Good, attentive service from the sales staff and they are not pushy at all. Bruce Davidson in particular was patient, enthusiastic and knowledgeable, he offered a very good deal on a nearly new 335d. It wasn't quite what I required but overall the experience with John Clark BMW was positive.

I've visited John Clark BMW several times for purchases, services and recalls. Every time I have visited the staff have been very helpful and kept me up to date at all times. I've never had a bad experience with them, unlike some other service providers I won't mention. A1 service.

Shockingly bad customer relations! They had my m6 in which I had just purchased for recalls, I subsequently asked them a simple question 'does my car have the service pack included' to which I was told yes and given the date it expired on. I have since sold the car advertising it with the said service pack. It now turns out the staff member at John Clark misinformed me and the car didn't have a service pack! I complained and was told he may have read another cars details by mistake. Sorry but this is incompetence at the highest level.

We have bought several cars from John Clark and would have continued to do so had it not been for the absolutely shocking customer service we have experienced over the past 6 months or so. My husband initially complained about his corroding alloys when the car was less than 1 year old. John Clark confirmed that they were aware that the alloys were faulty and they would order up a new set. We had to chase John Clark honestly about 15 times, and the car was eventually booked in to have the new alloys fitted this week. Or so we thought. We have now been advised that John Clark are refusing to replace the alloys which we have already been told have a known fault. I now need to go to the bother of complaining about this to trading standards in order to pursue our claim further. I have just had a baby and this is the last thing I need to be doing. It is my opinion that JC are trying to get out of replacing the alloys due to the costs involved in doing so. When you pay so much money for a car you expect to receive a certain standard of after sales service. This is something John Clark clearly know nothing about. At the very least you expect the (very expensive) alloys not to go rusty after less than 12 months! I have had more minor issues with John Clark in the past but this time I am learning my lesson.. never again! See you in court John Clark!

I went to this dealership twice. Once 3 years ago. I was about to pay for the deposit but due to three attitude of the sales guy, I left and bought a Mercedes instead. Giving then benefit of doubt, I visited again in summers this year, same thing happened. Sales team or me off and I bought a jaguar f pace instead.
I love the bmw brand but genuinely hate the attitude of sales people at this dealership. I felt like they were doing me a favour to answer my questions. One guy even said that you should have reviewed the specifications online and know exactly what you want before you come to the dealership.
Remember if customers start doing that, salesmen will be the first ones out of the job. I like discussing things face to face and I love that about Mercedes and Jaguar customer services.
I really love m4s, may be i will buy it in the future but not from this dealership.

The service department in Aberdeen is one of the worst one in Scotland. I recently bought a BMW 435D. The car wasn t checked at all. The car is still under the warranty and BMW service department tried to charge me for the service which is still under the warranty. I strong not recommend BMW service in Aberdeen.

I always feel looked after here and would certainly recommend John Clark BMW to anyone in need of a reliable service for their car. After 30 years with them and 7 new BMW cars and one pre-owned Porsche Boxster, why would we go elsewhere? They are great.

Made a complaint to BMW UK about something that I thought should have been covered under warranty. BMW bounced it to the dealership as they have their own complaints process to follow. A month later and numerous chasing emails, I have still not been contacted by the dealer. If this is the way they treat their loyal customers, they will end up with not many customers.

Aberdeen staff are very friendly, professional and always looking to help regardless of which model you are interested in. Very good aftersales customer service. This level of service and attentiveness makes you happy to be a returning customer.

Absolutely shambolic service. A company of this stature not even bothered contacting customer let alone arrange the refund. Have been waiting for more than 6 weeks now for a deposit paid for a car. Correspondence with the Salesman, Ian, and the accounts team on multiple occasions is not going anywhere. I wonder if John Clark BMW is considering just to ignore the customer.

Spotted a used BMW on their website, sent an enquiry and within 30 minutes had a phone call back with details on the vehicle. Placed a holding deposit on said car and went to view it a few days later. We dealt with Murray who was excellent with us. No pushy sales, just facts and information. Car was paid for and collected the next week. Vehicle itself was in spotless condition for 6 years old. Really can't fault the company or sales person in the slightest. We went to the Audi Aberdeen branch before our initial visit to BMW and the service we received was beyond shocking. A quick trip down the road and it was like night and day with service levels. Truth be told, the level of service is what sold the car. Well done to BMW and to Murray. Highly recommended.

John Clark Aberdeen BMW are absolutely shocking!!! They damaged my vehicle the first time I visited and refused to take liability for it, assistant manager changed his story every conversation we had and refused to let me speak to the service manager, spoke to customer services who advised they would get the branch to contact me and am still waiting yet.....
Second visit for a service under a prepaid service plan, to be hit with a bill at the end and an oil change not even carried out! Not to mention on the health check heaps of red work that was not mentioned when it was in last month for the MOT and the advisories mentioned at MOT weren t even picked up!!!
Service staff are an absolute joke, they don t know what communication or customer service even is! Put me clean off ever buying a BMW again.

The car had not been prepared for sale at all and had to be fixed under warranty. Second day of ownership the engine management light came on, first week of ownership the rear differential needed replacing. After the second week of ownership the gearbox had been replaced. Quite clearly they'd nothing to check that the car was sale worthy considering in the advert they said it would have an extensive check. Filled out a survey expressing my annoyance and not heard anything back. Typical Aberdeen dealer.

The bike service I got is second to none. considering its not a specialist bike centre they still have BMW trained guys who really know their stuff. I got a flat tyre a few hundred yards away and rode it in. Not only did I get the new tyre fitted but as it could n't be done that day ( It was 5pm) They gave me a free loan CAR. ( Nice BMW) and discovered some other items like the brake binding which was all fixed for free under warranty. The even washed it. Jill in the service dept is great. she kept me up to date and looked after me better than any service person ever. What more do you need?

My wife and I have been customers of John Clark group now for over 25 years purchasing 22 Cars in that time, Audis, BMWs and Range Rover. I have recently purchased a X6M50d and am blown away with their ability to maintain such high standards during the Pandemic. From Raymond in the Servicing to Murray and Doug in sales I always get treated with respect and a friendly helpful approach. As always John Clark Set High Standards in their Cars and Customer Care. I cannot recommend them enough. For me the set standards other garages can only aspire to.

Absolutely brilliant experience,

Test drive was arranged online,
Sales lad called to confirm details and made sure the car would be ok.

On collection day the lad took his time to make sure I was happy with the controls and functions of the car.

I felt like I was valued and listened throughout the entire process .

Highly recommend this garage (if you're after a BMW)

In last 3 months I visit bmw arnold clark aberdeed about 9 times The problem always come back The car never was properly repaired
Manufacturer Warranty saved me from costs
Better to pay the true mechanic than wasting time with them
Next year I will buy mercedes never again bmw never again this service

From start to finish, I had a fantastic experience with John Clark BMW of Aberdeen with a special thanks to Neil Sutherland.
Neil had the car through the workshop, for inspection, prepared and ready for pickup within one day.
From first contact on the Monday, until collection on Wedneday it was faultless.
This is a credit to Neil's attention to detail and knowledge of the product.
I appreciate Neil and the John Clark team efforts.

I bought a motorbike from JC Dundee. They hadn't filled out the service completed in the log book. But said I could pop along the Aberdeen JC and they would put the entry in. I went up to the service desk, before I could explain, they told me to take a seat and someone would be with me in a minute. I sat for 45 minutes, not a single person came over to me. There were only 3 people waiting so they wern't massively busy. The guy next to me had been waiting over an hour to to pick his car up, and wasn't very amused.
I left and will post my log book to Dundee to get filled out. Probably get it done quicker.

Receptionist so miserable, not the best welcome to the place. Had to fill out another form to drop car off. On collecting car had to wait 20 mins for someone to drive it round the front. Not the greatest service!
