Came here looking to test drive a Ford F-250 Super...

Came here looking to test drive a Ford F-250 Super Duty and I m leaving in my dream truck! I had an incredible first impression from Brad (General Manager) when he gave me a great breakdown of the features on the truck. Chris made sure that my trade-in of my F-150 went very smoothly a fantastic experience!

I then met with Jack Tashjian, who is an exceptional salesman and really made me feel like a valued customer. Our test drive was fun and informative, and Jack really helped me to understand all of the features on the truck.

Easily the best dealership experience I have ever had! I also want to call out Ike in finance who was so professional and friendly. When signing the final paperwork he really made me feel like I was the priority at the dealership. I have been in the Navy for 9 years now, and all of the personnel at AutoNation thanked me for my service and were exceptionally kind. Thank you AutoNation Team Jacksonville for making my car buying experience best in class!

This was my first time purchasing a car in 6 years...

This was my first time purchasing a car in 6 years! It was a great experience working with David Bruton. I took two appointments to find the right vehicle and he did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Great customer service is invaluable to me and I would be sure to return to AutoNation Ford for future purchases!

My car broke down Feb 28 and I had it towed to Ford Avenues since it was closest and they have done work under my car's warranty before with no problem. I needed a new engine and while it took a month to get one approved by the warranty group, they have had my car and and a like new engine for 6 weeks now. I have been working with Brian who originally told me that it would take a week. Then I was told the technician was being pulled in different directions and couldn't work on my car as much as he would like. Most recently I was told Friday that it would be done yesterday and I could pick it up today. Had a good feeling that it would be done this time. Drove over in rush hour today after work only to be told nonchalantly it was still not done and likely would not be done this week since technician is in school/ class all week!!!! No phone call as a courtesy to save me the trip (and I tried reaching Brian before making the drive). No sense of urgency on their part or understanding that this is no small inconvenience. The service manager hasn't returned my call from last week. I'm trying to be understanding but feel like I'm being lied to and have lost all confidence in their ability to fix my car. Have never had such a bad experience anywhere to complain publicly but this is simply poor service.

Great experience when we went to the dealership th...

Great experience when we went to the dealership thanks to Phillip. Me and my girlfriend were there a couple of times and we were very happy with the service we got from him. He was patient and listened to our needs. He made us truly feel like we were at he right place if we wanted to find the car that we would love. We went back to the store for the second time and it was Kyle who helped us this time. He made us feel like we came to the right car dealership and was very helpful and understanding. Many thanks to Phillip and Kyle!!

I can't say enough about the kindness, patience, courtesy, and professionalism I encountered at Autonation Jacksonville. My sales representative was Ricardo Allen and I can't begin to put into words how wonderful he made my car buying experience. Both Ricardo and John Smith in the finance dept.worked diligently to get the best interest rate and payment range I needed. They even stayed after closing time to finalize the paperwork and not once did they act like I was keeping them leaving. I recommend this dealership and wonderful caring people to everyone I know. As a matter of fact, I was so happy with my Escape Titanium, my daughter and son-in-law went there 2 days later and bought one! Bless you all at Autonation, I will never go anywhere else for my future auto needs. Jamie

Had some issues when I first arrived and was told my service plans that I paid for at time of closing were not in the computer. Got what I paid for after going to finance department to confirm plans were in the system.
I was in and out in 1 hr. Allot better than last visit that took 3 hrs for oil change and time rotation.

I had purchased my 2016 Ford F150 back then from another dealer. I have never been a fan of taking cars back to dealers for maintenance, but it did have a warranty and as well I wanted to try using that same dealership to see if the service would be better over the length of owning the vehicle. Won't name dealership, but do not feel that this best served me over time.

My air conditioned seats have not been working (after having been worked on at the original dealership numerous times) and I felt a Ford dealer at least should work on this item. AutoNation is closest to me so I was willing to give them a try.

I cannot be more pleased with the service and treatment I received. Stephanie McGuire was my Customer Care Advisor and she checked me in quickly and had me on my way with their shuttle service (A big shout out to Antwan as well who brought me back to Nocatee...very nice guy) in a matter of minutes. I did not have an appointment, and still received a call within the same day on what was needed and the costs.

Truck was fixed by the next day and again she was very personable and took time out immediately when I arrived to get me checked out and on my way. When I received my truck, i did notice hat looked like a space between the seat and the frame that may not have been quite put back completely. Brought it back around to Stephanie who immediately brought it back to the technicians, who resolved the item and brought the truck around in a matter of minutes.

The tech even then took the time to explain what had happened with the seat either at the prior dealership or after it had been worked on.

I felt the price was fair, service was fast, and everyone was very personable. The experience felt more like taking my car to a private garage vs. a dealer...Want to again thank Stephanie, Antwan and the tech.

I have a Chevy 2500 Silverado and absolutely love ...

I have a Chevy 2500 Silverado and absolutely love it, sorry Ford. My battery died at a gas station and I was able to get a jump from someone (Does it always rain when your battery dies?).

Called the Chevy dealership nearby this location and they told me they were not too busy to come on by. I stopped in and they told me it would be 2-3 hours before they could replace the battery...called the Ford dealership and they told me to come over.

I was in and out in about 35 minutes. Had a great conversation and a good laugh at the expense of the Chevy dealership with the service writers. Thanks for taking good care of me even though I love my Chevy truck.

Used to be a great place but not anymore. I had to bring my 2013 car in multiple times to get little things fixed after buying it used. The mechanics and other people that actually worked on my car lied to the service representatives telling them they did work when they actually didn't. My steering wheel was actually damaged but replaced for free while they were working on my driver seat. Luckily i had photos to prove the damage had not been there previously. They were not up front about the damage though and i had to confront them about it. I asked the service department to fix 4 or 5 little things and in the end they only fixed 2 and had to replace my steering wheel which they damaged.

I took my car in to get the evaporative system replaced and I had no issues with the process. I received updates in a timely manner and with great detail. One of the technicians found $20 tucked in my dash and left it in my car for me to find. I cannot think of a more honest staff. Great work and great customer service!

Great service from Laura and the service team and the master mechanic! I came in with a electrical issue that was preventing me from getting home five hours away. They immediately got me into the shop and were ready to give me a rental car if they couldn t fix it quickly. They figured out the issue and I was on my way within a couple hours many many thanks! :-)

My husband and I are very pleased with the attention and customer service provided by Fadil Ababseh and other's! Excellent place to buy your next new or used car! We bought a used 2012 Honda Oddessy Touring. We had terrible issues with other dealers, but not here! This people are the real deal! No hassle or pressure by anyone! We recommend Auto Nation Ford of Jacksonville 100%.

I was never much for dealing with Dealerships for service on any vehicle I have ever owned but AutoNation Ford has completely changed my attitude on that. They routinely go above and beyond to provide not only great service but are a pleasure to deal with. From the Service staff checking you in to the techs who make sure work is done right the first time this place is spectacular.

I have brought my truck in for any work knowing and trusting completely my business is appreciated and the investment I made in my truck will be taken care of.

I was looking around for a truck for over a month now within this state and beyond. It came down to where I was able to purchase an awesome F150 for a very reasonable price at this dealership. The dealer, Thomas Papadopoulus was very straightforward, trustworthy, and courteous to the many questions I had asked. This dealership is very welcoming in a professional way, and will work for you. I will always highly recommend this place for anyone who's looking to purchase a vehicle.

I have had great experiences with their service department, so when it was time to trade in my 2013 I talked to their sales staff. Noah, Noel, and Jorell were all very professional and knowledgeable in the Ford line. They were very patient helping me decide which vehicle fit my needs over the course of a couple weeks. When I decided on an Escape, the sales manager Doug worked out a great deal that met my target payments. It was a great no pressure car buying experience.

We will NEVER do business with AutoNation Ford Jacksonville or any AutoNation dealer after our experience tonight.As my wife and I were in the process of working numbers and buying a new car, OUR OWN SALESPERSON (I believe his name was Jacob) TOOK OUR new car (the one we were in the process of buying) on a TEST DRIVE with another person WHILE WE WERE SITTING THERE WAITING FOR LIKE 30 MINUTES for the numbers on the deal. (Supposedly they had an appointment but failed to cancel it when we started doing the deal) So needless to say, we walked out and will NEVER EVER deal with them again. Not to mention the General Manager tried to defend what he did and when we approached the salesperson for explanation, he was smiling and laughing at our ordeal. We then explained to the current couple who was test driving it what they did (it wasn t their fault at all). Talk about completely unethical AND unprofessional.

AutoNation was amazing when I recently purchased my 2017 Ford Explorer XLT! I live in Kentucky and my husband in Alabama, yet Everest (our sales rep) worked with us for weeks over the phone. He was awesome in every way. Always sent us emails with price updates and answered all of our questions thoroughly. AutoNation was overall 10/10. I would highly recommend them.

I took my car to ford after having transmission issues. The ford mechanic changed his mind 3 times in 5 minutes telling what was wrong with my car. He proceeded to tell me ford doesn t make parts for my car anymore and that was lie. He proceeded to tell me what transmission I had in my car.... it wasn t even close. Even after I have him my Vin number he still got it wrong and any google search would have proved that my vehicle did not have that transmission. Save yourself money and avoid this dealership at all costs. If they can t even tell you what your car came from the factory with after they look it up in their system you need to run! I ended up taking it somewhere else to have a proper repair.

Excellent buying experience, the staff treats you with respect like a customer.. No games, no gimmicks. My husband and I purchased a 13 F150. The price was more than fair and we left happy. We're so happy we had our son and our daughter purchase vehicles here also. Doug was our salesman for all three vehicles. Best buying experience ever. Special thanks to Doug Hastings for really doing an outstanding job, made us feel like we we're buying from a friend.

I am writing this review because I had a horrible experience with the services department today. I took my brand new fiesta in to have the A.C checked because I was having some issues with it. When i dropped it off at my schedule appointment time they informed me it would be about little of an hour to check it out and they would let me know from there if they would have to order the part. No big deal, so I took there shuttle to a place near by and waited. I was waiting for almost 3 hours and decided to call and see what was going on with my car, since I had not receive any information. They lady directed to the person who was taking care of my claim and I left a voicemail. An hour later I still didn't here no would back so I called again. The lady answer the phones took my last name and number and told me she would call me back in a few minutes to let me know. 40 mins go by and I hear nothing back. It's been almost 5 hours at this point. And so I just call again and have the shuttle driver come pick me up because I was just going to leave with my car at this point. While waiting for the shuttle, I finally get a call to tell me they haven't even looked at my car yet. And I asked them why they couldn't even call and tell me this until I called three times, 5 hours later. He did apologize but how the whole thing was handled was very unprofessional.From now on I'll be taking my car somewhere else the next time I have service needed.

I can't say enough good things about this dealership! I bought a truck there and the experience was flawless. Fadil made the buying process seamless and was with me each step of the way. I was introduced to the maintenance department and made familiar with all the dealership has to offer during and after the sale. Best buying experience I have every had!

AutoMation Ford exceeded my expectations! I wasn t looking to buy a new vehicle at all. We went in to see what they had for used trucks, and what the price ranges were. The end of year deals and the patient, courteous staff were more than we expected. To make a long story short, we not only bought a new truck, we came away with a wonderful feeling that we were taken care, which goes a long way with us. Our generation was brought up, where service was more important than the actual sale! They hit the ball out of the park on that one, and we highly recommend the dealership and staff.

Not impressed, I know car salesmen will stretch the truth but at least pay attention to your surroundings and be knowledgeable on the vehicle you are selling when you do. Not all prospective buys are mechanically challenged. Will never do business there.

I didn't buy here because of my budget but I could not have asked for better service. There's no BS whatsoever. It's just tag and dealer fee. Amazing people of utmost quality and I feel bad I couldn't help them out by giving them business. I will definitely consider referring them to all my friends

This was the worst dealership I've ever been to. Susan in service was very disrespectful and lied about everything. They claimed to have fixed the car and charged me for the repairs only for it to cut off, and then the car was wrecked on their property. Instead of helping us John from sales yells at us and insulted us. Apparently he did not care that a new car would need to be purchased and took more pleasure in berating us than making a sale. Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT trust this place. They have been reported to the Ford Motor company.

Took my car in for it's last oil change and was very pleased as they worked me into the schedule.
Fast forward to my engine light coming on, I work in Jacksonville and this is very convenient to my office. Made an appointment, my husband dropped it off. We have the best service plan you can have from ford. He was told there may be a fee, my husband told the service advisor to call me before anything is done that may charge us a fee.

I got a call from John saying my car was fixed and is ready to be picked up. He said your husband told me to call you if there was going to be a fee but where I had to get to in the dash I just replaced the part so it will be $100 for today's visit.

So not only did my husband tell them twice to call me to authorize any work that would cost money, they ignored that and then called me afterwards. They then were holding my car hostage for $100.

I wouldn't have authorized work to be done because we didn't have the money at the time.

Very disappointed in autonation ford service dept!

I will stick to Murray Ford in Starke from now on.

My wife and I went in looking for a new car with fairly low expectations given prior experiences with dealers. However, we were completely and very pleasantly surprised at this one. In a matter of less than three hours our salesman, Jerry, had us set up with exactly the car we wanted with absolutely no pressure or aggravation. Additionally, Brian (sales) and John (finance) had our trade and tag processed very quickly and with no stress at all. This has been, without a doubt, the best car-buying experience I have ever had and actually look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I've had my Ford Explorer in to Autonation on Phillips Hwy. five times for a leaking sun roof. It still leaks. I explained each time to the service writer that the roof only leaked when driving and coming to a quick stop. I learned on this last visit that they had never driven the car. Also, on visit four the tech loosened the head liner near the windshield. I asked them the repair it but they failed to do so. It looks like I'm out my $300 and still have a leaking sun roof. Shouldn't be that hard to fix. Not sure if I want to keep bringing my car back.

Car buying made easy! The staff were very helpful and polite. Our sales associate David Bruton was the best though. He helped me get in to a new Ford Fusion Energi with no hassle. Even though the charger wasn't where it was supposed to be David made sure to get me one fresh from the factory as soon as possible. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and a great car.

I have always lived with a dilemma. I love cars but I hate the process of buying them! I tried something new this time and went the internet purchasing route and I must admit, this was a GREAT buying experience. I already knew which truck they had that I was interested in, I knew all about the truck, and when I went out to look at it I met with Mike Hutto and it was a comfortable and relaxed experience!!! Everyone was pleasent to work with but I must especially recognize Mike for being the best I have ever worked with! Thanks Mike and AutoNation! Love my new truck!

The actual experience of service and the interacti...

The actual experience of service and the interaction with the team was good and I've never had any issues with this location. The one thing that could have been better and is probably out of the control of the local group, was that the price for just the plastic parts to repair one side of my roof rack were over $750, which I thought was crazy. Now i'm forced to try and source the parts myself.

Update: 3/16/20

The team reached out after realizing the part issue left me dissatisfied. I'm very happy to say that after going over the issue, the team decided to address the roof rack issue at no cost to me. Very pleased with the work and response.
