I got an email at 7:03am saying "This is an email to let you know that a tenant recently flagged your listing as potentially fraudulent or spam." (We don't have any tenants.) They suspended our account until we could prove that we own the house. No big deal; we obviously have everything we need to do that. I replied to the email at 7:56. I got no response. So I tried to call them. I called at 9:45, 10:10 and 10:33. I got the answering machine each time: "Sorry we're not able to take your call right now." I really wanted to get this cleared up since we got three inquiries on our house last night and I'd like to get the potential tenants screened. I decided to chat with them, since they claim to have 24/7 support. (Their website says: "Call us. Email us. Chat with us. Maybe not fax though. We're available whenever and however you need us.") I clicked the chat button on their website, it says, "We're not around, but we'd love to chat another time." When? It's 10:30 in the morning! (Yes, THEIR time.) I don't know for sure, but I suspect Rentalutions is a scam. If it's not a scam, it creates the stress and anxiety it claims to relive.
