I really wanted to give Autopros Columbia five stars. Our sales agent, Ace Campbell and his assistant, Brock, were so nice and attentive. The experience was fairly smooth, except for the part where the price on the car increased by $500 from the day we picked the car up to the day we came by to pick it up. We had an owner try to explain how pricing fluctuates, but I had my son with me, and I didn't want to fight it. They ended up splitting the difference, but that's what left a sour note in my mouth. We had paperwork from our first visit clearly indicating the price, but they didn't honor it. Ace did his best to smooth things over, and for that he is to be commended.
