I love getting my Rav4 serviced at AutoNation Toyota on Thorton Road. It's very convenient for me to drop my car off and come pick it back up later on in the day . I am usually greeted with a smile and everyone is very friendly that works there. This recent time they balanced my tires at no extra cost and they even had my car washed once. I love going there and getting exceptional service. This is the only place I'll take my car to have the maintenance done. This recent time I had Darius helping me and he was great! All the women and gentlemen up there are very helpful and quick to acknowledge your presence. :)

Great experience. Great dealership. Had what I wanted and worked overtime to get the deal I wanted, not the deal they wanted. I will continue to use AutoNation Toyota for all my car buying needs. The sales staff and financial staff were awesome and am very satisfied with my USED car. I would also like to add that after I purchased my car I was not forgotten about. I have received phone calls and e-mails from Toyota making sure that I am happy and that there are no problems with my vehicle. As i said earlier. I will continue to be a customer of AutoNation Toyota.

I felt I was treated fairly. I did my research beforehand so knew what I wanted and the price range. They found the vehicle within a day and I had it in two days. They were very helpful all along the way, and very courteous.

Excellent Service, Evan was attentive to everything going on around him and helpful to all customers without sacrificing the service for me.

Everyone acknowledged me and let me know someone would be with me shortly. It gets extremely busy there and they do need more employees. In the mean time everyone seemed sincere about servicing my repair concerns.

I had a great experience at AutoNation with my sales guy, William Boyce. He was great to work with and made buying my new Tundra an easy experience. Not only was William attentive when working with him over the phone, he has done great follow up to make sure I'm happy with my new truck. When it comes time to buy another Toyota, I'll defiantly give William a call.

We just purchased a 2013 Avalon from Saad Bajwa at AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road in Lithia Springs. The entire experience was positive. Everything was handled in an expedient manner, there was minimal haggling on the price and Saad could not have been more helpful. If you need a dealership that will help meet your needs without pushing you into buying this is the dealership for you.

Working with Autonation Toyota was so easy! The process was simple and they were very professional from start to finish. I never felt like they were taking advantage of me at any point. It felt like they really wanted me to be a part of their family. Jayda is very easy going and I d definitely buy another car from her in the future. I highly recommend AutoNation Toyota. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

They found exactly what we wanted. Didn't try to pressure us into accepting what was on hand. Finance manager worked to keep us at agreed price point. One of the best car buying experiences we've had.

We had a great buying experience at AutoNation Toyota. Trying to find exactly what I wanted, I had talked to salespeople in probably six different dealerships and only got vague references to "Oh, we can get you any car you want", but William Boyce at AutoNation Toyota actually checked out what he was and was not able to get on the first phone call. When we went to the dealership, we had a really lovely test drive and sales experience with Dauphin Butler, who is comfortably low-key and just very pleasant to deal with. She's also knowledgeable, since she's been in the car business for 21 years. As far as getting us what we wanted, Kevin Echols also checked available inventory at other dealerships. Being AutoNation, they have access to a lot of vehicles, and I'm not sure we could have gotten exactly what we wanted anywhere else. All in all, everyone we dealt with was knowledgable, professional and pleasant.

I purchased a 2012 Toyota Corolla on memorial day weekend, my sales associate Thaddeus was awesome! he made me feel welcome upon entering the dealership, showing me around to look at other vehicles on the lot, keeping me as dry as he could on the golf cart since the rain was heavy. He answered all my questions and made me feel as though I was his only customer. AutoNation Toyota of Thornton Road is the place to come if you are looking for a vehicle and knowledgeable staff, they are the best! Yolanda Clark

I talked to Brad when I got to Toyota and told him I'll be back soon when I was ready for a new car. He and the staff at Toyota were helpful on letting me get the car I wanted at a good price to help the family with peace of mind. Thanks again. I appreciate you guys.

I could have purchased my wife's 2015 Toyota Corolla LE from any other dealer, I chose to buy from Auto Nation Toyota because Gary the sales agent was very attentive and treated us like family. We could not have a better buying experience anywhere else.

I had an appointment at 11am for a very simple oil change and did not leave the dealership until 2:30... that is unacceptable in my opinion!!! 3.5 hours sitting and waiting for an oil change makes me think why not just go to any old place along the road that can do it in 30 min

Waited two hours for an oil change. Lack of communication and unnecessary recommendations. The older guy who greeted me was very nice and friendly but other than that, that's all they have to offer.

By far one of the most professional dealerships. I was going to all kinds of car dealerships trying to get a car. It took me 4 dealerships to meet Mr. Simeon Collins the sales rep that made everything come to reality. So at the other dealerships they were telling me that I need a co-signer because of my credit. They were telling me that I needed to put down 3500 or more to drive of the lot with a car. So as I left those car dealerships, I went to this one. I told Simeon Collins that my credit was not the best. My pay off is almost 10,000 he told me it wasn t a problem I can get you in a car. When I tell you he did just that. I m going there thinking he is just saying anything. He made the dream come true. So I m waking off the lot with a 2021 Toyota Corolla. If you guys are looking for a brand new car be sure to visit this place and #Ask4Simeon.

I just bought a new Prius from AutoNation and it was a great experience. Christopher Brown and I emailed prior to me showing up to buy. I (believe) that I drove a hard bargain, and Chris was always willing to meet me and beat any other dealer in the metro area--believe me, I talked to them all.

I really appreciated how Devin called me every step of the way to inform me of the progress being made. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to return home via their shuttle service and picked up when repairs were completed by a very nice man, Peter. This was truly finest customer service at its best. Thank you for making this experience good.

I had a great experience and turnout from my car shopping at AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road. From when I first ran into Associate Jay Rodriguez to the signing of the contract, I was overjoyed. My only problem was that I couldn't make up my mind as to which car and/or SUV do I want to purchase. Or should I get a pre-owned or a new model - decisions, decisions. But, with the help I was getting from Mr. Rodriguez and managers, I was able to make up my mind. I settled with a 2019 Toyota Camry with the help of my grandson's suggestion. I would like to add that at no time did Mr. Rodriguez was pressuring me - he knew I couldn't make a decision and he stayed with my ups and downs until I finally gave in and signed the contract. Thank you Jay for your patience and I would highly recommend you to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from AutoNation Toyota/Thornton Road.

I purchased a Lexus Hybrid from this dealership in...

I purchased a Lexus Hybrid from this dealership in January. I called ahead to inquire about the car and agreed to go in to see it. As soon as we got there the shenanigans started. We were informed that they had called and left a message asking if we were still coming because someone from Gainesville was coming down to see the car. RED FLAG!!!!! We looked at the car and my daughter loved it so I made an offer. The salesman came back and told me that the couple from Gainesville was there and was willing to pay full price so I said let them have it then and we got up to walk out. He said wait a moment and then came back and told me that my offer was accepted. So what happened to the couple from Gainesville? RED FLAG #2.

I met with Tim in finance to close the deal and purchased an extended warranty. I was told that it had to be purchased on the day the car was purchased. I was skeptical about buying it but was told I could cancel it if I did my research and didn't like it and would receive my money back. I did just that a couple of days later. I personally drove back to the dealership and met with Tim. He told me that cancellations were done on the 8th and he would take care of it. He stated he was going out of town but would be back before 2/8 and would take care of it then. I asked if I needed to sign something and he said no but if they did need something he would email it to me. RED FLAG #3 He wrote down my info on a sticky note and put it on his computer. I was told that my down payment would be credited back to my card. I didn't listen to my instincts and trusted him. It took me until May to be able to get the policy cancelled. He stated I told him that I wanted to think about it and that was why it wasn't cancelled. Why would I drive an hour back to the dealership within days of buying the car, request a cancellation and then leave wanting to think about it ? I was very direct about wanting the warranty cancelled because I had done my research and after reading of many complaints felt it wasn't for me. He also stated that he had tried to reach me and still had my number written down on a sticky. I never received any messages nor missed calls prior to that day so I'm not sure what number he called. He apologized for my being upset but again tried to state that I told him I wanted to think about it. He gave me the number to call and cancel the warranty (Really? That was it? Why not give it to me on the day I came in? ) I called and cancelled the warranty and faxed the required information to the company.

Well I finally received the refund check from Auto Nation and it is for less than half of what I have paid for the warranty. The same warranty that I never used and have been trying to cancel since January. I called a few days ago and left messages for the accounting department and the general manager. I haven't heard anything back yet.

Just please learn from my mistakes.
1. I should have left when they started with the phony couple from Gainesville mess.
2. Do your research about the extended warranty before purchasing a car.
3. If you get the warranty make sure they give you an actual warranty contract and not just a bill of sale showing you purchased the warranty. I didn't have any information on who to contact to cancel the warranty so I was forced to go back to the dealer.
4. No matter how busy you are, never trust a car dealership to do what it says it's going to do. I see why car salesmen have the reputation they do. Unfortunately for me I had several extremely stressful things happen in my life during this time so I wasn't able to be as on top of things as I usually am.

The only good thing that has come out of this is that my daughter loves the car, though it did have an active recall on it that wasn't rectified prior to the car being sold.

Yet again, the service department lets me down. Done with this place. Would rather drive clear across Atlanta to a dealership than go right down the street to this place.

Didn't even mention my 30K miles service when it came up. I'm at 37K now ... been there at least 5 or 6 times since then. They were not concerned in the least if they got anything done, as long as they were able to say they completed something. How does a service department NOT want to milk their customers for every dollar? When they are apparently lazy ...

While we're on the subject, about a year ago had to ask them to add oil because the engine in a hybrid 2012 Toyota Camry sounded like a diesel truck and the dipstick said it was low - after getting an oil change 2 weeks before that. They said nothing was wrong when I brought it to them the first time. Rode another 2 days and brought it back demanding they put oil In it. Mysteriously, after excuses like 'the engine sucks up the oil and that's why it looks low' ... the truck sound goes away and the oil level is in spec.

Going to World Toyota now. They seem to know what they're doing because they could pull up on the FIRST visit what was not done at multiple visits at AutoNation.

And I don't even want to get Into a review of the buying process of my 12 Camry Hybrid with that con-artist Shawn ... let's just leave it at you should avoid this place.

Vehicle we were interested in was not in totally sellable condition so we passed on it. Sure, it's used, but copious amounts of rock chips on the hood coupled with a replacement tire that didn't match the other three tires was too off-putting for us to pull the trigger. They were, for the most part, courteous and professional throughout our time there. Lots of places to buy cars from, we'll press on.

I just want to send a huge THANKK YOU to my Sales rep.Simeon, Sales manager Anthony O., Store Manager Matt for giving me such a GREATT experience with CUSTOMER SERVICE! I came to do a trade in & weigh my options. Before I entered the building Simeon met me at the door with excellent customer service! My process was a little over 4 hours due to me wanting to test drive multiple cars & see other options! KUDOS to Anthony O. for speaking with me in person & break down all the numbers & rates for me & Matt the store manager for meeting me more than halfway on my end goal! I truly appreciate the PATIENCE & AWESOME customer service you all have shown me. It means a lot that I didn t have to drive 45-1hr to another dealership to do business. I was able to drive 15mins from my house on the south side to do business!

Excellent service as usual. I've walked into just about most of the Toyota Dealerships knowing what I want done and getting it. Of course I always listen to high recommendations and get them done. Thanks Toyota Thornton Rd Service Center.

Mr. Keith Russ was absolutely fantastic! He reached out to me immediately after my online inquiry and was very upfront and honest with me. I still owed over $14k on a Ford Fiesta which does not retain it's value. He was able to get me into a brand new 2021 Toyota Corolla at the monthly rate I was looking for with an amazing APR rate!! He walked us through everything and explained everything and made sure we had a full understanding and assisted us with making the best and the right decision! My husband and I really and truly do appreciate all of your help and hard work Mr. Keith and team!!!

They gave my spare key away to another customer before I purchased the car but informed me after I bought the car from someone name Jackie. They always said she wasn t at work then eventually she stopped working there. Almost 3 years later and I m still trying to get my spare key. I ve walked in there several times and no one ever seems to know what i m talking about and think I m lying. I ask them in emails and over the phone when they re trying to sell me another car but get off that subject. Very unprofessional. (UPDATE: Still haven't got in touch with the GM and left a voicemail.)

On October 17, 2017, I took my 2010 Rav4 to the service department complaining of a loud squeak in the passenger side rear wheel. After two hours I was told that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. The squeak became louder, and yesterday a friend jacked the vehicle up, and discovered that the nut had come off the rear shock and the bolt was on the verge of coming loose from the Rav. If the bolt had fallen, it would have created a dangerous situation. Over the past 10 years, I've bought 4 vehicles from this dealership, but I've lost confidence in the service department.

I purchased a new car using the Tru-Car app from AuotNation. This was the second dealership I visited that day since it seemed that none actually had the specific color/options I was looking for. After a test drive with a different car I was convinced that I would buy the car I wanted for the Tru-Car app price advertised. They located what I wanted and for the price which was advertised. My salesperson, Don Smith was excellent and I was refreshed to see that he was capable of working with me instead of the classic, "my manager would like to meet you" spiel to try to sell you something I was not interested with. Hopefully my future service experience will be as good as my sales experience.

Though I ended up going with another dealer for my final purchase, I wanted to extend a recommendation for AutoNation Toyota on Thornton Rd. Their team was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and did everything they could to get me the information and the deal on the vehicle I wanted. Their GM, Mohamed, met with me personally and followed up more than once and their sales team, specifically Zenobia and Lacy, were phenomenal from start to finish.

I was sorry we weren't able to come to a final deal, but I strongly recommend them. Great experience, great selection and great service. Pricing also extremely competitive - I just got a great deal a little closer to home.

I just bought a new Corolla at AutoNation last week. This was the first time that I bought a new car and my sales person William Boyce helped me a lot. He explained a lot of details to me with patience and also provided me some useful advices. I got a really good experience there! Great services, nice and clean environment, and the most important of all, they offered me a really good deal. Me and my friends are very happy :)!

My experience was wonderful and this dealership is top notch. After inquiring about a Highlander with several Toyota dealerships in the Atlanta area, I was contacted by Kevin Eckols with a great offer. I left work that day and drove straight to the dealership. A few short hours later I left with my beautiful Highlander. I was treated with respect, honesty, professionalism and speed! It was the best car buying experience I have ever had and plan to purchase my future vehicles there.
They did exactly what they said they were going to do and did not give me the run around or try to pad the price with hidden fees. I highly recommend this dealership!

Went here to try and buy a used car. Gave them my budget and what I wanted my payments to be. Not only did they try to stick me with a car out of my budget and high payments, but also tried to stick me with 13% interest! Told me that was the best interest rate I could get based on my credit. Went over to Marietta Toyota and got a car in budget with even lower mileage and in much better condition than the Camry I test drove here.

The experience was okay. When I brought the car it had a lot of scratches on it that was not shown to me when I first looked at it. Had to take it back to the dealership for them repair the scratches. They got as much as they could but I am not truly satisfied as i want to be.

We went in to see what I could get for my trade in and with no intention of buying yet...we worked with Charles who was awesome! I test drove a Corolla and Prius and fell in love with the Corolla. Charles got me a great deal, fair trade for my car and great financing! I loved it so much and told my daughter who went the next day and bought one of her own...then 3 days later my husband traded his truck for a new Tacoma. I have told everyone who will listen how happy we are with Charles and AutoNation! I highly recommend shopping here!

Diane was amazing and so helpful in our buying process. She was very knowledgeable about the car, and really fought for us to get a great deal. The finance manager helped walk us through all of the paperwork and explained everything with great detail. We left with our dream RAV4 and a better vehicle for our little family. We are extremely happy with our purchase.

This dealership was outstanding. There was no need for the unnecessary back and forth as you would expect. Mr. Echols, the Internet Sales Associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. One of the best experiences I ve had when purchasing a new car.

Edit: I initially rated the service department at this dealership one star mostly due to lack of communication. After I was given an opportunity to express my concerns I will say the two service advisers working on my case did a much better job keeping me updated on the progress of repairs on my vehicle. It was a complicated warranty repair and initially I was not offered a rental vehicle which was covered under the warranty. After about a week without a vehicle my service adviser did set me up with a rental. There are some areas for improvement but overall this dealership did try to address my concerns and the service department was able to repair my vehicle. I was checked out promptly and one of the service advisers took care of returning the rental vehicle for me which saved me some time.

This review pertains only to the service department, as I purchased my vehicle elsewhere. AutoNation Toyota's service department has had my 2015 Tacoma for over a week and is apparently still unable to 1) repair my vehicle or 2) advise when repairs will be completed. My service adviser has been unresponsive and I always have to call him for an update. The best service I received was on this guy's day off, when his coworker (who does a great job from what I can tell) was filling in for him. The customer relations manager called me after I complained to Toyota about the dealership's service department. He was very apologetic but mostly offered me excuses for why my service adviser is unresponsive. I understand this business has a staffing issue in the service department, but that's really not the customer's fault. I considered giving this dealership another shot last Thursday after I spoke with the customer relations manager. But it's now Monday evening, I cannot get in touch with my service adviser, and I'm without a vehicle still. I regret giving these people my business and they've already wasted a considerable amount of my time. Please go elsewhere.

Excellent customer service from Mamadu he sold us our highlander. He just felt like an old friend. He knew what he was doing for sure and we will definitely buy from this dealer again. Carl the financial manager was also great and treated us very kindly. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone I know.

August 13, 2020

I recently purchased a used car with your Toyota Dealership Thornton Road, GA.

Carvana is sooo much simpler and straight forward.

We are going on 10 now and I still don t have any papers or temporary tags that I paid for.
The original deal was supposed to cover delivery. LET THE GAMES BEGIN!!! signed the updated quote they came up with and then got a call that delivery was not included after asking the salesman several times if it was before signing. He also said that he or another person would likely be delivering it.

The papers arrived to me instead of the notary (notary s name, but my address) 3 days after quote was signed.
We did the papers and she took the check and sent it back to the dealership the next day via FedEx overnight.... and it was 2 days later that I heard from someone. They had gotten the check and it was verified. GAMES CONTINUE!!!! At this point I found out that now it was going to be delivered by transport (pickup truck with a regular trailer.) It would be the following week for delivery. Monday comes and I have to contact dealership to find out it would be Tuesday delivery. It wasn t delivered Tuesday, and I didn t receive a call telling me it was delayed. The vehicle was delivered Wednesday afternoon. This was a week after you had my 36K and I had no paperwork or anything to prove my purchase. That s right; the vehicle came with no papers or tags. Just one FOB.

They should have noted that there was only one key FOB and no other way to access the vehicle in the sales info as those are very expensive to get and having only one set of keys should be an insurance issue. Insurance issue if insurance company covers locksmith if you lose or lock your one key in the car.

You say no haggle in your advertisements but when you send a quote it contains items like:

$300 mats.....Weathertech ones are less
$1000 paint & Scratch protection...for a used car that already has scratches????
$699 document fee - obviously not to pay for documents as they haven t been delivered yet, even though the vehicle is here.
If you re going to try to do a delivery service you better get your act together.

We will see if FedEx gets here at a decent time tomorrow so that I can actually drive my new truck or perhaps I can make a special trip to FedEx Facility to pick up tonight.

5 day return policy will be gone by the time I have much time in it.

For in industry that want to change their persona...this was not the way to do it.

I stopped by last Saturday to just look at some cars while I was waiting on my insurance to give me money on my car that was destroyed in the storm.I was impressed with the Joe in sales who worked with me even though he knew I want ready to buy. He listened to my needs answered all my questions and kept in touch with me throughout the week. I came in today to go ahead and purchase a car from Joe and Toyota due to amazing service I received. Great experience this weekend. Worked with Matt Metts on helping me find and purchase the Tacoma I was looking for and we also were able to handle the trade and buy for my wife this weekend as well. Thank you Matt Metts for making the experience great. I would highly recommend working with Matt Metts if you are in the market for a Toyota or a used vehicle. Thanks Matt and team!

We made an appointment for 7AM and didn't get out until 10:40AM. We didnt get consulted until 9AM when all we wanted was an alignment. The wait is ridiculous, and then after making us wait so long they just said it was a hectic day without apologizing. Our car had been ready for about 30 minutes.

Edit: after talking to the manager, I feel much better about the situation. He explained why it took so long and apologized, and made me feel like a valued customer.
