When trying to cancel service the woman on the phone just kept trying to negotiate with me. I told her numerous times that the service wasn't working and that I no longer wanted to negotiate. I had previously tried to cancel months before and got talked into keeping the service. I also asked over and over again to talk to a supervisor, and the request was never acknowledged. It was more of the same of the woman trying to talk me into keeping the service. It was like we were having two different conversations. I heard hers but she never heard mine. I was so frustrated with her I thought I was going to have a heart attack. She didn't stop so I ended up just having to hang up on her and then immediately called my bank to cancel my debit card.
