Good location. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was marginal at best. Rooms need updated, carpet was pulling up where it meets the bathroom.

Excellent location and friendly staff! Great facilities and transportation to and from the airport. Right next to Ontario Mills Mall and lots of dining options. Will stay here again!

Surprisingly very nice and comfortable. Loved the fresh clean sheets and the bed was outstanding.

Beautiful, clean hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were huge with very comfortable beds. The list lobby was pretty, but the rest of the hotel lacked decorations, very boring. The breakfast was typical, nothing special. The location was great! Close to freeways, shopping, and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again!

Carpet needs to be cleaned. Hotel staff was friendly. Pricing was reasonable.

Staff was excellent, parking was great, rooms were very clean. We have no complaints. We stayed 1 day, Oct 11- 12 2016.

Christopher at the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make our check in easy and got us quickly to our room in the evening on Christmas day. His humor and cheery disposition was awesome.

I had a gift certificate for a one night stay I found cleaning out my office desk. I had about a week and a half to use it up but with the holidays coming up I knew I probably wouldn t be able to make the deadline. A couple of employees at the other Ayres locations suggested I call and ask for if I d be able to use it a couple of days after expiration. They were explaining to me it s been done before and that it usually isn t a problem. So last week I called the Ontario location & spoke with Amy to see if it would be any possibility. Again I knew it was my fault I forgot it was about to expire and it might not be a possibilty. At the time she seemed super sweet and willing to help me. She even asked to take my number down and said she ll call in a couple of days. A week later I called to see if there was any update. By this time it had just expired a day. I spoke with I believe Daniel from the front desk which I explained to him the situation. I asked to speak with her but then he just said it expired so no. Again I just wanted to speak with Amy just to let her know I was waiting for her call but then got hung up on. I called yet again and was transferred to random places. I was then informed that the guy at the front desk was new. Which explained a lot. I finally got a hold of Amy about an hour later. By that time I was super frustrated and the moment she got on the phone she was then rude and disrespectful. Saying i am just trying to get a free room and use them. She was saying I was eating her time and day with this. She went on about how she s been here 30 years and how she didn t have time to talk to me or help me no means no where do you work? Who is your boss? How did you get the gift certificate? I explained to her I won it. From then it went even more down hill. I then asked for corporates number and she told me to google it or that she d think about calling me back with the information I needed. She said if I m going to complain to ask for a Jacob and that he d be the one to help me which she wouldn t be in trouble because she s been here for 30 years. I literally just called for a simple yes or no. I believe she was having a bad day and took it out on me. I am super upset and I will never stay at this Ayres location. I feel upset and down right disrespected and that wasn t even all of our convseration. Amy I ve stayed at several location and have never been disrespected like this exotically if you ve been around for 30 years. I really do hope you don t treat all your guest this way.

My company used to put me up in the Ayres for training before we switched to the Hyatt at Mills Mall(which I think is much nicer). I never had any issues with the hotel to be honest. The beds were comfortable enough for a good nights sleep. The decor is a kind of old stuffy bourgeoisie. Its like an old mansion, you would almost expect everything to be dusty. The rooms have a fridge, a microwave and a wet bar. My favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast. You can choose a made to order breakfast for no additional charge. Eggs, omelettes, bacon, sausage.... the best breakfast I've had a hotel yet. The hotel also does a little happy hour in the lobby from 5 - 7 during which they provide drinks and appetizers for free which is really cool. I would say this place is a pretty safe bet. So if young and hip isn't a must have and you can get a cheap rate I would say go for it.

There were spiders in the room and no replacement rooms avaliable. Only smoking. Very disappointed. Tried this hotel for the first time and will never come back

Really nice hotel, the breakfast area is very small and cannot fit many people in so really you have to leave and come back if you are not a people person like I am not! I think they can get a better supply of shampoo and lotion. The beds are ok. The coffee is not the best at all and I found it several times to be luke warm. Nasty and old! They should go to something with coffee on demand.

Great hotel! Staff is fantastic and service is second to none.

The check-in staff were outstanding. I had to make a few changes and they were extremely helpful. I had reserved 9 rooms for a special event. All of our conference leaders were impressed with the facility and the staff. Thank you very much.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was for the price. Very good value. Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. The only downside was how noisy the air conditioner was in the room.

It was quiet and comfortable. The wifi was fast. It's about 10 minutes from the Ontario airport.

garbage outside my room in the hall from a previous tenant I am guessing, but disgusting. tv reception was horrible, half the channels were snowy. shower head was clogged or something, water came out in all directions. however, the staff was nice and the happy hour was nice.

While the hotel didn't have an elevator to the second floor they would accomodate if necessary. The hotel was clean and the staff was phenominal! They truly cared were nice and didn't seem stuck up.

Had to call the shuttle service 3 times before the shuttle actually picked us up. The driver appeared to be pissed off about having to pick us up from a restaurant to return to the hotel.

I always enjoy staying at Ayres (although I think $269 for two nights and three days is a bit high), I love the quality and the friendliness of the staff. Whenever I visit California, this is where I'll stay.

Good Service. One issue for breakfast I woulld like to see turkey sausage turkey bacon. Also Egg whites. Sugar Free Syrup.

The only thing missing were robes.
One of the best hotel experiences I've had. Very quiet. Couldn't hear other guests or outside noises.

Our group of eight stayed at the hotel & had a very nice experience. Everybody was helpful. The rooms were very comfortable & the staff went out of their way to make sure we were all squared away.
After a day of travel, it was much appreciated!

This hotel is in a prime location with tons of restaurants and stores nearby. We are in this area often for soccer tournaments. This facility offers breakfast from 7-10am which is very convenient.

Loved all the little extras: The in-room coffee, the coffee percolator with hot coffee always available in the lobby, the afternoon snacks, etc.

Best experience and very polite customer service, very homey experience and relaxing too. Truly recommend this location and everything is in a convenient walking distance. Fantastic job, I do with they had jacuzzi tubes in there king sizes rooms. If they do I would be definitely staying in the near future for sure.

The hotel room is clean but the bathroom is outdated it needs to be remodel. Also during my stay the broiler broke leaving us with no hot water so my daughter and I took cold showers that morning before getting dress. Certain TV channels didn't come in clear.

Room was clean as always. Staff very friendly & professional. I stay a couple times a year, and always a convenient & easy stay.

The perception of the hotel online is that it is a lot nicer than it actually was. The price was indicative of a place that is a little more upscale. The "free" breakfast was the worst I have ever seen. You couldn't pay me to eat it. I was disappointed from the start with the entire facility. People were also yelling and fighting in the hallway at 2am and I called the front desk but nobody seemed to care to pick up the phone . I'll never stay at this hotel again. I hate being decieved

Had an overnight stay. Wonderful service, clean hotel, and i would definitely stay again.

During our stay we felt so welcomed and comfortable. We enjoyed talking to Casey. He had such a warm personality and made us feel like we were never bothering him even though he was busy with projects. He's a keeper. We really like the manager too.

The room was clean and the staff friendly. The elevator was out but they helped us carry our luggage up the stairs.

Liked the hotel overall. Staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast was great actually so definitely happy about that. Only downside is all the rooms have nice 50 TVs with only a sd signal so the picture on every channel is grainy and lack luster.

Exceeded our expectations! Would highly recommend for anyone going to the Glen Helen Ampitheatre. Not too far away and plenty of restaraunts and stores close by. No noise at all (: We were very happy with our stay.

we stayed here for the weekend and it was enjoyable. The staff were all very kind and attentive. The free breakfast was delicious. And the pool was clean and so were the rooms and linens.

I didn't arrive until late, but the jets in the tub worked and the mattress was super comfy.

The hotel was clean, the room was great and the morning breakfast was good. The only issue we had was the remote for the TV had no batteries, when I went to the front desk they gave me a new remote and what I thought was new batteries. The new remote didn't work as well so when I went down to the front desk again they told me they didn't have any more batteries so the maintenance guy came up to the room with me and tried to use another remote, it didn't work as well. So to watch the TV I had to keep getting up and down to change the channel. The staff was great they just didn't have what they needed to take care of the issue. Overall a good experience.

Stayed here last minute after a very long drive across states. Great room, very comfy beds and the complimentary breakfast was very nice. Definitely would recommend this to a friend or family.

Always a great stay at this location! Very clean hotel and rooms, nice friendly staff and near lots of shopping and restaurants!!!

As usual, overall it was a nice stay. Decor is nice, rooms are cozy, beds were comfy. Easy wqlk to mall and numerous eateries. Maybe it was just this stay, but the staff did not seem typical. It was a just putting in their time type instead of the " we are so glad you are here" type. My biggest problem and it could be a deal breaker if there is a next time was: At 1am the front desk deactivated our cards and gave someone our room. Thankfully we had slid the oor catch across so it would only open two inches. Really was scary. I would think with technology, you could prevent this from happening. The front desk did deactivate everything and start over but getting woken up by someone trying to get in, and having to get new cards in the middle of the night is not restful. When I complained I was offered a 15% discount which really wasn't hardly worth it.

I frequently stay at this hotel for work and I love it. The staff is so nice and accommodating and the rooms are extremely chic and clean. The location is in a great area right behind the Ontario Mills Mall. There are a ton of places to eat within walking distance. I would stay here even if it was just for leisure travel as well.

Our experience with Ayres Inn & Suites was great. I had approached your hotel looking for a good corporate rate as our company iFLY Indoor Skydiving is being built right next to the Mills Malls and will be having several travelers once we open in January and was also looking for a Conference Room to host face to face interviews for potential customer service employees. We were overall impressed with the awesome customer service, specifically from Daniel the Sales Manager and the location was very clean, nice and exactly what we were looking for. The price was perfect and the breakfast and evening food and drinks was an added bonus. Every time I spoke or met with Daniel he was more than accommodating and he was definitely a huge part of the reason we decided to do business with your hotel. The Conference Room we used for our 2 days of interviews was perfect. Thanks for the great service! Looking forward to doing business with your hotel.

The hotel and it's staff where very good. I would of rated it a 5 but there was a leather chair in the room and had several tears. It looks as though it had come from a dumpster. There was also a cloth desk chair that was filthy. I paid $170 a night I would think they could use some of that money to purchase 2 new chairs for the room.

The hotel, overall, was average. It would have been acceptable if we had paid an average price, around $100 or so. However, we paid extra to have extra services with the couples package. We definitely feel that it was not worth the extra money. The wine tasted watered down and the room was not ready when we arrived even though we booked it online a day prior. Also, the hot tub was not working and when we asked the receptionist to assist us, she gave us bad instructions. We ended up giving up and going back to our hotel room. Honestly, the sheets could have been better quality. The combination shampoo/conditioner instead of two separate bottles felt rather cheap. We weren't expecting 5 star quality but we would definitely have wished for better service and amenities for the additional price. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

Great weekend rate, cleanliness, greeting, and location.

It s a beautiful hotel. But if you like being able to use the data on your phone, don t bother. I have Verizon and fluctuate between 1 and 2 bars. They provide WiFi, but that is horrible too.

The room was very clean and the temperature was very comfortable. The bed and sheets were very comfortable as well. The room was perfect and the mini-fridge kept all my food cold.

The staff and accommodations were some of the most impressive in all my travelling experiences. I would go out of my way to stay at this hotel again. Tanisha, Jasmin and the entire staff gave genuine, personal attention to us. It made us feel appreciated as guests. Small touches such as the 5-7 p.m. wine, beer, soda and snacks provided in the lobby, and the fabulous breakfast spread made us feel spoiled!
