I did arrive a few minutes before my appointment- but I waited for over 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence in the service lane while several others were checked in around me and then was asked if I could wait more time. Unfortunately I could not wait as I had to get back to work. After that though everything went very well. The check in and diagnostic went smoothly by text message and everyone I interacted with was very kind and helpful. The texting system worked well throughout the day as my job keeps me on the phone, so calling is harder. I did answer one call - but it was a salesman trying to get me to trade my car in and buy a new one. Honestly it took too long for him to hear the word no. My car was finished when promised and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely return.
