I am edited this review and putting down to a 2 due to a terrible service department. Every time I have to schedule oil changes it is a major pain. Nobody answer phone, nobody return messages. I have to go down to the shop where I get run around such as phone line not working. I have dealt with previous service shop like ford dealership and never had such a major issue trying to reach a service department.
