Found AutoPros through an online car search. Their prices for vehicles we were looking at were 10-20% below other dealerships for equivalent vehicles. Reached out to them via email and was contacted the same day about the vehicles I was interested in. I was somewhat sceptical about the product due to their price vs other dealerships, but went to look at their inventory figuring what was the harm in looking. Was greated immediately by Chris and taken care of by Zino, who was unbelievable. He was a straight shooter and didn't BS us around like you get treated at dealerships. He gave us ample time to try multiple vehicles and allowed us to look over each without feeling pressured. Zino was a guide more than a salesman. At the end of the day, he helped my wife and I choose a car we weren't even considering previously. When it was time to sign the paperwork, we sat with Brian. My wife and I had done our homework financially and were preapproved for a car loan at what we thought was a great rate through our bank. Brian took a look at our preapproval letter and said bluntly "I can beat that. We can go with your bank, but I can do better" and he did. Not only did we find a car that was a better fit for us, we also found a loan that beat our bank's rate...talk about win/win.
I highly recommend AutoPros Columbia. We will definitely purchase from them again.
