I decided to buy a car at auction... I decided to buy a car from a copart auction, contacted the Avtobitmaster company, they gave me access to their platform. I won a car in November. The company gave me an invoice of $1800, I paid it in full, I took the car from the auction, but the title did not arrive for more than 2 weeks, I called the Avtobitmaster company and they told me that I still owed money, without explaining why, and they issued a second invoice to in the amount of $300, then I started negotiating with them and came to the conclusion that I had to pay $180 for an unknown tax. for this period, I didn’t have any money until January, the title was in the Avtobitmaster company, and they obviously weren’t going to return it to me. in December I paid the company $180 but never saw the title. Maybe someone will find this information useful. I do not recommend dealing with dishonest companies.

Scammers for sure. Do not use this service. If you do, do not use the max bid feature because that's what you will be charged no matter what. I was the only bidder at $275 when the auction closed. The following day I'm told I won with the winning bid of $1000, my max bid amount. Contact them and tell them I would like to see the competing bids that bid right up to my max and stopped. They said they couldn't provide that to me because there is multiple platforms biding on the same lot. I replied with, that's odd because the 2 other car auctions of the same make and model in better condition that I was watching and were sold in the two weeks prior for less than half of my lot, I was able to see the entire bid history of those cars. But for some reason they couldn't show me the bid history for mine. Obviously it was because there was no bid history, just my opening bid. Then on top of that scam, the fees they charge out of nowhere for absolutely nothing is another area I had problems with. One of which is the advanced member discount that is $199 fee, not a discount because of the membership you've already paid $199 for but an additional $199 on the invoice. Then when you add the invoice up it doesn't add up to the total they have and force you to pay because they won't release your property until you pay the bogus total they have. Meanwhile charging you $50 a day for storage because they hold your property ransom. Vehicle shows up with damage not inventoried or pictured. The windshield completely spider webbed, One of the main reasons I wanted the car was for the windshield, but that's not possible now. My only bid was $275, it ended up costing me $4000. Complete rip off. I'm sending them an invoice for my services and we'll see if I have to send it to collections on them. I cannot express how unhappy I am with this illicit operation that should be shut down immediately all assists sold and paid to any and all past unsatisfied customers because obviously the satisfied custom reviews are that of the employees that are ripping people off. Unfortunately, you have to give one star to review, my true rating is -5 stars out of 0 stars there is no positive with this scam operation.
I recently purchased a vehicle from their platform, only to discover that it was an absolute nightmare. The car I received was not only broken but had clearly been stripped of its essential parts, including headlights, sensors, and engine components.
First of all, let me express my outrage at the fact that the online car auction allowed such a damaged and incomplete vehicle to be listed in the first place. It was evident that little to no inspection or quality control had taken place. How could they justify selling a car that was essentially a shell, missing vital components necessary for its proper functioning? It was a blatant disregard for the customers' trust and a clear indicator of the company's lack of integrity.
To make matters worse, the missing parts were not minor components that could be easily replaced. They included crucial elements like the headlights, sensors, and engine parts. These were not items that could simply be purchased off the shelf; they required specialized knowledge and expertise to source and install. The financial burden of repairing such extensive damage fell squarely on my shoulders, effectively turning my supposedly good deal into a costly nightmare.
What infuriates me the most is the suspicion that these missing parts were likely stolen from the vehicle before it was even listed for auction. It is unfathomable that the online car auction failed to address such a blatant act of theft. Their lack of accountability and failure to conduct proper inspections not only put unsuspecting customers like myself at risk but also enabled criminal behavior to go unchecked.
The customer service I received when I reported the issue was equally appalling. The representatives were dismissive and unsympathetic, making it clear that they had no intention of taking responsibility for their negligence. I was met with indifference and brushed off with generic responses, leaving me feeling completely disregarded and disrespected as a paying customer.
In conclusion, my experience with the online car auction was nothing short of a nightmare. The broken car I received, stripped of its essential parts, clearly demonstrated the company's lack of quality control and integrity. The financial burden and inconvenience caused by their negligence are simply unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this online car auction to think twice and look elsewhere for a more trustworthy and reputable source.
I am utterly dissatisfied with my experience as a customer of the AutoBidMaster online auto auction. The level of incompetence and unprofessionalism displayed by the staff is absolutely unacceptable.
From the very beginning, I encountered issues with bidding on vehicles. The website is poorly designed and confusing to navigate, with constant technical glitches that made the process a frustrating ordeal. It's apparent that the platform lacks proper maintenance and updates, leading to a subpar user experience.
Even after winning a vehicle, the problems didn't end there. The vehicle I received was in terrible condition, far worse than what was described in the auction listing. There were numerous undisclosed damages, and the vehicle had serious mechanical issues that were not mentioned. It's clear that the vehicle descriptions were misleading, and the auction failed to accurately represent the condition of the vehicles.
As if that wasn't enough, the shipping process was a disaster. The communication with the shipping department was abysmal, with delayed responses and unhelpful support. The vehicle arrived late, damaged, and the shipping charges were exorbitant. It's evident that the auction's logistics and shipping process are poorly managed, and it caused me unnecessary stress and financial burden.
The lack of professionalism, poor website functionality, inaccurate vehicle descriptions, and disastrous shipping process have left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. As a customer, I expected a smooth and reliable experience, but instead, I was met with constant challenges and issues. I would strongly advise against using AutoBidMaster online auto auction as it has been a complete letdown in every aspect. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a more reputable and reliable auto auction.
As a customer of the Autobidmaster online auto auction, I had a horrific experience with their customer support. Not only was their English barely comprehensible, but their rudeness and lack of professionalism were beyond belief.
When I tried to ask questions about bidding on and shipping cars overseas, I was met with utter frustration and impatience. The customer support representative seemed completely uninterested in helping me, and their responses were so muddled that I could barely understand them. It was clear that they were not fluent in English, which made the situation even more frustrating and confusing.
As someone who was new to the process of buying cars from overseas, I relied on their customer support for guidance and assistance. However, they were unhelpful and dismissive, treating me as if I was wasting their time. It felt like pulling teeth just to get basic information about the bidding process and the shipping options.
Their lack of professionalism was appalling. Instead of addressing my concerns and questions, the customer support representative spoke to me in a condescending tone, making me feel stupid and inferior. It was an incredibly demeaning experience that left me feeling frustrated and disrespected.
The level of customer service I received was unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected better treatment and assistance, especially when dealing with complex and unfamiliar processes like bidding and shipping cars overseas. The Autobidmaster online auto auction's customer support was a total letdown, and I would not recommend their services to anyone. Avoid them at all costs if you want a smooth and professional experience!
I cannot express how disappointed I am with Autobidmaster online car auction website. I thought I could trust them with my personal information, but it turns out that was a big mistake!!
Recently, I discovered that my personal data from my account on the website had been stolen and sent to third-party websites, like Clearvin and Easyhaul without my consent!! I was shocked and horrified to see my personal information, such as my name, address, and phone number, being used for marketing purposes by unknown companies!!
I trusted the Autobidmaster online car auction website to keep my personal information safe, but they failed to do so! I feel violated and exposed, like my privacy has been completely invaded. I never expected to have to deal with identity theft, but now I'm worried about what else might happen with my information out there!
I reached out to Autobidmaster for help, but they were no help at all!! They offered me no compensation or support to help me deal with the aftermath of the data breach. It's clear they don't care about their customers' privacy or safety!
I would strongly advise against using Autobidmaster website. They clearly cannot be trusted with your personal information, and they don't seem to care about the consequences of their negligence. Don't make the same mistake I did - protect your personal information and stay far away from this website.
I recently made the mistake of buying a salvage used Subaru Forester at autobidmaster online auction, and I have regretted it ever since. The car looked decent enough in the pictures, but when it arrived, I was in for a rude awakening.
The suspension had hidden damages and it was a complete disaster. Every time I hit a bump, the car rattled and shook like a tin can. I couldn't believe how unsafe it felt to drive. And to top it off, the airbags had been fired and were damaged beyond repair. I only found out after the car had been delivered to my driveway. It was a complete shock to me.
Now, repairing the suspension and the airbags will cost me thousands of dollars, which I cannot afford. The car was supposed to be a good deal, but it's turned out to be a nightmare. I feel cheated and taken advantage of. The autobidmaster website should have been more transparent about the car's condition, and I never would have bid on it.
I would never recommend buying a salvage used car online at autobidmaster to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and go to a dealership or find direct car seller. At least there, you can test drive the car and have a better understanding of what you're getting. I've learned my lesson the hard way, and I hope others can avoid making the same mistake.
I am extremely disappointed and angry with Autobidmaster online car auction. After purchasing Toyota Camry SE 2023 from them, I discovered that the vehicle had hidden rear end damages that had been covered up by the seller at auction. When I brought this to the attention of Autobidmaster customer support, they were unresponsive and unhelpful.
To make matters worse, the cost of repairing these damages was estimated to be over $2760, which was a significant amount of money that I simply did not have. I felt completely cheated and betrayed by the dealership, and it is clear that they were aware of these damages and chose to deceive me in order to make a quick sale.
The Autobidmaster's lack of transparency and disregard for their customers' safety is completely unacceptable. I am appalled by their behavior and would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to think twice. Autobidmaster clearly do not care about their customers' well-being or satisfaction and are willing to do whatever it takes to make a profit, even if it means deceiving and cheating their customers.
Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Autobidmaster online car auction and would advise anyone looking to buy a car to find a more reputable and trustworthy used auto auction.
I cannot express my anger and frustration with autobidmaster car broker website enough. I recently bid on a car during their live auction and was the highest bidder, however in the moment the price had suddenly skyrocketed, but I checked and on the parent copart website a was a top bidder! Autobidmaster is a fraud!
This discrepancy was so huge that it was clear to me that this website was engaging in fraudulent business practices. It is clear that they are preying on unsuspecting buyers and using shady tactics to manipulate the auction prices and make a quick profit.
When I contacted customer service to inquire about this discrepancy, they were dismissive and unhelpful. They offered no explanation for the huge price difference and instead tried to deflect blame onto me for not being a savvy enough bidder.
I would strongly advise anyone considering bidding and buying from this car auction website to steer clear. They are nothing but scammers and will do whatever it takes to cheat you out of your hard-earned money. Save yourself and go directly to copart without any brokers even they are official.
I am absolutely livid with Autobidmaster car auction website. Not only did they charge me an additional $349 annually without my consent, but I have also discovered that they have been sharing my personal data with third-party websites.
I trusted this website with my personal information, including my name, address, and payment details, and they have completely violated that trust. I now feel extremely vulnerable and at risk of identity theft and other forms of cybercrime.
When I contacted customer service about this issue, they were dismissive and unhelpful. They refused to take responsibility for their actions and instead tried to shift the blame onto me for not reading the fine print in their terms and conditions.
I would strongly advise anyone considering registering on this website to steer clear. Their business practices are unethical and their disregard for their customers' privacy and security is unacceptable. Save yourself the risk and find a more reputable and trustworthy website to buy cars from.
I am absolutely furious with this car auction website. After registering for a membership, I discovered that they had charged me an additional $249 annually without my knowledge or consent. When I reached out to customer service to inquire about this charge, they were unresponsive and unhelpful.
Not only did the website fail to disclose this additional charge upfront, but they also seem to have no regard for their customers' privacy or security. I no longer trust this website to handle my personal information, and I would advise anyone considering registering on this site to think twice.
In addition to the sketchy business practices, the website's auction process is confusing and frustrating to navigate. Bidding on cars is unnecessarily complicated, and it seems like the website is designed to make it difficult for bidders to win auctions.
Overall, I would strongly advise anyone considering using this car auction website to look elsewhere. Their deceptive business practices and lack of concern for their customers' privacy and security make them a risky choice. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable and trustworthy website to buy cars from.
I recently participated in Autobidmaster online auto auction and was impressed with the selection of cars available for auction. However, I was disappointed to learn that the company applied automatic annual credit card charges without my consent.
This experience left a negative impression on me and I felt that my privacy was violated. I strongly believe that it is the responsibility of companies to be transparent with their customers about any charges and fees, and obtain explicit consent before applying them.
I hope that Autobidmaster will reevaluate their policies and procedures and take steps to ensure that customers are informed about all charges before they occur. This will go a long way in building trust and loyalty among their customer base.
Overall, I had a mixed experience with the auto auction company and would advise others to proceed with caution until their policies are improved.
I just want to express my concern about the extra fees and credit card charges required to participate in Autobidmaster auto auction. It is unbelievable that users are required to purchase the basic, advanced or premium membership and add a deposit to start the car lot bidding process. This makes the process unnecessarily complicated and adds an extra financial burden on the bidders.
Furthermore, I was disappointed with the limited selection of cars available for auction. Autobidmaster advertises inventory of 300,000 vehicles, but the majority of the cars were hard damaged salvage cars, which are not suitable for everyone. If someone is looking for a car with only minor damages, they would not find it in your auction.
I would appreciate it if Autobidmaster could review their policies and procedures to make the process more straightforward and accessible to a broader audience. It would be beneficial if Autobidmaster could eliminate the need for a membership and reduce the deposit amount required to bid on a car.
Additionally, consider to move out of Autobidmaster directly to Copart or IAAI with selection of cars which includes those with only minor damages what is more reliable for a broader audience.
I'm beyond disappointed with my experience with Autobidmaster car auction. After purchasing a car from them, I discovered that the interior of the vehicle had been flooded, leaving it completely ruined. When I brought this to the attention of the Autobidmaster represenatives, they admitted that the flooding had occurred during transportation because the driver's window had been left open.
I cannot believe the level of negligence and carelessness that would allow something like this to happen. Not only did the Autobidmaster fail to properly secure and transport the vehicle, but they also failed to inspect it before selling it to me. It is completely unacceptable that they would sell a car in this condition and then refuse to take responsibility for their mistake.
To add insult to injury, the Autobidmaster's customer service was abysmal. They were unresponsive, unhelpful, and showed no concern for the fact that I had just spent a significant amount of money on a car that was now completely unusable.
I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Autobidmaster to steer clear. Their complete disregard for their customers' safety and satisfaction is truly appalling. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable online car auction marketplace instead of Autobidmaster that takes their responsibilities seriously.
I cannot believe the appalling experience I had with AutoBidMaster. I recently purchased a car from them, and to my absolute horror, discovered that there was a rat living in the interior of the vehicle!
The smell was overpowering and the rat had left droppings and damage throughout the car! When I tried to return the car, customer support of AutoBidMaster refused to take any responsibility for the infestation and suggested that it was my own fault for not inspecting the car properly before purchase.
Not only was their customer service completely lacking, but their attitude towards such a serious issue was completely unacceptable. This is a major health hazard and the dealership should have taken immediate action to rectify the problem.
To add insult to injury, the car also had several mechanical issues that were not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. I feel completely ripped off and taken advantage of by this dealership.
I would not recommend anyone to do business with AutoBidMaster. They clearly do not care about their customers or the quality of the vehicles they sell. Save yourself the hassle and find an another reputable online auto auction that takes pride in their service and products!
Ivan, this is something! Withdrawed 300 USD overpayments. Brought out a little over a hundred! Do not mess with this name, it is better to contact his colleagues.
As a customer of Autobidmaster online auto auction, I had a truly terrible experience. From start to finish, it was nothing but frustration and disappointment. The website itself was clunky and difficult to navigate, with confusing menus and a lack of clear information about the cars available for auction.
When I did manage to find a car that I was interested in, the bidding process was a nightmare. The site was slow and unresponsive, and it was impossible to tell if my bids were even registering. I lost out on several cars that I was really interested in, despite bidding what I thought was a fair price.
When I finally did manage to win an auction, the car that I received was in much worse condition than I had been led to believe. It was riddled with mechanical problems and had clearly been in a serious accident, despite the listing claiming that it was in "good" condition. It was clear that the auction site had not done their due diligence in inspecting the car, and I was left with a lemon that I couldn't even sell for scrap.
Overall, I would strongly advise anyone considering using Autobidmaster online auto auction to steer clear. The process is frustrating, the website is difficult to use, and the cars themselves are often in much worse condition than advertised. Save yourself the time and hassle and find a different way to buy a used car.
Let me express my disappointment with the extra fees and credit card charges that are required to bid on a car at your online auto auction. It is frustrating that bidders are required to add their credit card details and put down a deposit before they can even make a bid. This creates an unnecessary financial burden and may discourage some bidders from participating.
Additionally, I am disappointed with the limited selection of cars available at your auction. The majority of cars for sale are salvage cars, which are not suitable for everyone. It would be beneficial to offer a wider range of cars, including those with clean titles, to cater to a broader audience.
I would appreciate it if you could review your policies and procedures to ensure that they are fair and transparent. It would be beneficial if you could reduce the extra fees and credit card charges, and expand your range of cars to include those with clean titles. This would increase customer satisfaction and encourage more people to participate in your auction.
I have to share my disappointment and frustration with the unprofessional and rude customer support service I received when attempting to participate at autobidmaster online car auction.
As a customer who was interested in bidding on a vehicle, I expected to receive clear and timely communication from your team regarding the car bidding process and any questions I had. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
When I reached out to your customer support team for assistance, I was met with a disrespectful and dismissive attitude that left me feeling undervalued as a customer. The representative I spoke with was rude and seemed more interested in ending the call quickly than in helping me resolve my issue.
Furthermore, when I tried to escalate my concern to a supervisor, I was met with even more resistance and unprofessional behavior. It was clear that your team did not care about providing quality customer support and instead was focused on pushing me through the process as quickly as possible, without regard for my needs or concerns.
Overall, my experience with your customer support team was extremely disappointing and left me with a negative impression of your company. As a result, I will not be using your service in the future and will be sharing my experience with others in my community to warn them against working with autobidmaster.
I with my wife purchased a vehicle at autobidmaster with a ridiculous experience was nothing short of a complete disaster. The car I received had a severely damaged interior, with clear signs of a biohazard that had not been properly cleaned. Not only was the smell unbearable, but there were clear signs of rat infestation and flood damage, which made me feel completely disgusted.
The worst part was that none of this damage had been disclosed in the auction listing. I felt completely misled and taken advantage of, as I would never have bid on a car with such extensive damage if I had known the truth.
To make matters worse, when I reached out to the auction company to try to resolve the issue, I was met with a complete lack of empathy and support. They seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility than in making things right for me as a customer.
Overall, my experience with Autobidmaster online auto auction was a complete disaster. I would never recommend Autobidmaster to anyone looking to purchase a car, as the risk of receiving a vehicle with unexpected and extensive damage is simply too high. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a more reliable and trustworthy auto dealer.
I recently participated at Autobidmaster online auto auction, and I must say that I had a ridiculous experience. To begin with, I was attracted to the auction because of the low prices advertised, but when I won the bid, I was hit with several hidden fees that were not mentioned during the bidding process. These fees were exorbitant and increased the overall cost of the car significantly.
To make matters worse, I was unable to pick up the car immediately, and the auction charged me additional storage fees for every day that the car remained on their property. I was shocked to learn that these storage fees were also not mentioned anywhere in the terms and conditions.
Overall, my experience with Autobidmaster auto auction was a complete nightmare. I felt cheated and misled by the hidden fees, and the additional storage fees were just the icing on the cake. I would never recommend this auto auction to anyone and advise others to be cautious when participating in online auctions.
It was a really frustrating experience to purchase a used salvage BMW 540i 2019 at car auction on the autobidmaster.com. The auction listing had seemed like a great deal, but once I started the purchasing process, I realized that there were all sorts of hidden fees and charges that had not been disclosed in the listing.
The delivery time for the car was also much longer than I had anticipated, and I ended up having to wait several weeks before the car was finally delivered. When it arrived, I was disappointed to find that the car had additional damage that had not been disclosed in the auction listing. I felt misled and taken advantage of by the auction platform.
To make matters worse, when I tried to dispute the fees and additional damage, I found that the customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. The whole experience left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned with the online auto auction process.
I purchased a salvage car at Autobidmaster online auto auction, and it was a terrible experience. The auction listing had said the car had "minor damage," but when I received it, it was clear that the damage was much more severe. The car had been in a serious accident and was barely drivable. It needed extensive repairs that were going to cost far more than the car was worth.
I felt deceived by the auction listing, and it was frustrating to realize that I had wasted so much money on a car that was practically a total loss. I learned the hard way that buying a salvage car at an online auto auction can be very risky, and it's easy to get misled by vague or incomplete auction listings.
I would caution anyone considering buying a salvage car at an online auto auction to be extremely careful and do their research. It's important to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and to understand the extent of the damage before bidding. I regret not doing more due diligence before making my purchase and would advise others to proceed with caution.
I expected everything, but I didn’t expect the company to steal the front bumper, 2 led headlights and adaptive cruise control sensors from the Mercedes C300 2020 I bought at their auction. To everything else, add some additional commissions and a long delivery of the car due to waiting for documents.
All they do is delay documents or lie and say that they are lost in order to get you to pay extra money and they threaten to not give you your car which you already paid for. You should pay a lot of extra money for a storage ($1595 in my case). I can’t wait for the day this business gets closed.
A huge amount of storage fees (a few thousand $) and long waiting for the car title. It's kind of a nightmare when you're waiting a title for 90 days. Very negative experience as the autobidmaster review in general. My suggestion is to exclude this Copart broker from your list.
I was very surprised to found hidden fees in my invoice. When I contacted with autobidmaster customer support they've just said that they can not do anything with that. Pure quality customer support. I just want to get bring me back my own $105 of the extra hidden fees. Is autobidmaster legit? Sure, no! Keep away from this scammer website and their service!
Bought a car on 10/13/2021 Shipping Order 2006 Bmw X5 3.0I, VIN: 5UXFA135X6LY44752 on this site, everyone seems to get in touch and everything is under their control. But the car was damaged during transportation by the transport company from the auction to the port, namely the front glass and hood and hood fasteners and hood shock absorbers. They promised to pay compensation, but with the outbreak of hostilities in Ukraine, they don’t take phones ... I contacted them on WhatsApp. They answered with regret that no one would reimburse anything, and this despite the fact that the car was insured....the only thing they can offer is a $100 discount on the purchase or delivery of the next car.
Delivery of the car lasts 9 months from winning the car auction in the USA. A car was brought to the port of Lithuania and they did not want to unload it for 45 days; when they unloaded it, they told you to demurage 1000 euros. Ugly.
I do not recommend a business with the company Autobidmaster. My 2 friends buy a car with them and wait 25-35 days for oceanic shipping. I bought Porsche 911 at autobidmaster site and wait about 30 days for oceanic shipping. They take money from you and then waiting few weeks to hit the cheapest shipping chance. They chat online is probably a joke - almost always closed, if open it is useless and standard texts "i'm with you, please wait, i'm with you......"
Customer service was great and the team worked very fast. I was getting quick and prompt response to all of my questions.I would definitely like to come back to this company again in the future.
My experience so far has been very good staffs are very helpful to help you understands how to bid and what to look for when placing your bid. They adhere very strictly to their company policies I am sure that is why some people leave them with negative reviews. My advice for bidders ask them questions before you bid they are always very happy to answer, they are not the seller of the vehicles they are brokers and they see the same pictures you see so you can't blame them for additional damages on the car, finally have your money ready before you bid and have your car ship quickly in other to avoid late fees or extra charges
Car is received, so far I am 110% satisfied, I hope next car I will buy soon using your service. Just want you to tell thank you AUTOBIDMASTER TEAM for your support.
For two years in a row 2013 - 2014 I dealt with Auto bed master company and purchased through their site more than 20 vehicles ... more characteristic of this site is the transparency and credibility of all its staff or staff .. also easier to use the pages of this site to find and sort and Follow-up of thousands of vehicles and items and add them what you like them to watch list ... Auto bed master is the only one who added the Arabic translation of the page on the web in a clear and very neat site
Also do not forget the shipping department of Auto bed master company ... this section or department found through dealing with easy handling .. .. speed meet the demands accurate and regular dates and all you need details and data since the purchase of the vehicle from the US auction until it reaches destination port ....
This is the worst website and customer service I ever had!! First of all they never receive full payment! They always receive less and say the difference is an unknown amount deducted somewhere in between bank transaction by an unknown bank and they hold they buyer responsibility to pay that unknown difference!! although, they charge international payment fees!! They clearly don't have any policy or any official document to prove this lost amount!! Maybe their accountants come up with numbers and say this is what we received!! Also, If you win a bid and the seller kept bargaining for the final price, YOU, as buyer will be responsible of the late charges!!!! WHAT FOR? and they ask you to send money as a deposit other than the security deposit that you put already before bidding!! Another funny thing that always happen with autobidmaster, is that they can give your vehicle to ANYONE wakes in to the warehouse without any shipping order or any official approval from the buyer!! This happened twice with me and no reasonable explanation for this stupid act!!! I strongly encourage buyers to stay away from autobidmaster.
Currently seeking legal advocacy, do not use them and put yourself in my situation. Their business model and practices are scam-like in nature. This is not an honest company. After they scam you they will refuse customer service. In my case they told me to figure it out myself, though it was not my issue but theirs. They did not provide me documents for items they sold me. I can go on..
I'm leaving this review for my boyfriend Omar. We had the pleaser of working with Derek there. He was very helpful and easy to work with . I would recommend autobidmaster and Derek to anyone who needs their type of service .
Buyer beware. I sent payment the next business day. They said they didn't recognize my payment (what ever that means) and charged me late fees AFTER they release car to me. They held title hostage until I paid. Called BBB but that only was only minimum help. Buyer beware.
If you like being screwed over then proceed with the transaction. I am sorry if your like me and looked up their business practices afterwards..... Scam Artist
Yes! I really loved it. Honest business, great deals, step-by-step support, lovely Carl, Lana and ANGEL VOICE - Olga M. Thanks a lot to all of you! Pleasure to do business with AutoBidMaster! Strongly recommend to every one interested! Sincerely yours, Petru DUBENCO
I am extremely disgruntled with Autobidmaster as it is now rolling into February and we have been trying weekly to obtain a title for a vehicle purchased in September of last year through these people. Autobidmaster was not hesitant at all to take our money and have been giving us nothing but excuses for their poor performance since . This is the second time that we have experienced lost paperwork with these people and it is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable . I am now contemplating a lawsuit for damages. Buyers be very careful !!!
DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE A RIP OFF. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN YOU NEED TO FIX A PROBLEM. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU LATE FEES BUT THEY WOULD NEVER ANSWER TO FIX THE PROBLEM. GO WITH COPART AND GET A PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
So my experience will be stated as accurate as possible, I signed up for the membership and it does state that 30 days are free however they do end up charging you 150.00 for the year (maybe a month of that is free, I'm sure it was in the fine print but I didn't read it) then the car I wanted went to live auction and it was a tad bit confusing when bidding it went fast and I tried to keep it straight, I thought I originally lost the bidding war, but come to find out I won, but it was only on approval to I haggled for about a day with the owner who decided to sell it to me at a fair price. You cannot legally drive the cars off the lot of Copart so you should have transporting figured out in advance. The only other querks is that you have to have the bank wire transfer done in the same day and if your bank has any delay whatsoever the autobidmaster will charge you 50.00 per day after 2 days that sucks and I am not happy about it. Secondly if they can't ship your vehicle to you on time and have the vehicle off Copart's property, Copart will charge you 20 dollars per day so keep that in mind also. Fortunately I did not get any additional storage fees. All round it was worth it but a little stressful with the banking stuff!
Do NOT do business with them! They had one job, to sign and date the title, and they failed to do that (and this after waiting weeks for the documents). Called them, super rude service, wouldn't admit their mistake, and then made me pay for shipping to and from to get it corrected. Awful experience! Thought it may be faster since they were closer, but boy was I wrong! 0 stars!
I was extremely satisfied with the level of customer service I received from Autobidmaster. They were professional, courteous and very friendly. This is my 14th vehicle that I purchased through them and have not had a problem since. Inna was awsome!! She is very knowledgeable and very professional. She also helped me get fast shipping and they delivered in a timely manner. A+++ Highly Recommended. Looking forward to my next purchase. Thanks Guys!!
I was very impressed with the level of professionalism at AutoBidmaster. My purchase went smoothly and timely. I would recommend this site to anyone yearning for great service.
What a miserable predatory company. Make a mistake? TOO BAD. PAY US. Need help? TOO BAD PAY US. Just make sure to read the fine print VERY CAREFULLY. Also understand that there are FEES on top of FEES on top of FEES. Seriously. You think you understand what it'll cost and then they send you an invoice and there will be HUNDREDS in extra fees. BE VERY VERY careful when dealing with these sharks.
My experience with autobidmaster had been a good one thus far. I have bought many cars with them and i can say that they are a wonderful company. They give advise at each point in time to guide the intending buyer to make a good choice. I recommend them to any one that want to buy cars. My advise to buyers is that read the rules of the game and you will not have problems with them, The other time i had problem with there agent in my country, they rose up to the occasion. Anna you are my account officer you are great !!!. So also Natalie
EXTREMELY happy working 1st time with AutoBidMaster!
As a new user, I bothered them with tons of questions. Answers were always helpful, courteous, and quick. The process was explained VERY clearly and the site's software has the entire process automated in a fantastic, clear, user-friendly way. You are updated every step of the way, fees and payment methods are clearly explained.
I even had a special request regarding sending out my title, they helped with that too. And their fee- 3% if you are at the top level package - is less than with SalvageBid, which charges 5%.
I used this company once. At first it was OK. Their website is very easy to navigate as far as bidding. Once I bought the vehicle that's when the nightmares started. Long story short: autobidmaster gave me an incomplete title meaning it was missing signatures in order for me to put in my name. After doing extensive research it was actually their job to provide me with a complete colored title which they did not bother. Luckily for me the person that I needed the signature from was in the next town and kindly signed off on it (also long story and a long drive). Also beware of pop up fees from the company. I wont use this company again their staff seemed understaffed and incompetent sometimes very rude probably cause they're underpaid.
they charge storage on days there not open , Wouldn t help out at all ... have bought many cars form this place Driver Tryed pay in cash they wouldn t take cash
I was searching the net using Google to find the best broker website for US auction cars to help me in buying a car from an auction. Immediately Google found AutoBidMaster and its twin SalvageBid for me and they were really the best after I compared them with other top competitors websites because they are very clear for buyers and very easy to use. So I bought my first auction car through SalvageBid and amazingly they save $1800 for me in my first bidding. Also there customer service was excellent and very helpful, kind and friendly. After this wonderful experience with them, I bought another 3 cars and a Super Bick through there two websites and again they save more money for me. I gave them 5 stars for their great business efforts and I recommend you all to try their services. Thank you
Excellent company to do business with. I was very pleased with their services. Every one with the company was very helpful. I will do business with them again and refer my friends to do business with them also.
i see so many people complaining about many relevant problems that AutoBidMaster could care less about just as long as they get more money out of their bidders... just take legal action and maybe they will clean up there act!!!! me and my family included was looking forward to using this website to buy and restore vehicles but its just smarter to stick with copart the better website... learn how to run a descent service "AutoBidMaster".
Total Rip-off, I m doing business with them for the first and it s a terrible nightmare. Please I want my refund. This guys can make one have a heart attack.
I would never recommend this website. We registered for the free trial membership and were charged for a Preferred Membership a couple of days later. Now we Google reviews and find that this has happened to others as well when they increase their bid limit on a vehicle. Very deplorable business practices! We noticed the charge on our visa and immediately contacted the company. After two conversations Anna at Autobidmaster, she was completely unwilling to help cancel our membership that we did not approve of nor were notified of in any manner whatsoever. It really seems like a SCAM to me.
I had a free membership for almost one year and during that time I was looking at the cars that are being auctioned to try to get a sense of how much the final cost would be Some of the cars were overbid by quite a lot considering the damage unless they are buying them for parts I was looking for something I can fix myself
In September I needed to buy a car and happened to find one that was not too badly damaged and had a buy it now price so I signed up for the preferred membership and paid the fee and also placed the deposit than I clicked on the buy it now button
From there I dealt with Ella by email and she was very helpful guiding me through the process I went out during lunch time to make the wire transfer and after that I also paid for the shipping Later on the same day I was notified that the car was already picked up and on it's way and 3 days later they delivered it to me
I would use autobidmaster again the next time I need a car
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Avoid at all costs! The car I purchased had odometer fraud that was not disclosed to me at the time of the sale. The customer service staff is no help. Look at their rating on the Better Business Bureau. Don't waste your time, money or energy!
My dealings with AutoBidMaster was some what discouraging. I just purchased a 2014 Jeep with 11,888 miles and expected to get the total vehicle that I had purchased. When I received the vehicle the damage was as expected with no surprises from what was shown in the photos. Upon examining the vehicle I found that the tires and wheels had been exchange with older worn out tires made in 2010 and that the Jeep hard top had been exchange with an older model. I anticipate the damage, but anticipated getting what I paid for. It will cost at least $2,000 to get the vehicle to where it should have been. ABM or Farmers Insurance allowed or exchanged 2014 parts from old used ones. Someone should be minding the store. Can't be trusted.
I am a Canadian and purchased through Derrick At autobidmaster He made it easy. The process was complated but he made it smooth and easy There was a problem at Copart Phoniex but they reslove through to Derrick as well and everthing is in order and i am ready to import my harley into Canada Thanks sooooo much Derrick
Very professional and great customer service. Answered all questions very quick. Would like to Thank Lana for her great customer service and for helping us throughout all our transactions. Thank you very much.
Karl was very good to deal with thank you I have had dealings with other brokers and the experience was not as good as the ones I've had with you guys thank you
We have been registered with AutoBid Master for over a year. We have used them a couple of times and have been pleased with their services. I would recommend them to anyone.
Purchased a Tesla Model S 85 though Bidmaster and the entire experience from start to finnish was exelent. The autobidMaster group was super helpful at all stages. As I was a first time buyer they called just to make sure I understood the process and walked me though parts I was not sure about. I would highly suggest these guys.
The only way u can pay is wire transfer! if u pay with western union or money gram it will take 3 days for auto bid to get the payment. u will receive late fees from both companies! By far the worst experience I dealt with in my life, will never do business again with this company
They charge too much fees. compare theirs fee to other auto auction fees, and you will see BIG difference. i rather go thou directly auto auction fees they thou theirs.
Its too bad other companies cant conduct business like this company, my customer satisfaction was completely overwhelmed, any question that arose was answered quick and fast, They clearly show that's theres still hope when business is conducted fast and fair
I am sorry I cannot give zero stars, as they deserve! They are horrible and without any clues of what they do.One of their representative said I am the highest bidder after I was online and saw that I was outbid!! And most of all, you cannot bid live, as I lost 3 hours online until my item was on the row to bid on, and I lost because I couldn't increase my preliminary bid. Forgot to mention, if you not pay second day after you won, they will charge you daily $50 !!!From my experience, the cars they sell come vandalized, without most of the accessories, like navigation, stereos, (auxiliary engines for trucks) and they don't disclose any of this
I bought a 2014 Ford Focus from Copart Toronto through Autobidmaster. In the registration process I got some troubles with Service Ontario office. They requested a lot of papers and every time I am asking for help from Autobidmaster I am getting prompt response with high standards of professionalism. Lana U. was my contact person and was very helpful. I really appreciate her help and her colleagues help. Muhsin Hamdoon
Bought through them without any problems. remember, they are only an auction site, and not physically involved with the vehicle in any way. they just handle paperwork. that being said, I did not purchase without personally giving a thorough inspection of each vehicle. I could understand some thoughts of misrepresentation from the photos taken by copart. a picture cannot give the fine details an eye can catch. Hearing about mislabeled titles, i also contacted the associated dmv to confirm the exact title brand given. if you do your research, and due diligence, you won't have any problems. i will knock off a star due to their live auctions freezing sometimes; maybe copart, maybe autobidmaster, either way it could have been a problem.
These people are the most helpful individuals. When I was lost on the bidding process Tabitha walked me through and helped me each step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about that woman for helping me through this process. People who complain clearly don t read the rules and policies and don t bother asking for help. Abm is more than willing to assist and Tabitha is your go to person.
What a great experience is to buy cars through Autobidmaster. The cars you can get at a fraction of the retail price is an incredible deal. Trevor at the customer service, really knows his job and will help you in all your questions in a very professional way
i have purchased many cars with autobidmaster where they had to deliver it all the way in africa. it was done with no problem.. they offer great service. i would recommend them to anyone trying to buy cars from any auctions
want to take just a moment and say what a pleasure it has been to create an acct. Karl and Derrick provided me the best customer service that i have had in a very long time they were very prompt ,studious and very professional made me feel welcome and a part of the team Thank You so much for your patience and Awsome customer service
Avoid them like the plague. Working with them has been a nightmare from the very beginning. I researched all the fees and conditions when buying through them and was fine with the facts. However expect that the simplest issues will take MONTHS to resolve and expect to face rude and unresponsive customer service. Once they have your money, very little will happen if you face any sort of issue.
I waited over a month for titles and when they finally came they weren t even in my name. They just want your money. I went through them so I wouldn t have to wait on titles but ended up waiting longer than I would have on my own
worst experience ever .stay away from this company they ll rip you off. Not only i was charged in US dollar but they included unexpected extra costs and all in US while my bid was in CAD dollar .PLS see the attached screenshot .
5 minutes left before bidding finish, i want place my bid, and f.... website just down. Want refresh... nothing. Make shure there is no copart extra 480$ fee. Don't make my mistake....
