My experience so far has been very good staffs are very helpful to help you understands how to bid and what to look for when placing your bid. They adhere very strictly to their company policies I am sure that is why some people leave them with negative reviews. My advice for bidders ask them questions before you bid they are always very happy to answer, they are not the seller of the vehicles they are brokers and they see the same pictures you see so you can't blame them for additional damages on the car, finally have your money ready before you bid and have your car ship quickly in other to avoid late fees or extra charges
