I am edited this review and putting down to a 2 due to a terrible service department. Every time I have to schedule oil changes it is a major pain. Nobody answer phone, nobody return messages. I have to go down to the shop where I get run around such as phone line not working. I have dealt with previous service shop like ford dealership and never had such a major issue trying to reach a service department.

Our experience at autoPROS Columbia was excellent! The salesmen were laid back, not pushy. They were very friendly and helpful. They made buying a car a very pleasant experience. We would recommend autoPROS to everyone if you are looking for a great deal on a used car. We drove home an awesome truck and really felt great about the time that we spent at autoPROS.

My husband and I had been looking for several months for a Ford Expedition and came across the AutoPros website. They had a Ford Expedition on their website that checked most of the boxes we were looking for, but especially the price. We reached out to AutoPros and were connected to Ace Campbell. Throughout the entire process, we never felt pressured and Ace was extremely easy to talk to and made it a smooth and easy process letting us guide the process, not the other way around. When we drove almost 3 hours to test drive the car, it was well worth the drive because the Expedition was in excellent condition and even at my request cleaned the back storage section of the car's carpet more because there was some black marks all on it. The buying process is simple because of the upfront great price of the car. We will definitely be back in the future and recommend our friends to check out AutoPros and even though he's a Gamecock, I would tell everyone to ask for Ace when you go! He will make it a great experience!!

Looking for a nephew just to see what you had available and compare pricing. Salesperson, Kevin, seemed to be very knowledgeable and had a contacious personality.

I really wanted to give Autopros Columbia five stars. Our sales agent, Ace Campbell and his assistant, Brock, were so nice and attentive. The experience was fairly smooth, except for the part where the price on the car increased by $500 from the day we picked the car up to the day we came by to pick it up. We had an owner try to explain how pricing fluctuates, but I had my son with me, and I didn't want to fight it. They ended up splitting the difference, but that's what left a sour note in my mouth. We had paperwork from our first visit clearly indicating the price, but they didn't honor it. Ace did his best to smooth things over, and for that he is to be commended.

Zino was very helpful and made it so easy to buy my car. Everyone was friendly and even the managers came to say hi. I would recommend this place to anyone who wanted to buy a car

AutoPros is the only car dealership I would purchase a used car from in Columbia, SC. Scott Austin and the AutoPros team were superb. Their selection and customer service was phenomenal.

We were so pleased at the transparency and honesty that we experienced while at autoPROS. While working with Lane and Brian all questions were answered and at no time did we feel pressured or that our time was being wasted. This is our second vehicle we have purchased from here and their customer service and service department is what sets them apart.

Only figured out that they closed by having to leave multiple messages trying to schedule my oil change with no call back. After 4 messages and no call backs I called and asked to speak to a manager who then told me they closed and offered no help.

Found AutoPros through an online car search. Their prices for vehicles we were looking at were 10-20% below other dealerships for equivalent vehicles. Reached out to them via email and was contacted the same day about the vehicles I was interested in. I was somewhat sceptical about the product due to their price vs other dealerships, but went to look at their inventory figuring what was the harm in looking. Was greated immediately by Chris and taken care of by Zino, who was unbelievable. He was a straight shooter and didn't BS us around like you get treated at dealerships. He gave us ample time to try multiple vehicles and allowed us to look over each without feeling pressured. Zino was a guide more than a salesman. At the end of the day, he helped my wife and I choose a car we weren't even considering previously. When it was time to sign the paperwork, we sat with Brian. My wife and I had done our homework financially and were preapproved for a car loan at what we thought was a great rate through our bank. Brian took a look at our preapproval letter and said bluntly "I can beat that. We can go with your bank, but I can do better" and he did. Not only did we find a car that was a better fit for us, we also found a loan that beat our bank's rate...talk about win/win.
I highly recommend AutoPros Columbia. We will definitely purchase from them again.

Honestly I've had a way better experience else where, and to make it much worse they practically preach to you to give them 5 stars. On top of that I was only given 5 dollars of gas on an empty tank after I bought my car from them, when my old car had a full tank of gas. Seriously if you are going to buy a car I'd seriously suggest never coming to a lousy place like this and just test your luck from facebook or a "Real" car dealer for a used car. don't even get me started on the mechanical work I've had to have on it just to make the car decent. It's near $8,000 worth in repairs.
