pool towels which is good but my husband happened to mention after we d used a couple they they were all black, that from the ground I told him, now I know it s poolside it s goin to get dirty but soap, a bucket of water and a brush once a day would sort that out.
Would I stay again, no! Not particularly cheap and I m sure I could get a brighter more modern room from another big brand. Disappointed.

Room was very comfortable and nice. Bathroom was sub-par. I did not like how the entrance door from the street side parking lot was unlocked. At check in, we were told that we needed our room key to enter from the parking lot, but that was not true. After witnessing a shady looking guy enter with ease and run up the stairwell, we told the front desk about the unlocked door. We were told that they'd get right on it. Next morning the door was still unlocked. We were told there was nobody available to fix the problem.

There was a wedding happening on the hotel hallway, unbelievable i have never had a worst night in any hotel in the world, they rented rooms around us, they were all their doors open and they were eating and drinking in the hallway, havin a partu, they fought, they said all the bad words that you can imagine, they broke liquor bottles until 5 a.m, We went to reception and called several times but the answer was, there is nothing we can do about it, well my kids 5 and 7 learned all the bad words possible in eanglish in one single night, who is going to fix that ever and of course no sleep cause they were banging on the door and the walls, next morning recepcionist gave us $15 dollars discount for our mis rable experience, crazy...! Right...!
I will never stay there and my video will go viral, the worst experience of our lives, instead of having a magical Disney experience for my kids we had the Wedding from hell righ out of our door....!

I was embarrassed of course but your housekeeping manager and staff made it feel ok.

I was disappointed I booked through Expedia a weekend for valentine day and purchased a king size suite all I got was a basic room with king size bed. Really disappointed I wasn t offered an upgrade for an additional price or something to not to ruin the stay.

I think the hotel is in a good location but for the price per night for a room it is not that great. The floors were dirty and the room itself wss not very hood. The beds were completely worn out and every move my wife made had the bed moving or shaking. As a retired military man with PTSD this made out really uncomfortable for me.
The staff was very nice but I asked teen to check the ice machine on the 3rd floor because it didn't work and I would have too go upstairs or downstairs too get some ice.
Overall it was a ok hotel but really over priced for the room I stayed in i wish that the room had a mini safe in it.

Ok. Disappointed already and I haven't even got a room key. Access to the front door was blocked by the Hotel van making the check-in beginning difficult.
Had five rooms reserved and at 3 pm not ready. They say a group checked out at 1...two hours ago...

They serve breakfast in the morning and happy hour from 5-7 pm. Service was good. Rooms are spacious and comfortable beds. I was on the third floor and had a beautiful view to the mountains. The Ontario Mills Mall is only a walking distance from the hotel. They also provide shuttle service to and from the airport or anywhere you need to go in a 5 mile radius(which is how far everything else seems to be). All in all, I have no bad things say except, this Ayers is not as fancy as the Ayers Hotel next door (there are two next to each other).
