Came in on Thursday 14th June and the salesman was really helpful regarding our enquiries. I phoned on Sunday to try to arrange a test driive of the car we were looking at. The chap we dealt with was with a customer, however i left my details and was ensured i would be called back...i even explained i was looking to arrange a test drive. This is Tuesday 19th and im still waiting for the callback! But i will be totally honest and say that trying to get a test drive between here and ingram has been almost imposible. Starting to think its the way Ayr does business!

The only thing I was extremely disappointed in was the fact when I received my courtesy car it had no fuel in it, I don t expect to get a full tank but I definitely did not appreciate switching on the car and the fuel light coming on.
Always efficient and friendly, keeping me informed at every step of servicing and other matters. As a Motability customer the Ayr Audi team go out of their way to make things easy for me.
Over-inflated prices. Car broke down, I had to get it to garage myself then it took them over a week to fix! Avoid if you can.
Over the past couple of years I have had several dealings with Ayr Audi including purchasing cars, services and repairs. The service from start to finish has always been excellent. I have found them to be courteous, knowledgeable and professional in their dealings.
The sales and admin team are polite and helpful and even in these difficult times they go out of their way to help you. A special mention to Ian Struthers who has continually gone out of his way to assist us with any issues we have had(including valuable and honest advice on dealing with issues outwith Ayr Audi).
I would have no hesitation in recommending Ayr Audi when purchasing a car and when my current car is due for renewal later this year then I shall undoubtedly be using Ayr Audi.

Over the past several years myself and my family have purchased a number of cars from Ayr Audi. We keep returning largely as a result of the friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful staff for whom nothing is ever too much trouble. There is always a welcoming smile and a friendly atmosphere and a good deal waiting to be done. All of this is backed up with prompt delivery and excellent after sales service. We have never been disappointed and plan to buy from them again this year. Of course, we love the Audi cars too!
Tried in vain 3 times to get my 4 year old Audi in for a service, cambelt and water pump change and to replace a leaking radiator, I phoned the dealer 3 times on the 15th of January, spoke to service about getting a price for a new radiator. Never got a price, nor did they phone me back with a price as they said they would, got told 2 different prices from 2 different people about the cambelt and water p7ump change. Again waiting on a phone call back...nope no call...Paul was going to phone me back, said so twice but he never did....I'm not kidding it's just a shambles, they just don't seem to have a clue and just blatently lie to you, they certainly don't care about their customers. it's an unusual experience for me, I'm used to dealing with Audi, not this particular garage in Ayr though. I've genuinely never experienced before such a complete lack of motivation to assist me in getting my car serviced, they clearly don't give a toss. I find disturbing that a main audi dealerships staff behave in such a manner...totally useless people and a complete waste of my time. I would advise anyone to think carefully before considering using Audi Ayr for servicing. I certainly won't be going there. Just last week I took my Porsche up to Porsche Glasgow for servicing, what a difference, polite friendly service staff, couldn't do enough for me, even walked me out to my courtesy car a nearly new almost brand new Porsche that had been reserved for me...cups of coffee, sat down with me and explained everything that was getting done, ..again when I went to collect my car, coffee and a sit down chat about everything that had been done...A very pleasurable experience at Porsche last week...booking in my Porsche was easy and uncomplicated too. How can it be so good at Porsche and so bad at Audi Ayr...I don't get it...wait a minute I do get it, ..you simply don't care...got it. ..

I have dealt with this dealership on multiple occasions and I can't fault them. Always the highest standard of service - friendly, professional and efficient. Post-purchase care and attention has always been fantastic. The servicing team always do a wonderful job and the car comes back spotless! Highly recommend.
I recently had the battery disconnected from my car and upon restart, required the radio code. Of course, I couldn't locate it so as per the instructions in the owner's manual, I paid a visit to my nearest dealership. According to the manual, assistance would be provided free of charge. Simple job I assumed...
Spoke to a sales assistant who first told me I should simply enter my security code. I told her I didn't have this, hence my visit. I was then told it would need to be booked in and left at the garage for at least half an hour - no problem I said, book me in. I was then told it would be at least a 2 week wait to get an appointment - again no problem, book me in. I was then asked if my car had ever been in Ayr Audi before, to which I replied no. This was met with a huge sigh and for some reason, meant I could not book an appointment there and then. She took my number and registration and said she would call me to arrange an appointment. That was 2 weeks ago and to date there has been no contact - as others have said, the service seems to be somewhat lacking unless you're spending money. The radio has now been unlocked elsewhere but I really expected better service, especially on such a simple task.
I will say that I've bought plenty of parts through Ayr Audi over the last few years and the guys in the parts department have been nothing but helpful. Unfortunately this was not the case on my most recent experience with a sales assistant.
I have used Ayr Audi for car purchase and service since 2009.
The experience has been excellent every time - attention to detail such as cleaning entire car after service along with courtesy car or lift home when required is an additional bonus.
The sales and admin team are always polite and helpful.

Having bought our last half a dozen cars between myself and my wife via Ayr Audi, we have had nothing but five star service every single time, nothing has been too much bother and the showroom GM and his staff have always treated myself wife and kids also superbly well on every visit whether its just to browse, to get a routine service, or to discuss in depth a new vehicle. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a car in the future, thoroughly recommend.

Disappointed the car washing/valeting service was not available
I have bought several cars from the team at Ayr Audi and their service from start to finish has been faultless. I had to visit the dealership earlier this week for some assistance and even in these difficult Covid times they could not have been more helpful. Ian in the parts department dealt with the matter personally and I was in and out of the Covid secure area within a couple of minutes with the problem resolved - brilliant!

Traded in my VW Golf and bought a second hand Audi. Could not fault the service - very professional. I dealt with Clive - cant speak highly enough about the way he dealt with the sale. Top class!
Service took longer than was told plus additional work which is a fault was not carried out and cannot inform me when it will be done as I require a courtesy car due to work commitments and they are not available. Car was not washed or hoovered and was not informed that it wouldn t be.
When you can manage to get through thier phone system the satff are great

Advertised a car 5 weeks before you even had it! All the first point of contact wanted to do was get me to the showroom for a car you didn't even have! Any idea what mood I would have been in if I had traveled there to find this out? Do you seriously think you would have been able to hook me onto another car? The only reason I got anywhere with this was via the Edinburgh dealership, even after that you were clearly weeks away from having the car!
Omg,these guys were so helpful.our car was in for recall job and although originally it should've had a valet but obviously not at this time.mechanics,reception and sales floor were lovely and so courteous. Couldn't offer us a drink but for 2 hour job we can go without.

Closed due to covid restrictions, but you can still take a look around the cars that are parked outside.
I booked my A5 in to have the aircon serviced and stronic gearbox oil renewed. The entire booking in process was straightforward and simple. Good communication from Lookers confirming the booking had been made. This was followed up by a telephone call nearer the time confirming everything.
On arriving at the garage for the service, reception and service staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities provided at the garage were excellent. I was kept fully informed about how the service was progressing and the free vehicle health check video allowed me to get a feeling about the person who would be working on my car, very reassuring.
I am extremely pleased with the entire process and would highly recommend Lookers in Ayr to anyone needing their Audi serviced.
Rude staff, and very limited selection. Was there with a friend to look at Motability cars, but there were none to see in the show room, even a model similar was outside in the forecourt, but they wouldn't even open it up to look at. The staff simply couldn't be bothered, why they even offer Motability here is beyond me! Just avoid at all costs, you will be disappointed.

This was the third time I have dealt with George Milton and, as always, I enjoyed the experience under difficult (Covid) circumstances.
Visited Audi ayr Friday 2nd November 2018. Booked my car in for a diagnostics at 10am. Explained I wasn't from the area ayr, live in Glasgow but my driving school was in ayr. Was told would look at my car ASAP. I had to walk about ayr for several hours, no communication. Called a few times asking for an update as my mobile was low on battery . Spoke to Brittany, she repeated they will call u even though I explained again my battery was low. Ended up at Audi late afternoon and said I would wait. Was offered nothing ie a coffee, toilet facilities or any up dates, had to approach the reception and ask. Eventually after 7 hours Jason sat down telling me there was no definite fault although several things could possibly be wrong. Guessing game with out rageous prices quoted. No diagnostics report given when left just there prices

Cost of having a service completed was very pricey. My service was completed at a designated VW/Audi garage at a fraction of the price quoted by yourselves. I would rather it was done in house, but saving money is important as well.

I went in for an MOT on the 23rd and my grey wheel nut covers and were replaced with really badly spray painted white ones. I phoned to tell them and was told I would get a call back and then four days later I followed up myself and the guy in parts was blaming it on the shampoo they used and I am yet to receive my new wheel nut covers.

I was paying cash for my car i was a bit disappointed that it was only 1 car I was offered I looked at another but didn't like it, I had just lost my husband and wasn't in the right frame of mind I don't blame your reps but would have liked to have seen more options.
