Horrible service, no response to any contact number provided. Very pathetic way of providing services.
I dont have option to rate them below 1.....Pathetic service.....If delivery executive dont understand or dont know your address they will not even call you and they will return your courier without informing you.
Bad service and never answer phone. Delivery boy simply says can't deliver to your address and ask to collect courier from their office. Difficult to find address.
Their website is good for nothing. Does not give update on courier status. If you call their contact number, they come up with excuses like 'no electricity so cannot check status'.
