Very nice place, great service, great breakfast me...
Very nice place, great service, great breakfast menu!
Very nice place, great service, great breakfast menu!
Quiet room, nice breakfast, chilled water, coffee, and tea (and real half and half) available in lobby 24/7. Would give 5 stars, but for the analog TV (terrible for Olympics watching and no cable channels).
Very friendly and helpful staff. We did have to change rooms our last night. The bathroom sink backed up and made a bad mess. We were in room 216. moved to 324.
I used the work out room and Breakfast were both great
We always look forward to our stay at Ayres. It's clean, the staff is super friendly, and although the front desk sometimes has an attitude problem, Ayres is the best hotel to stay at while visiting Ontario.
Has all the amenities that you would like but would love to have a microwave and refrigerator great view cost not bad
I love this hotel. Whenever I'm visiting California I like to stay there. I recommend it 100%. Thank you very much for making my stay a pleasant one.
A great location. Very Comfortable and easy access.
My mom was put up in this hotel Sun-Fri 3 weeks in a row for work training. Cleaning crew stole a dove dark chocolate bar and most of a box of 100 calorie snack packs. Also tossed her $5 ace bandage she had to buy after injuring her ankle and she had no time to replace it. Beware leaving tempting snacks.
Very friendly service with nice clean rooms. Thier breakfast was awesome and their shuttle service was amazing.
Room was clean, spacious, nice appointed and the bed was fabulous, as usual, however there were a few items that were less than an Ayers would accept (or customers come to expect people). Notwithstanding, the manager changed our room without question
Had some stains on the floor. The room felt much cheaper than the price we paid
Definitely one of the nicest hotels I've been too. The rooms are massive, clean, and well appointed. Also can't go wrong with the free snacks and beer offered in the lobby! Close proximity to everything you could ever need or want!
I have made several trips to the Ontario area over the last 2 months. Ayers In was recommended to me by a fellow employee at work. The staff and the facility have made my stays there comfortable and enjoyable. I have not had any reason to be less than satisfied with their service. I will continue to stay at this Hotel when I travel to the Ontario, CA area.
This Ayres was not as updated as the other Ayres I have stayed. The room was severely dark and outdated.
I don't think I'd rush back to stay again.
Very pleasant front desk staff. Motel like beds, clean, but not comfy. Free beer wine/cheese crackers and cookies at happy hour were nice.
All of the services there were wonderful. The only thing I wish was that with breakfast there was fresh fruit.
The room was clean and fresh. Would be nice to have a menu/TV Guide and not just a channel guide for the TV. There was a problem with the bathroom door, the entire knob (inside and outside) came off. When I notified the front desk they said there were no maintenance workers but they would contact the shuttle driver as he fills in for maintenance. No one ever came to the room to fix the problem, all night we had to keep manually trying to open the door and sometimes it got stuck. I reported the problem when I checked out and they had no record of it, which means the person at the front desk never notified anyone. The manager on staff at checkout did take 15% off the bill which helped.
I enjoyed my stay at the Ayres Hotel located in the Ontario Mills Mall. Upon my arrival, the front desk clerk Ronaldo was very polite and pleasant. I found my room to be clean and tidy with an abundance of towels. The "happy hour" they host in the lobby area is a nice accommodation to give guests the opportunity for networking. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.
Nice rooms, in a great location (close to restaurants, the mall) pretty easy to get too. Just a great overall hotel
The hotel was an excellent place to stay, very convenient. The staff was excellent. I especially want to thank Tanisha, Lauren, Jasmine, Susan and Ben. Those were the names I recall but the rest of the staff were great also. The rooms were nice and clean. I will (and do) recommend this hotel to friends and family who might be going to the area.
Very nice hotel only issue called for shuttle from Airport after 50 min called again and they apologize saying they where swamped after hour 10 min we got to hotel ( after 10 PM) lobby was empty.......Really?
Very nice employees and nice music as well as the room. Good breakfast and nice to have tea and coffee available.
Goodmorning, I experienced a great stay at your hotel. "T" at the front desk was so respectful and kind great personality. She went the extra mile to get me a ride to my orientation. Always greeting with a smile. Highly satisfied. 5 star. Thank you for everything..
Nice hotel. Great room. Awesome sized. Good price next door to mall. Breakfast is good.
the staff were very friendly and accommodating during our stay
It was quite nice, however there was one towel that appeared to be dirty when I got the room. Also there was quite a bit of trouble for the front desk clerk to login to the computer, thus it took a bit of time before I could check in.
Excellent breakfast and pool area. The rooms are also spacious with comfortable beds.
Chris (at the front desk) and the entire staff at the hotel were awesome. They made me feel very welcome at the hotel and were very helpful at all times regarding any questions about the area. The room was clean and modern. I would highly recommend Ayers Hotel!
Great location.... Loved the reception hour. Front desk people were always nice and helping. Breakfast was just OK no one around for the last 15 mins of breakfast to ask if anything will be replenished. WiFi was horrible!!!! I read you have room service on the website....but no menu in the room?
Such friendly and helpful front desk staff and shuttle drivers.
Able to accept reservation on short notice-same afternoon. Check in staff helpful and fast to get me set up in my room. Great bed and quiet area.
Local restaurant very good.
Beautiful rooms, nice pool area, quiet, conveniently located. Would definitely stay again.
This was my 2nd ayres hotel I've been to. This one seemed a little bit older than the one I went to before. It had great service, clean and super quiet. Not much else to say. Not as nice as some of the others, but still really great.
Room is a bit old. Amenities is minimal. My table lamp doesn't turn on upon arrival & they couldn't fix it until daytime next day. The tissue box only has less than 10 sheets left when we checked in. At least it has microwave, refrigerator & free wifi. It also has hot breakfast, which includes diy-waffle, diy-panceke, boiled eggs, country fries, cereals, juices, milk, sausages, yogurt, etc. There's also lemon water & coffee available in the lobby at all times
Well, for one the room was very clean which I love. I hate dirty rooms. The bed, love me a big bed and very comfortable I slept like a baby.I felt like I was at home. Just to let you know I'll be there every two weeks, thank you much, can't wait to see you again. ..Ismael.
Would rather stay in the suites next door. They have a better building for slightly less.
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and neat and the rooms were good value for the size and need.
Room was clan and they had a real affle maker for breakfast #Greatttttt
I am on business and traveling for the week. This hotel has been nothing but top notch! The staff is friendly, the rooms are big and clean, and the location is on point. I would recommend this hotel to family, friends, and co-workers. Not a bad moment yet! Come see for yourself! The views here are pretty amazing as well :)
I stay here on business trips, nothing to special, give a 4 star because of the free beer, wine, soda, cookies and other finger food they offer on what they call social hour.
The front desk staff was fine. Jasmin was helpful. Breakfast was fine. Parking area was mostly well lit. The hallways were quite dingy. The elevator was quite slow and we used the stairs instead. The rooms had some nice touches, like the vintage phones but the walls and drapes could use some updating. Also the walls were very thin as I could hear the man snoring in the room next to me.
From day one, the friendly staff helped me with all my needs including booking the shuttle head of time for my training as well as answering questions about the area as it was my first time in Ontario. The shuttle drivers were all very accomodating and friendly and we had wonderful conversations.
Check in was easy, rooms easy to locate, very clean, and very comfortable. Despite being close to Milliken and the freeway, the rooms were very quiet. Beds were very comfortable and I seem to be able to sleep better at an Ayers than a lot of other recognized hotel chains. Staff is very friendly and the hot breakfast with waffle station was perfect.
A/C did not work properly and it was hot in the room
The room and bathroom were lovely. The only thing I would suggest is higher end blow dryers that are mobile and move the mirror over the desk so that women can use it for putting on makeup or styling the hair if the restroom is occupied.
Check in quick and easy.
Hotel very clean
I didn't stay I was just in the parking lot. On the plus side there seemed to be many available parking spaces.
Awesome place to stay! Breakfast was great, lots of variety! I'm vegan and I was pleased. The room was stately. It was quiet. Just what I needed. Service was great too. The cost of the room was fair.
I'm not sure what happened but while in the shower I lost the hot water and it got very cold. A few minutes later the hot water came back.
Rate changed with no notice given and had to go through the night auditor to get it straightened out. The young baseball group from Hawaii was allowed to run rampant through the hotel, without confronting the parents. No etiquette whatsoever given by the parents with breakfast. Food was good but no advance planning was given as far as the necessary amounts and they were very slow to replenish. Also, the breakfast room was too cramped with the tables and chairs inside the breakfast room. I think that the conference room should have been set up to accommodate breakfast needs and then cleaned and changed over as needed. This would have gotten that crowd out of the room when you couldn't even move
Nice and clean. Quite convenience. next to the shopping mall.
Clean pretty and warm rooms. Good friendly help. Fair rates! We'd use you again.
Nice clean room. Comfy bed. Prompt shuttle service. Works for me.
Staff was friendly and helpful. My only gripe would be to be aware of who's staying in your hotel. We were ther for a soccer tournament and I seen many just like us but the breakfast wasn't so kid friendly and you ran out of idems way to soon
I sent my employee to Ayres Hotel for a business class for 3 nights. I chose this property for it's location and amenities. My employee tells me his stay was comfortable and clean. Room was good for studying in the evenings, he very much enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was friendly and helpful. I will be sending another employee to this hotel in July. It's our go to hotel now!
Room wasn't fully cleaned. Someone else's hair on the hand towel and face cloths. Trash on closet floor. Looked like pet hair in one of the beds. So didn't look as though they changed the sheets. Not going back.
We stayed at the "sister" hotel in the back. Everything was basic. It was a good night sleep, but nothing special.
Excellent room, check and service. Will stay again
Employees were very nice very professional everyone had masks and gloves
It's so convenience to stay and very close distance to my training Hino class. I'll recommend to my friends about this hotel.
