Very satisfied with the service I received. Stuart was very attentive and able to answer any questions. I was under no pressure to buy but felt confident to do so. My car was spotless when I collected it and the full transaction was smooth and seamless from start to finish. Will definitely use again.

No hard sell a pleasant experience buying a car well worth a try and plenty to choose from.

Staff are great wasn't harassed as soon as we got in to look at the cars unlike some other big named car sales. After looking at some cars the sales man came over and said if you see any cars you like just let use know and we can get the keys for you. Can't complain about anything the staff were great and the level of service was great too

I recently purchased a two year old hatch back which had an existing warranty of two years and two months. I part exchanged a car and the costs involved overall were fair. The sales staff were attentive and patient, not often experienced in the motor trade.



This gave me a degree of confidence which allowed me to go ahead with the sale without any due concern or worry. The vehicle, although two years old, was virtually spotless.



They're were a few minor points that were attended to quickly and with no fuss at all, alowing our family to enjoy our new car with great satisfaction.



Highly recommended and our specific sales person Graeme, made it all the more reassuring, with his professional approach.

Rude salesman, how does that work? Is this a new sales technique?

Customer service was great from the guys in the showroom in Kilmarnock but quality of the cars are shocking, dodgy cars, dodgy MOT. The price you pay for the cars you expect them to be in a fit state!! Shocking company, will never get a car from them again and certainly won t be recommending.

This is the first time I have bought a used car from Bridgend garage in Kilwinning and I was very impressed by the professionalism of the member ofstaff I dealt, Peter McLauchlan, the sales person. There was no pressure selling, no waffle, just a simple explanation of the sale which went through without any problem. A minor bodywork defect which was noted when we got the car home was rectified immediately. Well done Bridgend.

My Experience at Bridgend was a good one, with no pressure at any point. The sales man, approached us after a reasonable amount of time and assisted us very well on our three visits from initial inquiry to test drive and then collection. The vehicle required some remedial work which was all done properly and all communications were dealt promptly. The trade in Price for our old vehicle was competitive as well.
The included 12 month month warranty and competitive priced 2 year service plan has given us additional security in our purchase.

Sold a dangerous and faulty family car that broke down less than 24 hours after purchase.
Refusing to provide documentations of diagnostics carried out in the car.
Being told car is fit for purpose after costly visits to garage and breaking down the week later, continuously for the last year.
Have taken this to the ombnbusman and want to raise awareness.

I was new to this area and went on other reviews promising great service, great cars and great value for money.

I have been met with dangerous motorway breakdowns with young kids being stranded over 50 times on country roads and a massive bashing to my bank account for an over priced faulty car.

Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Pleased with customer service. Sales staff polite enough, just a shame that I will need to buy new tyres for my car soon due to the rear wheels not being 3mm or above as promised, should have really double checked when I picked up the car but it was dark. Other than that no issues.

We picked up our new car last Friday 16th Feb. My wife had been watching the website for a few weeks looking for a new car and had seen a car she wanted the previous week. We went in on the Sunday previously with the full intention of buying the car she had seen on the website luckily enough it was still on the lot. We were looking at the car when Peter came over and helped us with answers to all our questions and took my wife for a test drive. He then made the remainder of the purchase paperwork very easy for us. He arranged for us to pick up the car the following Friday and was even good enough to pick us up from the station to save us having to walk or take a taxi to the garage. A very good and easy experience. This is the Second car we have purchased from Bridgend and the other time was just as good.

Great service and great offers from Bridgend Motors. I used many websites to research my car purchase and found a number to look at with Bridgend. After seeing the car I wanted it was dead easy. From the initial decision to picking my car up everything was smooth and I was kept up to date as the car was prepared and then I was handed my keys. I d recommend Bridgend A really friendly team and no one was pushing me for a sale, they let their cars do the selling.

I felt a warm welcome to Bridgend Ayr . The staff was easy going & very friendly & insured that any issues with my van would be fixed . It had to go through mot for the year & failed on brake pads. I received a call to tell me I may need wait but longer as we want to get new all 4 new pads done. Was only going to show my wife the type of car we liked, we knew nothing else about bridgend apart from they had an astonishing variety of quality cars. We first encountered Gerry (salesman) and could not believe it although he knew of our presence he left us alone to browse when we were ready to talk nothing was to much bother for him. We got a deal that suited us 12 months mot, 12 months warranty, full service and a fair trade in price for my car this coupled with great customer aftercare. I am very satisfied and would recommend to anyone. Thank you Gerry you made this transaction a stress free pleasure .

Shocking aftercare sales staff promise you everything but if anything goes wrong with your purchase be prepared to wait a week before they can look at it and don't expect a courtesy car as these will all have been pre booked 2 weeks in advance , would not buy from here again

Graeme Patrick at bridgend Kilwinning is fantastic at what he does.
We previously had a terrible experience with evansHELLshaw and had to fight to get a refund for a faulty car (long story) however Graeme was understanding of our apprehension and very reassuring too.
We seen the car online and wanted to take a look so Graeme invited us down for a look and took us a test drive. There was a couple of things needing done to the car and Graeme reassured us that everything would be perfect before he was happy to let the car go.
I was concerned about the timing belt which apparently didn't need done for a while however they agreed to change it anyway as a courtesy because of what we've been through.
Honestly overwhelmed at the service we've received so far and I'm looking forward to picking my car up.
Highly recommended bridgend people are quick enough to leave a bad review but credit where its due. 12 months warranty too is giving me peace of mind. Won't be going anywhere else from now on. Keep up the good work, thanks,

I visited many garages in Ayrshire while i was looking at changing my car. I grew very tired and anxious at the hard sell tactics used by many garages and got fed up of being pounced on by salespeople before i could even look at a car. Arthur Daley is alive and well but has changed his name to Peter Vardy and uses timeshare methods.
It was a pleasant surprise when i visited (all 3) Bridgend. I was left to look at the cars at my own pace, the salespeople answering my questions with knowledge and actually letting me into the cars without me signing my life away.
The salespeople were polite, helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me the time to make up my own mind and gave me finance and service options.
I bought my car from the Kilwinning branch and am very happy with it and the experience i had at the branch. But full marks also to the staff at Kilmarnock and Ayr.
In a few years i will be back!

Bought my car from irvine store got my mot from kilwinning store. Staff are friendly and willing to help and dine a great job with my car. I feel they went above and beyond cannot say anything negative so far at all. Will defo stick with them.

Absolutely terrible business.. Bought a car from them as it had a 2 year warranty so after the first year I had to take the letter in to get it extended for the second..had booked it for an MOT elsewhere as this garage prices are ridiculous.. So when I went in to get the paperwork was told I couldn't get it extended as I was about a week late getting the letter to them!! I told them it was booked for an mot and had to get that done first but they didn't want to know...absolutely terrible way to do business not the first time I have had issues with them and just found out they sold my niece who is 19 and just passed her test a car with a full years Mot which had a major fuel leak and an aftermarket exhaust system which means she can't insure it!!! Previous car I had from them came with a full new MOT which they had passed with two bald tyres and after about 2 weeks the engine management light came on so took it back to get it checked was told it had been sorted and taken for an extensive test drive which was strange as the milage was exactly the same as when I dropped it off!! And surprise surprise the light came back on a week later...Won't be going near them again worst company I have ever dealt with..

I just bought a car with this company in Irvine, and I spoke with a guy called DARREN his customer service was very unprofessional, he basically told me that the car I bought, well they wont touch it, until they get their cash in their account, I was promised my car to be ready today and to be told that it would be 5 more days is outrageous, they got my money, now they will get my car ready for delivery, you would think they would have said congratulations on your purchase, we will do the best and quickest we can to get the car to you, not...well we wait until the funds are clear before we touch any car or get a car ready for delivery, not happy will be cancelling my contact and shopping somewhere my money will be appreciated and will be made more welcome.

Jim at trade centre Kilwinning was more than helpful from start to finish made sure I was making the right decision on the car I wanted and had a lot of patience with me throughout. I couldn t recommend him enough I Would definitely come back if looking for another car. I m so happy with my Audi TT that Jim helped me with .
