Roger Scott was very helpful and most knowledgeable with regard to the many outstanding feature of the new 2016 Ford Explorer. Roger presented an extremely fair deal for the trade in of my vehicle and the new Explorer. Overall experience with Roger and Autonation Ford was excellent.

Salesman was great, great car but watch out for the sleaze finance guy. He talked me into a 7 year extended warranty for $1,080.20. I discovered later that it was for only 36,000 miles - same as the original new car warranty. Think about it, 36,000 miles or 7 years!! What an unethical Jerk. Basically he took $1,081.20 and gave me nothing.
They fixed my vehicle and had it back when promised. Although the service rep did have service recommendations it did not feel like a high pressure pitch for unneeded repairs.
