Me and my family came upon AutoPros Columbia after looking online. We had been looking for some time and the reviews and line-up seemed to be a deal sealer for us. We are a military family and drove from JB Charleston to look at a 2012 Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring which was in our price range. Me and the family arrived to the dealership Nov. 5th and we checked the vehicle out and test drove it as well. Our salesman, Chris was quick to tell us about the company and their emphasis on customer satisfaction. At first, there was some negotiating because our trade-in wasn't getting enough for what it was worth even though on KBB, it was quoted for more in good condition. The Mazda had some minor issues for example: the cup holder latch was broken, a missing rear light cover, the middle 2nd row seat belt wouldn't fasten, as well as it was missing the keyless ignition knob. Chris had informed us that the vehicle had just got there and needed to be serviced, but told us that everything would be rectified before closing, so we agreed to continue moving forward. Once the financing portion was completed, we drove home while the Mazda was being repaired. Now, it is Nov. 12th and we drive back up to exchange vehicles and drop off some paperwork. Before our second trip, I had called and text to check on the vehicle a few times and make sure the vehicle was good to go before we arrived on the 12th. The rapport was not as good as it should have been at this point, and it was disappointing because building an open-end relationship was important to us. When we arrived, the vehicle was still not complete, and I don't think anybody ensured the vehicle was done either, which would have been nice to know before we drove back up. The cup holder was still broken and the ignition knob had not been replaced. Also, they tried to sell us a 2012 model vehicle with just a key and without a KEY FOB! The service rep. was so quick to take our tag off of our vehicle, that he failed to ensure the Mazda was 100% complete. Chis apologized for the inconvenience and we went to the service department to get it right. At this point we were a little upset, and we were reassured that it would be taken care of again. Finally, we receive the vehicle Nov. 16th and the transporter, Gene was the most professional and kindest individual during this journey! He took the time to look over the vehicle with me, and once everything was good proceeded to "Thank me, for my service", as we shook hands and left. The only reason we rated the company a "three" was because of the poor rapport, time it took to get the vehicle(servicing), as well as the lack of knowledge on the vehicle being sold to us. We love our new vehicle, but wish the process would have went more smoothly. After looking at all the 4's and 5's we wish we had the same experience!

Easy. No haggling. Would definitely go there the next time we are in the market for a car.

My experience with auto PROS was excellent. Mrs Maureen was very knowledgeable and professional. She help me got the truck I wanted not one they wanted to sell me. She has a very nice personality. The finance department was great. They didn't stop until they found away to get my monthly payment lower than originally planned. These guys are great. I had an awesome experience purchasing my vehicle from autoPROS a couple of days ago. I had been researching this particular car for a while and decided that it was marked at an incredible price at autoPROS and decided to go for it. Scott Austin in sales was very helpful and courteous and an all around funny likeable guy. Their finance person showed me how to save money and pay off my vehicle faster with Smart pay which was very impressive. AutoPROS has a nice selection of good quality cars and I would recommend them to my family and friends in a heartbeat!!

Great buying experience. Scott and his team took great care of my wife and I. I wasn't sure about the no haggle pricing but it was really nice. We did our homework on the vehicle we wanted and AUTOPROS had the best price we could find. I got a 120k mile bumber to number warranty on a USED vehicle. When I asked other dealerships in the area about a warranty they laughed.

I called up the store after finding a car I liked on CarGurus. Christian answered and agreed to meet me and show me the car that day. He was very friendly, helpful, and displayed excellent customer service from the very beginning to the end. I bought the car quickly because the price was too good to be true & I had a great experience working with Christian. The car needed a few adjustments so Christian kept me in the loop with when the parts would arrive. I am leaving town so he was very good at giving me a status of what was happening. I dropped off the car when the part arrived and they were able to install the part for me immediately. I knew what I wanted when I arrived so I didn't shop, but when I walked in I was treated like family. Stephen Goins told me all about the company and even gave me a tour. The 12 month 6000 mile power train warranty was a great piece of mind and just what a buyer of a used car needs to make a purchase.

By far, the best car buying experience I've had to date.
I had a list of trucks I was interested in throughout the Carolinas. Even after visiting autoPROS Columbia & working with Ace Campbell, I went to check out one more truck at another dealership (it's a big purchase, so let's be thorough!). I'm grateful I went to the last dealership, because it solidified my belief that I would not want to purchase my vehicle from anyone other than Ace & autoPROS Columbia. Maureen didn't get upset and ask me did I want to come back later. In fact she had a bright toy that made noise. My little lady comed down and we got back to business. My wife and I originally came in to test drive a 370z as a weekend and date car. The one they had wasn't what we were looking for so they took our wish list and began to hunt for us.
Knowing what we were looking for in a car they called with an Audi TT, which fit my 6'2" frame much better, they had which my wife and I happen to discuss the previous day. We drove it and loved it. When they called to suggest we take a look at the Audi they noted how they felt it was a good fit for me and what we were looking for. It really felt like they were looking out for what we were looking for in a car not just a particular car.
We showed up for a test drive and they suggested we take it to lunch to get a better feel for it.
Everyone at the dealership was incredibly helpful and provided a great car at a great price.
I've bought pre owned cars from another well known dealer and Auto Pros puts them to shame.
If you're looking for a car, pre owned or not (they get extremely low mileage cars), do yourself a favor and stop by or give them a call.

I have never had such a pleasant car buying experience as I did at Auto Pros. Everybody there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Our salesman, Scott, was very professional and made sure he helped us out any way he could. My husband and I drove out of there with the vehicle we have been wanting at a lot lower price than what anyone else had the same make/model listed for. With the no haggle pricing, we knew what we were going to pay before we even got there, so it eliminated stress. Free Oil Change and Multi- Point Inspection took only 40 minutes. Waiting room was quiet and clean. And when it was done, there was no attempt to 'over sell'! That alone is worth the drive.

I traveled to autopros from north carolina. They have vehicles priced really well. I was able to save over 4000 dollars on a Honda Accord that in charlotte I would have payed way more. They also service their vehicles and make sure the cars are in top shape. Very trustworthy people!

While I juggled adding my new car to the insurance policy and holding/feeding my 9 month old daughter, Brain kept her occupied the entire time. The both of them had us done in about 2 hours! I highly recommend this dealership, I hate it wasn't my first stop. Gregory and Brian will definitely have refferals from my family in the future.

Richard tried to do his best but I got the feeling the owners are just concerned about the money. It took 3 days to finally get my car after jumping through all the hoops and we were not financing with them, they were getting a check for the car.

Maureen did a wonderful job. At first I was a bit concerned, because I sat in the showroom area for about 15 minutes before someone spoke to me. I had already texted with Maureen, so I asked to see her. At first I wasn't sure what to think, but after a few minutes Maureen seemed to warm up to me, and I found her to be a hoot. It was different than any previous experience I had. We discussed credit options, etc, before we looked at the car. I had my mind set on one particular vehicle, and we worked together to find the best rate. It took a day, and a lot of messaging, but neither of us gave up. By that Friday evening I was able to surprise my wife with an awesome car, with a warranty, and oil changes for life! Thanks to everyone, especially Maureen.

I had a good experience at autoPROS in Columbia today. After test driving
3 cars I finally decided on a Toyota Highlander which I have been wanting
for a long time. Everyone was friendly. We received a tour of the service
department which was really nice. Clay, our sales person, was very nice to
work with. He was very patient with me.

Traded in a vehicle which I still owed money on. Auto pro was supposed to pay trade off due to me buying a vehicle from them. After a few weeks after purchase I receive phone calls from collection agency saying I'm late on payment of the car I traded in. It took me two weeks of calling auto pros to get trade in paid off and every time I would ask them to return my call they wouldnt. When I did get to talk to someone they could not give me an answer on why it took so long to pay trade in off. They didn't even seemed concerned when I told them collection agency was calling me. Never had an issue like this before in my life but they lost a costumer who does by several cars. Also don't fall for them saying they give money to people who recommend them cause they screwed my daughter out of that

My husband went there to get his car serviced. He called me because we have been looking at cars for our son and Auto Pros has a great selection of vehicles. Chris Fookle was the team member that helped us. We really enjoyed working with Chris! He has a great personality, knows how to do his job and most importantly loves working at Auto Pros. We were looking for an SUV, but not one as large as a suburban and we really wanted either a Toyota or Honda. He showed us both, some had a lot of miles and many had low mileage, but all were within price range and every one was super clean. Long story short, we ended up purchasing a Toyota Forerunner that day! It has higher mileage, but the person who had it before kept it in immaculate condition and it had all the features we were looking for. Everything about the experience was positive.

Since that time I have Also had my truck serviced there. Christopher was excellent. I called that morning, he got me in at 3, and the wait wasn't long at all. We will continue to get our vehicles serviced there. Thanks Auto Pros!

AutoPros Columbia is truly a "NO HASSLE" vehicle purchasing experience! I saw a vehicle online Sunday. Even though the dealership was closed, Scott Cooper contacted me and sent additional information regarding the vehicle. We arranged a test drive on Monday. After the test drive, the vehicle was not right for me. Scott was very patient and showed me other vehicles.
I selected another vehicle and did another test drive. Scott was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, especially the safety features! It was stormy outside and late in the day, after official business hours. Scott did not rush and took the time to answer ALL my questions. We agreed on a deal for the vehicle that evening on Monday. I drove the vehicle home Tuesday. This was the BEST, NO HASSLE car buying experience I have ever had! I highly recommend Scott Cooper and AutoPros Columbia!!!

As I waited on my car to be serviced, I learned that Auto Pro sales cars. I decided to walk the lot to see what type of cars they have to sale. Staff is pushy and will sell you anything. Not the best at doing upkeep on the vehicles and don't like to fix them after purchase.
