Typical Audi garage. Some of the sales think they are above and beyond you but there are a few nice sales people here. Definitely better than using Glasgow Audi.

I can t speak highly enough about Ayr Audi. Every member of the team are efficient in everything that they do from the sales team to the service team. Having bought a few cars from this dealership it s important to me to have a good team behind the Audi brand.
Car was great. Sales customer service and communication before car pick and after sales care were lacking.
I just wanted to reiterate that the service I received from Jason Dunlop was world class there was nothing that was too much bother. He went over and beyond what I normally receive from dealerships and although the car was not to my specification in the end he tried everything to source one for me. I will be recomending Ayr Audi to my friends in future and my father in law who currently drives an Audi.
Friendly service with time for customers and adequate social distancing measures in place. On this occasion I however felt that the only available fully electrical vehicle - the e-tron was too big for me and I ve gone with a Peugeot e-2008 instead. Thanks
Recently bought a Q3 from Ayr Audi, received great service from the team. I have dealt with the Head of Business Ian Struthers and his team for several years and had have always been looked after and given great advice. The service received from sales teams and Chris and the service team is fantastic, it always nice to be greated by a familiar face and the team go out there way to assist you, Ayr Audi is definetly the place to go when your buying an Audi and i would highly recommend Ayr Audi.
After recently purchasing a new Audi from Ayr Audi. I can't Express enough how amazing and smooth the whole journey was, especially in these strange times. An Excellent service provided by Lee and the team @ Ayr Audi. The manager has put some great processes in place that means that every customer is treated with honesty to deliver a fair price and an effortless buying experience.
The process in place when buying the car is all done online and without having to travel to the dealership to sign documents. An ideal situation especially during the local restrictions.
When you do go to the showroom you are warmly welcomed and nothing is too much of a hassle...plus a good strong coffee.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable salesman who addressed our needs and sourced the car we agreed on and had it delivered on time.
We recently ordered a new A3 SLINE for my wife at Ayr Audi. The handling of our queries and questions throughout have been dealt with the utmost professionalism. Ian Struthers was always available to help with advice on the best model for our needs and of course to get us the best deal possible. Since ordering the car we have been updated continually by phone and text by the sales team to let us know where the car is on the build program and when it will be delivered. We can't fault a thing about the service we have received either with this purchase or any of our previous Audi's from Ayr Audi.
