As a landlord, I could not be more pleased with the products and great customer service Avail provides. I chose this company over others because I particularly like the lease feature. It is awesome to be able to write, send, and sign leases online. The email reminders sent automatically to my tenants are excellent and they are a huge help to me. Their services have made my landlord life as seamless and stress free as possible. What more could a landlord ask for? Highly recommend!
