My wife and I lost about six hours over the last two days. My initial appointment was 2/4/20 (11:30am), but when the brakes inspection was completed the brake pads for the job were not available in the service center. This was a shock to me since I responded to an e-mail alerting me that (1) a brake service was recommended, and (2) AutoNation have sold and service many Highlanders and there was no brake pads in inventory?

I returned the next day and the brake pads were available and installed on my SUV (Highlander) for $246. However, in this frenzy I left my $25 coupon with my wife since she did come back with me. You would think that Auto Nation would honor its coupon since they mailed it to me.

I took my car into autonation on July 11 after my engine light came on, after waiting they told me that i had rodent damage in my wires and would have to order part, gave me part number and cost of 1431. I paid 290 for diagnostics. I took car back on july 13 and l left it there. I picked it up on August 13. In between the time i left it and picked it up the communication was awful, they would not return my calls and i feel like i was not kept formed. I had to get a male friend to go there to see what he could find out for me and even got my insurance company trying to contact them for me. I will never go back and plan to write corporate about my experience.

Probably the worst experience I ve ever had at a car dealership, and that s saying something, i saw a truck i really liked online. I was between two trucks one in Oxford Alabama and the other was here at autonation. I called both places and told them i was interested and wanted to buy today. Oxford even though they couldn t match the price were honest and straight forward. So like everyone else i went for the better deal. On the way to the dealership i called and gave them my credit information because i didn t want to spend all day there. The sales lady called me back and informed me the truck was not at that location, but they were going to pick it up and would be there when i arrived. I arrived at 2:00pm the truck was not there, but no big deal i didn t mind waiting a little while. 3:30 comes around and a manager walks up and advised me they won t go pick up the truck until i sign a buyers order. That s fine, but don t lie. 8:00 the truck arrives, and i was happy with the truck and signed the paperwork. Before signing the paperwork i said i didn t want it cleaned because i wanted to leave. I get done signing and walk out to leave and the truck is gone, i wait over 30 mins for the truck to be cleaned. Next day i get Home and realize the floor mats were missing. I called for three days trying to get someone to call me back and no one would. I took a screen shot of the truck online with the floor mats. The manager advised me the truck did not come with floor mats because the original owner took the floor mats out after they took pictures of the truck. Haha wasn t born yesterday when you trade in a car they don t take pictures while their appraising the vehicle. Anyway the only thing bad i can say about the salesman was not calling me back. The managers on the other hand are pathological liars and tell one lie after another. The bad thing is their not even good liars. I was going to buy a new car next month for my wife and she was wanting a new rav 4, but there is no way in hell i would ever buy another car from them.

Service Dept is great! I appreciate their courtesy and proactive recommendations. Since I moved to Atlanta a year ago, I use Autonation for big and small maintenance. The coffee in the waiting area is a nice touch.

This was the worst experience ever. They are normally better than this. I waited 2 1/2 hours (with an appt) they never came in to give me the status of my vehicle. After getting up asking about my car the service advisor told me they were wrapping up with me car when the whole time my car was sitting in the front of the building in a parking spot completed but no one never came to tell me. I talked to the supervisor it was no better. He listened to my complaint but wasn t concerned at all. I have been coming to get service from here for years but will not be back.

My experience was good, i came in with my car to trade-in didn't expect much for it. I needed a car that day and wasn't sure if i could get any especially since i didn't have much but just my trade in and not so great credit. I was pleased by the service and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The sales man was very informative and helpful and they did everything possible to make sure i was taken care of and they made sure i left that day with a vehicle. The wait was a bit long with the finally paper as there was a lot of people that day purchasing cars but i would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Drove 1 1/2 hours to look at a car we wanted. Iseecars and Carfax showed car to offer Toyota Certification. Dealer on closing asks me to sign a Carfax that showed the Certification and said they would not honor the Carfax and then tried to act like the mistake was mine. I walked away from the deal. They never apologized for the drive of this senior citizen or indicate that they would correct the error. Never adjusted the price or made any attempt to satisfy customer. Only tried to place the blame on Carfax and me. Bad customer service!!!

I am not one that does reviews, but this time I feel like I need to give credit where credit is due. We had ordered a Camry through another site, but had to refuse it because it arrived not as described. My husband is not a fan of the car buying process. We went to the lot to find our 16 year old a Camry. We were greeted by Simeon Collins. He was super nice and never once pushy. We explained to him what we were looking for and he said, "I have just what you are looking for!" They had JUST taken in a blue Camry (just the color she wanted), but it had not yet been cleaned and serviced. He went to find the car to let us drive it. He gave us plenty of time to look it over and my husband even crawled under it. We made arrangements for it to be serviced and cleaned. When we arrived on Saturday and told Simeon it was a surprise, he went out of his way to make it special. He put a red bow on it and even rolled out a red carpet. Simeon helped us make a special moment extra special! If you are in need of a car and find yourself on Thorton RD, stop buy Autonation and #Ask4Simeon!

Brianna is a great sales person. I bought my first car here a little over a year ago. She really worked with me on finding something that I wanted and keeping it within my budget. Every time I had a question about my vehicle or the warranty she was always able to help me. I even decided to buy a much newer model recently. The dealership is great. My family has been going to get their cars serviced here since the early 2000s. If you're looking for a new car to have as your own, Brianna is the person you should see in my personal opinion. There may be a decent wait time at the service center as to be expected, but they're friendly and explain everything to you through the entire process. :)

I've done some very thorough research on the Certified Pre-owned 2017 Toyota Prius and this dealership consistently has good prices. Their staff is friendly and responsive, and when I started to negotiate the price of a vehicle their internet sales director told me very frankly, "We don't negotiate on used vehicle prices." I appreciate that. They have a very respectable business model: offer good prices and don't negotiate them.

(Sales team is a whole different animal. As soon as it was clear I didn't want to buy what she wanted to sell she cut off communication.)

We were actually on our way to look at it anyway so we arrive 20 minutes after the email was sent. They brought out the wrong car and then he made us wait so he could check on something. I saw he outside vaping. He returned to tell us the car had just sold. Really? Lies! Lies! Lies! Never again. Stay away from here....

The finance manager (Ash) didn't honor the platinum autogaurd service that came with the vehicle and didn't expire until 2027. I am paying over $22,000 for this vehicle and didn't receive the service plan that was already on this vehicle. Crazy how they can get over on you for this type of stuff. SMH

No integrity just trying to get a dollar out of you. Repetitive misdiagnosis selling you something that did not take care of the issue. Be carefull! I d recommend taking your vehicle somewhere that does not have a BS warranty on parts 1yr 12000 mile. Look up any Toyota part online and it s 1yr unlimited mileage but apparently this place thinks they re fine with the mileage being limited to 12000 miles.

They are supposed to be improving in wait time, the last time I came in, it was quick, but not this time. On top of that being tortured in the waiting room by having to listen to the theme song for Baby Sharks on repeat. That might seem cute the first time but it gets annoying pretty quickly. I am a parent so I understand having to entertain your kids but use earphones so everyone else doesn't have to be tortured.

I normally do not do this but something needs changing. I've been to this service provider 4 times and it was made worse today by one individual. I have did the appt. Setting for service and I realized it doesn't make a difference it is still 3.5 hours wait. Looking at my clock I realized I needed to pick my child up and I needed my car. I walked to the tech who signed me in and she couldn't find my car on the computer. Her attitude was horrible as the information was put in the system wrong. I found my car myself waiting finished. Sorry next time I won't worry about saving a couple bucks and go somewhere else.

When I arrived at the dealership service center, everyone was over the top friendly. The gentleman I was to meet with was busy with another customer. After hearing that I said ok thanks and left, get on the highway tried to accelerate to pass and bam hard shift currently looking for another Toyota dealer in my area to take it to as it still under extended warranty

In my experience, if there are issues after purchase, such as missing equipment, Auto Nation has little interest in correcting the problem. After multiple attempts at contacting the GM with no response at all, I was contacted by his subordinate and subsequently passed around to several staff who finally dismissed tihe issue as not their problem, although they would be happy to install the option at an added cost. (even though it was previously paid for as listed on the sticker) Due to what I consider deceptive practices, I cannot recommend Auto Nation Thornton Rd.

I came in for a simple recall remedy/repair on 05/09/2020 at 12:30pm and I left with my belongings gone through and papers that pushed for me to come and spend more money after already having the car serviced here within the last year for $3k+. Unless it is an emergency, I will not be back. Seriously, if you're going to go through someone's things then you should at least put everything back where it was instead of on the floor and shoved in random corners.

Wyatt got me in immediately when I arrived for the 10,000 mile service. I waited in the waiting area and was able get some work done and even caught a power nap. It was 1 1/ 2 hours for the service. I made good use of the time and Wyatt came and got me, explained all of the service points and sent me on my way..

My call to make an appointment was handled superbly, expeditiously, professionally and in a very personable manner, almost as if she knew who I was and she was ready and willing to be accommodating.

The person greeting me was sour and acted as if neither he nor I knew why I was there and he could have cared less. "Quite disappointing" after the initial response.

I received an email stating that my car was ready, (NICE) but did not get a response to my emailed question about the cost of the maintenance service including coupon use.

When I returned to get my car, there was no one to greet/accept me or guide me to the service person I should see and I did not see the man who received my car. I really think he avoided me. Ms. Cecilia Thompson stepped right up after finishing a phone call and noticing me just standing there, looking around for help, then offered her assistance, warmly and efficiently. She found the paperwork and moved the process along quickly so that I could retrieve my car and be on my way. I will ask for her on my next appointment/visit.

Overall it was a good visit. I'm a very long time (20 years +) customer at this location and service is usually very good.

I've used Autonation Toyota Thornton road for recalls, warranty work, oil changes, new tires, repairs, alignment problems, you name it and more. I have ALWAYS been treated with respect and honesty. The only time my car was late was when they needed more time to order parts they didn't have on hand when they found issues with an alignment tolerance.. and they put me in a free loaner car the whole time so they could ensure the car was returned to me in OEM spec or better. These people who complain about a car not being serviced super fast fail to realize that doing something right takes place first over doing it quickly. These guys will do it right. Don't be afraid to pay a Toyota dealer the right price to do a job correctly.

I had a bad fall at the Toyota Service Center just because of their ragged chair.. The chair just started rolling when I put my right foot on the rime to raise. I was dragged by the chair. Today, I am hurting all over neck, head, arms, legs, etc. And, I didn't even get a car wash.
Another thing. I went in for an oil change and learned that my car had a callback. I got that torque cylinder replaced.. That was the good part.

But the bill was a shocker. I was given a $188 quote for a service and wound up having to pay $300 but didn't get anything additional service. This charge was on the recall. I was given a quote and a courtesy ride home. and told that the service required an alignment "after I got home" which added an additional $89 to the cost.
I did not appreciate leaving think my bill would be one price only to return and the cost was different. There was something fishy about the figuring of the cost. The guy didn't won't me to check.

I have been here for almost THREE hours. Waited almost 10 minutes when I got here because the guy who my appointment is with denied that I was his client. Now they re telling me that my service is no longer covered because I brought it in at the time they put on the sticker to bring it, which was ~26,000 miles. I have had THE WORST service here and it NEVER gets better. Now a service that was supposed to be FREE will cost me $200+!! I was here in June and got 4 new tires and NOW my alignment is off, which I asked them to check when they put the tires on and it was fine. Nothing major happened during any travel and now I m being told I have a list of things that are needed AFTER my coverage expired, which it wouldn t have expired during this service visit had they put 25,000 as my next service time on the sticker THEY placed on my car. THIS is why I will be recommending to ALL Toyota lovers to take your business to Atlanta Toyota. Drive to Duluth and be taken care of. This is shameful.

He responded into my inquiry of a 2017 Tundra Crewmax TRD PRO.
We set up an appointment with Mr Brown and we told him exactly what we where looking for .He let me do a test drive in a TRD PRO ( White) and I liked the way it handled.
We sat down with Mr Brown crunched some numbers and in less than 30 minutes we where signing the papers . Awesome experience first Good experience in a car dealer .

I drove to autonation from stone mountain after work and by the time we was done signing it was late and dark ,.. But they said they detailed my car. Next day I drive to work it was so dusty and dirty .. So that sucked driving a new 2015 dusty car ... So I drove to autonation again and they just sprayed water ... So I complain and they told me they only do detail they first time.... I know I can clean it myself it just sucks driving a dusty car...

I bought a used Scion Xb from AutoNation Toyota. It was supposed to be a Toyota certified used car. The route it drove home did not allow me to drive over 55 mph for about 20 miles. When the speed limit went to 60 I noticed a vibration, I thought it was just an out of balance tire. No problem. I found out after having a local tire shop check the tire balance the rim was severely bent. After a great deal of argument with a individual named Brad they agreed to replace the rim, the service manager was suppose to call and set an appointment when rim was in. It never happened. I can not even get any response from these people. Sense then I have found the transmission fluid is burned and had to have it replaced. This is suppose to be a TOYOTA CERTIFIED CAR. BEWARE OF BUYING FROM THESE PEOPLE !
